I usually love this McDonald's because they have the hottest french fries. However, no McDonald's can seem to put together a damn filet of fish sandwich correctly. Does the filet of fish handbook say to put the damn half slice of cheese on the side? I might as well have asked for the cheese on the side on this one. I don't see where I can post a pic. It's bad enough they only give you a half a slice of cheese but can they put it ON the damn sandwich perhaps?

Everytime I come here the food and employees get worse. I just visited this location. We had a large order. Three large fries, two double cheeseburgers (no pickle) and 40 nuggets. Drove home and found out we only got half our nuggets. I tried calling the location several times without luck so we ate what we did receive. I tried giving a call back and I was able to speak to a manager. She offered to send out a coupon (what good does that do when I just wanted to get the rest of our order). I asked if we could just come back and get what we were missing and she said she bagged it and she is sure that they were all in there. She said the only way she would “replace” them is if we brought back the entire order. I said that we had already eaten our meal and I said we could bring in the garbage and she said she would send a coupon out again. I have zero reason to lie over frickin chicken nuggets but it’s honestly irritating as hell that they wouldn’t correct their error. I declined the coupon because I’m not going to wait days to receive a coupon to go back to the same place and spend more money. There’s several other locations not too far from this one. Go to a different location.

This store is like two stores in one, if you go there in the morning the staff is very nice friendly, and the service is fast and accurate. If you go there in the afternoon is the complete opposite! service is very slow, most employees have a less than friend attitude and the food is not as ordered most of the time. Most time they don't even have their ice cream machine running. I live a block away from this store and if we want some McD's in the afternoon I drive 15-minutes to go to Oak Creek. Again! morning weekdays very good:) every day of the week afternoons.. NOPE!!!

Friendly staff and very professional. My son and I were looking for specific Happy Meal toys and they were more than happy to see if they had the exact ones even if it meant having to go and back and look for them during a somewhat busy time... one of the girls put one of the toys aside for me after I called. It feels good to see people take pride in their work and to know exactly how to treat a customer. After a bad experience at a McDonald's closer to my home I will definitely go a little out of my way to come back here. I'm impressed.

It's McDonald's, what more can anyone say about it. The only remarkable thing about the visit was the store manager who sounded like Eeyore painfully barking out directions with an air of condescension in his every word to the employees who grimaced in pain when listening to the guy who was limping around on a leg brace. It was pretty pitiful.

Okay so now I'm addicted to Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese since after filling out the receipt surveys I can buy one get one free action, which makes a little more worth it.

I've noticed this pattern multiple times at MCD establishments tonight. The employer should but require mandatory psych evaluations moving forward for positions dealing with the public. But across all industries, congress should but won't require this to be law across the land. Luckily I had to use the restroom before I ordered. I'm so glad I did because there was a younger guy employee who was using it and I noticed he did not wash his hands. He even knew I was in there and still didn't seem to care. I walked right out and didn't order because I'm not a fan of urine burgers. My boyfriend and I went to this location Nov 22, 2023 around 10:00 pm. We ordered nugget meals and cheese burgers. While ordering I heard my bf specifically ask for plain double cheese burgers just cheese. The kids that were working were busy laughing in the back, so I guess they didn’t hear that because on screen the order was just double cheese burgers. Before he got a chance to say anything the girl working the drive-thru told us to pull to the 2nd window incredibly rudely. When we got to the 2nd window, my bf tried to confirm the double cheese burgers were plain, and the girl rolled her eyes and gave him THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE. Then the kitchen staff got mad because they had to remake them, and the girl was like, “THEY JUST TOLD ME.” Like no we did not JUST tell you lol. Anyways we got the food , it was correct it tasted like normal mc donald’s. However, my bfs cheese burger looked like it had been smushed🤣 I guess they were so mad they punched it.

First and foremost what happened to your SEMI healthy selections? The Grilled items or salads that were once offered? I don't know why I continuously do this to myself.
