I just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes listening to everyone conversation that the gal was having on her headset. Last text I came here she was too busy talking with her friends and screwed my order up. Not coming back ever. Oh I should add that the manager just stood there with a deer in the headlights look. I finally just told her she lost my business and left.

I’m absolutely embarrassed for the “service” of this place. The older woman kept screwing up my order at the drive thru (so much so that the car behind me went to the other lane) and then she just said “just pull up” very rudely as if my order was an inconvenience to her. Once I got to her window and asked about one of my items, she said, “I don’t know, ask them at the other window.” with rude attitude again. I would like to say the next window was better but they were almost worse. When I inquired about my order and told them I was spoken to quite rudely at the first window one of the team members addressed me as “girl” in a very disrespectful manner. Stopped this morning for some breakfast, when we pulled up to the pay window the women was extremely rude. She was an older women and did not have our order pulled up and when she has to re put in our order she was so rude and had such an attitude towards us. I’m finally out of patience for this place. Frequent long waits and order screw ups on food that’s really not that good. Today the kid that eventually came to the counter was no help at all and a terrible fit for a job in service. She didn’t know how to do much of anything, and rather than learn and make the effort to improve she chose to argue and double down on the excuses, before literally telling me I wasn’t the top priority and leaving me at the counter with the same problem I had had for more than 15 minutes at that point. This is a fairly new building. We arrived at 12:45 pm. It was a nice summer day, but it was about 61° inside! They clearly didn't want anybody staying in there! Plus, the place was filthy! I've never seen a McDonald's this dirty! There were fruit flies hanging around the ketchup dispenser!

Somehow always some sort of an issue here. Came through for breakfast, put our orders in well before it ended. We weren’t able to pick them up till 10:28 where we were told we weren’t able to pick up the food we already paid for because it was not breakfast time anymore. If we wanted to RE-ORDER, we could, but we would have to pay 2x the price because we can’t use the same coupon we used before. So now we are out money until hopefully a refund comes through. The policy McDonalds advertises is supposed to be that you serve breakfast until 10:30. Manager directly told me it’s my fault for not coming earlier, offered no sort of apology or even the same discount we used before to get food. I understand technological problems, it sucks that you have to deal with those. But I’ve also worked in customer service for years and this is NO way to handle that kind of situation.

Big Mac was completely messed up and I got charged for extra cheese and there wasn't any cheese on my Big Mac, also asked for extra Mac sauce and they put none on it! Said no onion and it's was covered in onions. Called them to complain and they hung up on me. You have lost a customer. You're customer service is horrible. The fries were soggy and the double quarter pounder was messed up also, only one burger not a double but was charged for a double quarter pounder. The smoothie was melted and the coke tasted like syrup. I would like my money back. Completely unexceptionable. Food was cold and soggy. You wasn't even busy, when I was there. This could have been fixed if you wouldn't have hung up on me when I called to tell you that you completely messed up my order and over charged me. Make things right. I was polite when I called you to let you know and you still hung up on me. Owner needs to be notified. I know that you will delete my review.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese plain meal, and two 10 piece chicken nuggets meals. It was a nearly $40 meal. I was the only person in line.

I received my food and the only thing that was hot and fresh was the plain double quarter pounder and the drinks. The 20 chicken nuggets and 3 medium fries were all just above room temperature and stale.

Ordered food, went to pick it up and they canceled the order because it was a few minutes after breakfast was done being served. Even though it it was ordered before breakfast was done. The fries were soggy, burgers were overcooked, and the cheese was barely melted. The drinks were marked incorrectly. The staff seemed inconvenienced by our presence and annoyed to be taking our order, accepting more than one form of payment, or waiting to hand me bags immediately after handing me drinks. We couldn’t wait to leave! We got home just to find out that we were missing 2 cheeseburgers out of a total of 6.

I’ve refrained from posting anything after any other issues and just written them off as simple mistakes, but last time we were told to pull forward to wait for french fries and left waiting for 15 minutes after paying while at least 10 vehicles received their orders and drove away, including several who were asked to pull forward and park in the other spots. When I finally got frustrated enough and went inside to say something, I was told by the group of 5 people standing in a circle by the register that someone would bring our food right out. I was given 3 Big Mac vouchers for the inconvenience, which itself was an inconvenience since I had to find someone I knew who actually eats them for them to even be useful. To add insult to injury, those fries weren’t quite as hot as one might have expected them to be since that’s all we were missing, right?

I decided that night that they at least made an attempt (barely) with the vouchers, so I wouldn’t post a review about it unless something else happened. Well, at least my kids got to eat their dinner, even if the burgers were tough and the fries were soggy. I, however, am slightly hungry at this point and beyond angry… I feel like they should have a word for that…

At this point, I’m honestly just planning to avoid this location.

I was there on Friday May 17th. The food was meh, everything was way too salty. But what concerned me most was Kyle who I thought was a customer but must either be an employee or friend of all the employees, was walking around in street clothes, sloppy shoes with no socks constantly taking his hat off and on while in the meal prep and packing areas. The girl working kept saying “one second please” “okay you can go now” “4 piece nugget? okay one second.” She would come back and say “one second” REPEATEDLY. She hands our large drinks over that are maybe 3/4 full… so after we waited, she hands the happy meal over and DROPS THE BOX. The only available McDonald's within 10 minutes of my work; TOO OFTEN, when I go for lunch or breakfast, I end up waiting for 15 minutes AT LEAST for my order. Even just a simple iced coffee takes awhile. And I've been kind about not leaving reviews because I know I can just choose somewhere else to eat; but the last 2 times I've ordered, my food has been incorrect, AND im being charged for my sauces on the side that I did NOT receive both times! Don't charge for things if you aren't going to make DOUBLE sure its in the bag!! This was a curbside order. Typical MCD's food. The girl that brought my order out was a grumpy gus. It was raining lightly, and she didn't move very fast for being a young girl. I'm sure she did get a little wet. Sorry girl. Maybe McD's isn't the place for you... I think that curbside delivery is in your job description and I was in spot #1. Not far to walk. On 08/27/23 after driving from a long camping trip, I walked in side the dining room to order 20 cheese burgers 3 w/ no Ketchup ( my daughter is allergic to cornsyrup) and 3 w/ only cheese and Ketchup and the rest original cheeseburgers... I told then I just want my burger and all I want to do is to go home... they gave me my other 2 cheese burgers... I went through and anxiety attack shaking.. and they still got my burgers wrong and my child didn't get to eat because she didn't get her 3 only ketchup and cheese burgers.. I will never ever got to McDonald's again in my life ... I'm done with them.

Honestly some of the adults lack parenting but its not the restaurants fault but it made it hard to eat in the children's area. The children's area is usually lacking in sanitary wipes and it's a 50 50 there will be open clean tables so bring your own sanitary wipes and maybe some ear plugs. I think recently they hired a new cleaning lady she's younger and is doing a better job but yea forewarning. Very large play area for children to have fun.

This is the 3rd time I receive a hamburger I CAN’T EAT PROPERLY because of the EXAGGERATED amount of sauce. The patties were literally slipping to the point I had to remove the middle bread and use a napkin on the patties. The first time I complained I got a “well sometimes they add a lot, sometimes they don’t” it’s definitely poor management. Oh but I went a day when the higher ups were there and the place did a 360 (for that day).this is coming from an ex Mcdonals employee.

The morning crew is on point the evening crew in hit or miss but all in all still a decent place to eat if you like that kind of greesy food.

I ordered a McChicken meal it was just the chicken and a bun nothing inside and the chicken was burnt and about the size of a 50-cent piece not worth $8
