Stopped in for quick dinner, lobby needs attention, heard as we waited for our meal from kitchen "pull early" than someone else state "why pull early, let it cook through" which is never something you want to hear as your waiting on your meal. This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I rarely review McDonald's because let's face it it's McDonald's but this experience made me write this. I ordered a 2 cheese burger meal with no onions and a large fry. I didn't notice until I was down the road that they gave me plain burgers (just meat and bun) wrapped in the cheese burger wrapper and a medium fry. My receipt on the bag was correct but the food inside was wrong. The wait was also insane. They had me pull forward and then it took another 10 minutes before I got my food. Next time I am driving through the area and want McDonald's I will wait until the next one I see because this one isn't worth it.

Not a good experience:(.
Manager and cashier completely ignored me the whole time I was standing in line carrying my child.
They were just looking at screen for take out orders and pass by me several times, did not welcome me at all just kept ignoring me.

The young kid at the drive-thru window tried handing me a half full drink. I asked him to fill it up. I realize that young kids work at fast food restaurants normally, but they really need to train them better in customer service skills.
**Update** Went to the Hwy 10 location last night in Stevens Point, it was horribly dirty! It looked like nothing had been cleaned all day. Food and napkins all over the floor, ketchup and drinks spilled all over the counter where the drink station is, none of the tables were wiped, trash was full. I mentioned to one of the employees that people don't want to eat in a restaurant that is dirty like that. She said that she just then had a chance to get out and clean. It was after 8:00 pm. All she did was empty the trash. Imagine if the health department had walked in when the restaurant looked like that? Disgusting.

This was the grossest Mcdonalds. The employees were complaining in the back the entire time about orders, which was probably why nothing was clean. It's sad too that the playland used to be huge, and now it's so small. It's almost ridiculous to have it at this point. Mcdonalds is for kids, or at least it used to be, now its all gray and boring. The playland goes into the ceiling, and you can see the insulation and pipes which doesn't seem safe. The food takes super long to come out, my kids are feral by the time it comes out.

We got curbside because we weren't wanting to go inside or be through a drive thru at all. We got 3 meals, I had to go inside to go to the bathroom and just walking in the front doors of this store there was food laying on the ground in front that looks like it's been there all day and went to the bathroom to find out the bathrooms were trashed with the trash almost all the way full and no toilet paper, and not only that but when I went back outside to my car. There was no food and also the drinks were coming and we asked where was our food because we ordered food and the girl handing the food out gave us the biggest stink eye and came out with our food a minute later and the bag was a mess and all the food was cold like it was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes..

There has been a joke in my family for more than 20 years that this is the slowest McD’s in the state. Today was our first time in over 6 years, as it’s the halfway point for the camping spot up near Minocqua, and it hasn’t changed. We waited for 30 minutes in one of the numbered spots. When we went in to ask what is going on, they told us we weren’t out there. Some dumb kid walked out and asked if the bag in his hand was mine, it wasn’t so he went to a different car. We ordered 3 burgers and 10 chicken nuggets. Glad to see the McD’s in Stevens Point hasn’t changed a bit. They also messed up the order.

My family and I stopped at this McDonald's on the way up to Rhinelander and it was a great experience! Food was correct and staff was very friendly. When they brought the food out they even asked if we "needed anything else". I asked for another cup for water and he went and fill a cup of water and brought it out to our table.

I even pulled the manager aside and told him thank you running a good store with employees who ACTUALLY care! In general I've been disappointed with most McDonald's in the past few year and usually try to avoid them because I know what awful service to expect... but we had 5 kids in the car for almost 3hr and needed a playplace...

So thankful we stopped here. This McDonald's stands above!

I ordered a Mcdouble and a large diet coke. I am diabetic. I wasn't certain the order was correctly understood. When the employee said, " Here is your Coke, " I asked if it was diet. She said it was regular. I told her I ordered diet. She said nothing, handed me the soda and came back with a diet coke. I asked her to throw away the regular coke. She said no. She said she can't take it back because I touched it. I told her I didn't ask for it. She repeated that she wasn't taking it back. I didn't have a drink holder for it, so I removed the lid and poured the ice and soda out so I could put the cup in my car to go discard it for her. As I did that, I asked for a straw. She yelled no. I said, " I can't have a straw?" She handed me a straw and said, "No! It was really rude to dump that out!" Then she slammed the window shut.

Food is McDonald’s, it always works in a pinch. The management here is god awful. Came in one morning and got my usual, which always comes out to $10 even. The person that rung me up said $10 even as well. When I got to the first window it was about a dollar more, when I questioned it, the person at the window said “taxes.” When I got my receipt I then realized I paid for some else’s order. That’s fine, mistakes happen. When I let the person at the window know, they got their manager (I assume). Manager said we were good to go and gave us our food. When I asked about the extra money I paid, tried to gaslight me into thinking I would’ve paid more for my order. Soooo they refused to give me my money. They also refused to double check. I don’t care that I’m out a dollar, I care that this place has the audacity to treat their customers like that. I will never go to this McDonald’s again. I've had enough of this location. We swing through on our way up north, and have often stopped here to use the drive through. Odds are about 50/50 on a successful transaction, and we order simple stuff. One time my son ordered 3 cheeseburgers with no pickles. 2 had pickles, and the one that did not also did not have the meat! This last time we swept right through the order process (the woman taking the order and payment was very nice). But when we got to the window, I got a blank stare from the boy looking at me. He asked if I had the quarter pounder. No, I did not. He asked to see my receipt and then asked for me to pull ahead. I sat for 10 minutes until another patron walked past and said if I wanted my food I should probably go in, because it was a cluster in there. I did, and there were 5 to 6 people in back all scrambling around. The boy from the window saw me and immediately realized he had blown it. I asked for my drink as they scrambled to get my food. He just gave me the cup to fill it myself. Then there were no lids. Finally got our food and were on our way....no napkins. I will be avoiding in the future.

Their service is extremely poor, they always forget sauces and when you go back in the restaurant and ask for the sauces and show them the receipt, they catch an attitude and still takes them forever to give sauces that I paid for.
