I recently had a frustrating experience at McDonald's when ordering a simple cheeseburger with only ketchup. It's a McDonald's! If you are looking for a 5 star dining experience why are you looking for it at a fast food joint? As far as McDonald's go this one is one of the best I've been to. Fairly fast, looks kept/clean, and service was good/courteous.....better than the folks bolting after placing their order to be first to the window they might pass out I guess from the extra minute of waiting! All in all a great McDonald's experience!

We stopped there on our way back to Manitowoc after a basketball game. We ordered 2 double hamburgers plain, small fry, and 10 mcnugget meal with a large coke. Cost me over $20. They gave us 8 mcnuggets, 2 double cheeseburgers. All wrong. I can't eat cheese. Worst service I have had. I will never stop here again.

We popped in on our way home back to Madison, and they are hands down the best McDonalds we’ve ever been to! They actually did extra pickles (not just 2 as most do when you ask for extra pickles pickles) and the fries were the best we’ve ever had! piping Hot and fresh! Delicious and were only sad we I have to go back to our McDonald’s in Madison, where the fries are warm at best and you get two pickles when you say extra

Stopped by this McDonald’s on Nov. 9, 2024 evening and it was amazing! Way better than any other McDonald’s. Food was fresh, fries not over salted and my Big Mac had lots of lettuce and onion on it. I wish every McDonald’s was up to this place’s standards. Good job team!

We popped in here twice over the past 3 days We grabbed lunch on the way up to peninsula State Park on day one and grab breakfast on the way out of Sturgeon Bay headed back down to the east coast, this morning. Ordered from the kiosk both times, drink cups came out almost immediately, and food was in short order behind them. All food seemed really freshly made, for fast food, fries were actually good, drink machines fizzy and cold, like they're supposed to be.

Bathroom was clean and stocked. If you're in the area to use the Tesla charger, it's just a quick walk across the parking lot.

I ordered a chocolate shake at the drive through on 5/19/24. The total was $4.53, I handed the cashier a $5 bill and 55 cents. I got two pennies back but not the dollar. I asked the cashier and he seemed puzzled I questioned it. I wasn’t Jewish enough to cause a seen over a dollar. Only pay with a credit card because they’ll gangster your dollars. I hope the worker at least bought his lunch with the $1 and I didn’t just donate it to the McDonalds corporation.

McDonald's i just picked up my chicken mcnugget meal for lunch. I assume these nuggets are from yesterday. They are awful, over cooked , dried out and hard. Very disappointed to get food that obviously has been sitting for a while. Thought it would be fresh due to the noon hour. Never had this issue before. Please train your staff to throw out food that has been sitting so long. There is no way these were just cooked. I had to throw them out they were not edible.

I'm disgusted. I stopped in for lunch today (8/30). Right when I walked in, I could see there was a customer who had an issue with his items. The GENERAL MANAGER was touching bits of the sandwich that this customer bit off of. Then, she turned around and began bagging OTHER CUSTOMERS ORDERS without washing or sanitizing her hands. DISGUSTING! The GENERAL MANAGER of all people. I'd expect that from a new crew person or a teenager who maybe doesn't know any better yet... but not a manager.

Dirty fast food dining rooms a new trend since the era of covid. Pure laziness and I'm tired of eating in my vehicle. Most of my dinner ended up in the trash. I enjoy breakfast at this location, but quality is slipping like so many other McDonald's restaurants in the area. Whatever. Okay to start I love this McDonald’s I’ve never really had an issue except for occasional accidents in my order, and some gross tables once and awhile but that’s honestly normal for a McDonald’s and I can’t complain. One worker in particular though, is very odd. He tells people (woman) to smile more and makes people very uncomfortable, as I am not the only one who has had this issue. I’ve heard complaints. This location has messed up like 3 different times and I don’t go here that often. One time they forgot a sandwich but I couldn’t go back or I would’ve been late to work.

On time I ordered on the app at 10:15 and came to get my breakfast a couple minutes before 10:30 and they said they couldn’t serve me breakfast anymore even though I ordered and paid for it within the breakfast time frame. I asked if I could still get the decaf coffee on my order (I have a caffeine sensitivity) and at that point it should have been free. I paid anyway, and they gave me regular coffee and I was messed up the rest of the day.

Just now I ordered a breakfast meal and they charged me extra for the drink that is supposed to be included. I asked if it was included since the price seemed off and the woman unenthusiastically said it was. Double checked my receipt compared to the price on the app when I got home and despite the low amount of effort it would have taken to check if my very simply/small order was incorrect, she clearly didn’t and just lied. Two things I can't stand: lies, and giving any extra $ to exploitive multibillion dollar companies.

This is the BEST MCDONALD'S ON THE PLANET. I've been visiting this location for 15 years driving through and the food is always fresh and better than any other Mcdonald's. Cheeseburgers are seasoned with salt and pepper and the buns are pillow-y fresh. Every. Single. Visit. The Mcflurries were mixed all the way through and anything I've ever ordered was BETTER than I've ever eaten at another location. I've been to McDonald's in countless cities and this one by far is the best. Be sure to stop, if you're in the area. You have to try it to believe it!

Absolutely the worst service ever. Kiara is extremely rude and unkind for no reason. I had politely asked for a pup cup, and she had slammed the door in my face. I then asked for her name and she wouldn’t even give it to me. I had to drive around and ask the next girl with glasses, who also slam the door in my face. I don’t understand what the issue was, and why both of the girls were so upset and had to ruin my night, but this is not OK. I will be calling corporate and reporting this these girls were so mean for no reason. horrible customer service. If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed. There was no reason for this and manager seriously you should talk to your workers. They should just get away with this.
