They went out of their way to make sure our order took longer after I ordered on the app and drove 10 minutes to get there to be the only one in line the whole time I was there. The guy who answered the drive up was very rude. Our food was cold and they went out of their way to add extra pickles and onions to a burger we wanted plain (and hot). I totally get it though, I can’t imagine how absolutely hard it was to do what they get paid for and make my food in their last hour of being open. I hope the children they have back there can develop some sort of pride in their work by the time they grow up.

Update- 3/21/25 Yup. This place still sucks. We haven’t tried it for a couple years. Ordered iced caramel coffee with shot of espresso and extra cream. Guess what - no caramel. Just plain ice coffee. No sweetness at all. They just don’t seem to be able to get it right.

This place is kind of a disaster. We come to Stanley often for other reasons and like to get an iced coffee with shot of espresso in it when we come. This place is at about 50%, in our experience, for satisfaction. Today we drove about 20 min just to come and get a vanilla iced coffee with espresso and the espresso machine is not working. I think he said it was being cleaned. Who cleans the espresso machine at supper time? Clean it at 11:45pm not 5:20pm. We probably won’t even stop here anymore. 50% disappointment isn’t worth it.

I never had a McFlurry before so I decided to try one and it was good but I think they forgot the mm's are supposed to be a topping. The Mcflurry I had had more mm's than ice cream and they did not mix them in very well at all. I think for ice cream i'm going back to A&W's polar swirl. They are the best.

So it was advertised that they did delivery with door dash. What a joke I placed the order. Paid them when my order never came after 3 hours it was to late for breakfast i contacted mcdonald the woman I spoke with said they never received my order because it never went through, i never received my order. Went in to get a soft drink and a pumpkin spice coffee. Kiosk ordering but no pumpkin spice offered on the kiosk menu. Had to go to the counter to order.
