As a delivery person who tries to help, I am truly offended by the treatment some of the store employees offer me and their guests. I hear vulgar swearing, finger pointing and very poor treatment of their guests. From the manager down to some of the staff...find a job you like. It's not a game of who can be most miserable. You win!

I witness the young lady working the second drive thru lean out the window and take puffs from 3 different vapes FROM the vehicle in front of me, to which I am to assume were her friends, who didn’t order food. They must’ve just drove through to let their friend (who is working) to smoke through the drive thru window. I haven’t seen anything that unprofessional ever. She played it off as a joke but my children and I hardly found it funny by any means. I hope disciplinary measures are taken with this employee.

Stopped in the drive thru Wednesday, Aug 20th about 4pm. I miss read the menu and when I asked to change my order - I received the biggest, heaviest sigh I've heard in a long time. In response, I apologized for bothering him at work and asking him to do his job. I then told him to cancel the order, I'd go somewhere else.
Im reasonable, I know people are tired and overworked but, I simply asked to changed the two cheeseburgers to doubles cheeseburgers (I even apologized a few times, while doing so)....if thats the worst thing hes been asked to do, he should concern himself lucky.

Pregnant and was looking so forward to a filet-o-fish and cheeseburger with no onions after work. Thought about it all day, got off work, went straight to McDonald’s, ordered it, got home and opened my filet-o-fish box to see the cheese not even on the sandwich so I had to scrape it off the side of the box and am left with just cheese crumbs on my sandwich. I figure it’s just that, so I move on to my no onion cheeseburger, just to be hit with the stench of onions(also forgot pickles)🙂. Night ruined. Thanks McDonald’s👍🏻 (should also say that I was the ONLY person in the drive through at the time so there wasn’t a rush to make this)

I dinned in and placed my order at the register…. I don’t know if the cashier was new but my moca frappes we’re served as a iced moca my sandwich was not correct and my kids nuggets were cold…. When I received my drinks after telling the cashier 3x all drinks are large all my drinks came small when I asked to have them changed I got a attitude from Matt I was missing a frappe from my large order and asked kian for it he said your gonna need to order it cuz it’s not charged I checked and I got charged 2 large cokes instead. Than I went to the mobile station and ordered my frappe and when the girl served it she pretty much threw it and the straw she literally threw my sister had a large order too and both were messed up. The people here that are kind need proper training and as for the ones with attitude either need a job where they don’t deal with people or something but I know we’re not coming back I hope your expos better if you decide to go here thanks for reading hope this helped.

Mobile Ordered through the McDonald’s App here, and it was very smooth and easy! When I walked in to pick-up my order, I checked the bag and they had every thing that I ordered correct, including the requested condiments. IF you are lucky enough to actually get ALL the things you ordered, you better check and make sure that they aren't expired.
We never ever ever get the entire order (usually missing 1-2 items)! And the apples my kids get are usually expired by 2 days.
It isn't expecting above and beyond to get all the things you PAY for and that they not be expired!

Ordered 4 fish sandwiches, 4 Double cheeseburgers, Quarter pounder large meal, 20 piece chicken nuggets, 3 large fries. Check food only have 3 large fries, missing a large fry.
