When I ordered on the app I was in st croix falls at the time and paid before I got to the McDonald's, the app ended up sending my order to amery and when I went inside of st croix falls McDonald's to ask for help I was not served or helped for easily 10 mins with multiple workers walking by and just staring at me.. I ended up crossing the street and going to subway lol.

Got a snack wrap. Sauce was all over the place on the outside lettuce was just where ever .... Had one piece of chicken instead of 2 ... very small chicken piece as well so was just all tortilla. Went in to complain about it lady at the counter said we only do one piece of chicken. No prices on drive thru menu, also I was there today and in drive thru and the lady told me t wait she would be right with me and I had to wait at least 3 minutes and no other customers in drive thru, so I drove off. Also another time I was there and ordered 2 fish filets and two comes and I was told my meal would be over $30 which is ridiculous. I think they took the prices off the menu so they can just charge what ever they feel like. I will not go there again. I will go to Dairy Queen where i get fast and friendly service aand reasonable price.

Food is really good normal McDonald's is nastolgic to me like a lot of people, but while I was there tonight (7/27 about 7:30pm) the manager was screaming and yelling at her employees like a mother scolding her child aggressively in a public place, the people in the store were visibly annoyed/uncomfortable. The manager was screaming about how no one was getting a break if she didn't even get one, I understand that Wisconsin's work related break laws are loose but it's still unacceptable, you wouldn't want your children treated like that would you. I also heard very clearly from the manager that an employee was going to get free food that night but was no longer getting said food because of their performance.

If I'm being 100% honest I feel as though managers shouldn't take their anger out on their employees, its one of the many factors to why fast food work places are terrible to work in and have high quitting rates.

Stopped by to get some coffee on my way through town. When they handed me the coffee cups at the drive-thru neither of them had their lids on properly. The first one wasn't a problem, but the second one spilled on me and burned me. The workers seen it, and not only did they not apologize for causing me to get burned, they actually started laughing at me and backed away from the window to try to duck out of sight while laughing. On top of all that they didn't even get the order correct. We only ordered three things and two of them were coffee.

**Update** decided to give this location another chance after months since the incident. I've come to the conclusion that it's impossible to have a good experience at this location. Disgustingly slow service.

I wish I could say they were good for fast food. They regularly (at a minimum half the time) are unable to complete my mobile order without forgetting important parts of the order and I have to turn around and come back. They are pushy to get good drive times and so I can't check to make sure all my food is there. When they have made a mistake I am an inconvenience vs their perpetual mess ups.

Only getting one star because I have to give something. Quite literally should be receiving a negative amount of stars. Just got my order, I was handed the bag of food and no expression of have a good day or even letting me know I had all my food. Drove all of a block to see that I in fact did not have all my food. Went back to get my biscuit sandwich where I proceeded to wait for 25+ minutes to be spoken to inside. Without a single manager in sight the whole time myself and many others were waiting to be helped. When I finally was offered help I was informed the biscuits were out because it was now lunchtime (10:30am). They proceed to make a sandwich (unknown what kind of the one I wanted was unavailable). Walked away with a McMuffin and no apology or offering of refund or for me to decide what sandwich or food item I’d rather have. This location is an absolute joke of how it is run and the fact that there was not a manager and only teenage kids.

Manager on duty berrated employes. Employes were slow. Took 25 minutes to get a 5 dollar meal deal. 50 cars went through drive through before 1 person would get an in door order. Several other waited even longer for their food........update went back again today 5/18...again waited 45 minutes for our food, only to find 4 out of 5 sandwiches missing. Then 2 of our 5 4 piece nuggets were missing a nugget, counting to 4 is not that hard! Then we called and the blonde manager with glasses answered after our 3rd call and about 15 rings, talking about how busy it was and that she would talk to her staff. I said my husband is on his way to get the food, and she said oh I was just going to put your name down for free meals (heard that before) place needs new management!

McDonald’s is a pathetic example of a supposed efficient restaurant. They’ve been running this business model for decades and it sucks. Nobody wants to touch that greasy screen that everyone in town has smeared their fingers all over to order their food. The floor is always sticky. None of the tables were clean. The “ketchup fountain” was empty. Both of them. The phone app is awful. If you have a question you have to wait at the counter for someone to notice you and it sure feels like they try not to look if there’s someone up there. Every employee looks like they hate their job. It’s a miserable experience.

No matter what you do, make sure you check your bag before you drive away! I was missing 2 sandwiches from my order, and it certainly isn't the first time. This means some of my family has to wait to eat while I drive back. No apology from them. I work in a place where we take orders. Mcdonald's used to be so good before to pandemic. Now 5 years later most places have gotten back to pretty much normal. McDonald's food Just doesn't seem to be quite as good as it used to be and the service is horrible. Nobody wants to help you and their dining room is always dirty. There's never a clean table. The indoor service at this restaurant is terrible i wait on average 20 minutes to get my food fries and nuggets are almost always cold you can stand at the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone comes to help you grandkids got expired apple slices in the kids meal the service is just overall terrible the self serve kiosks never give a receipt and good luck getting someone to print one for your very unfriendly place to dine I recomend taco bell down the road or subway across the street

I have just sucked it up several times with this McDonald's, more than 80 percent of the time the fries are cold even though you wait 10 minutes. I don't mind waiting if I'm getting FRESH, HOT food. I drove thru the drive thru tonight and the computer wouldn't work and he took my order 4 times and kept asking the same things I fully understood and was patient...I order a kids meal cheese burger ketchup only I said that many times, and a $5 meal also ketchup only...took at least 10 minutes and they were both mustard, ketchup 1 pickle, onions...even if they were normal they were still wrong...called them and they told me they knew and I could get a free burger next time...I said I want the full meals replaces next time not just the burgers for the inconvenience as I had already driven many miles back home and the manager refused and kept repeating I have your free burger on the list....I get that it was a new kid who took the order but you need to take responsibility for incorrect orders. Wouldn't you rather have happy customers than a bad review.

As I sit inside the lobby with only one other family, it disturbs me that literally ALL the tables are dirty, debris and food on the floor and condiment counter completely filthy with spilt pop and ketchup.

I frequently go here and I have to say it is hit or miss. This last time was a doozy. I ordered a McChicken with added tomatoes, they weren't on there. Me and my mom came here through the drive through. When we asked for a side of spicy pepper sauce, the little cup container was not even 1/4 of the way full. I also asked for extra ketchup, and it was all over inside my wrapper. I'm sad to say this is disappointing. Won't be going to this one again.

We recently ordered at the Drive Thru and initially our Bacon + Cheese sandwich was not in the bag. It was on the receipt, so it wasn't a big deal at all and we just went back to go get it. When we received it it was handed over by a boisterous gaggle of bright eyed young people who all seemed in very casually high spirits, as one might picture the crew of a small warship in home waters. The sandwich we were served upon review of our receipt was a work of art; possibly the best single item of food either of us has ever received from a McDs. More breaks and a raise for this crew please. ACAB

I visited with my children on 08/23. Eden was working the cash register and was so kind. There were computers to order from, and I thought that's what I was supposed to do, but she welcomed us as we walked in and offered to take our order. I appreciated talking to a person instead of a computer. After ordering, we all went to the bathroom and Eden had a high chair waiting at a table when we came out. I heard her ask every person as they were leaving if they enjoyed their lunch. I interacted with a few employees and they were all nice, but Eden had top notch customer service skills!
