Standard McD's, but over the span of 4-5 years they have NEVER messed up my order. I am surprised by how often the food is good. The fries have always been crispy and fresh. My only complaint would be sometimes I have to wait for those crispy fries 🍟 (but I'd say that's time well spent waiting). 5/5

We Went through the drive thru tower 21st mcdonald's this afternoon to get something and we counted the money out counted or change and then gave it to the high-schooler at the window and then Olivia the manager and then another lady manager in the past few weeks comes up and argues with us about our change and saying that we didn't count it when we did and saying that we were holding up the line and no we weren't told us we need to go in to order next time even though we counted our change ourselves we are never returning to this mcdonald's they lost us as customers and we also went today and they were rude again sherry was rude too us in the drive thru too wouldn't let us get our mc double that they screwed up on wh we didn't want cheese on it wouldn't give it so we had to walk in the restaurant and get it Olivia was rude to us again Said that we didn't count the change when we did count the change

I don't think you can truly "hate" a building, but i think i hate this place.
I've had several bad experiences here: it's Mcdonald's, it's fast food, it happens.
The things I get mad at, are the interactions with customer service when I have an issue and need someone to "resolve" it.

I don't need to rate the food here, it's mcdonalds, it will LITERALLY taste the same here, or over in Duluth, or over in Japan.

2nd time this month, go there app. Don't work. Told them that I can't. You won't let me order my large coffee. So then they put it down and tried trying to charge me $4 for it. I will definitely eat here again and the atmosphere inside the restaurant while I was eating was low-key and relaxing. I'm not sure I'm the poster child for McDonald's but I do eat at McDonald's or get things to drink often two or three times every day. Since I travel and have family in several States I was visiting friends and relatives and stopped at this store in Superior. I often get to know the workers and managers pretty well and my first impression of Alan the manager was highly positive. I knew right away if I had any issues this was the kind of person that would diffuse any conflict or frustration. He was approachable and not a letter of the law type person or my way or the highway way of being. Clearly he understood the McDonald's mantra of give them the pickle and if I made a special request I'm sure he would honor it within reason of course. Too many times managers hold their ground and won't give a person an extra pickle or lemon or a few extra onions on their sandwich and they want to charge for everything which goes against what I believe in and what I think fast foods and restaurants should be about, which is the customer. I definitely would put him at the top of any manager I've ever met in over 8 or 10 states that I've traveled. I just wanted everyone to know that this is a store I would come back to again and definitely will on my travels and current visit. Maybe we could hire Alan away to do training for managers around the country so they understand the McDonald's mantra "give them the pickle".... He definitely would do his best to make sure customers are satisfied from my first impression and my experience in chatting with him.

Not sure why people have bad experiences at this restaurant or any place. But what I found is many people don't take time to compliment or look for the good. I'm imagining that there are plenty of people that are happy with the service food etc at this restaurant. But it's just human nature to not take time to compliment but to take time to point out the negatives. Today's visit although only for a couple of coffee, was a very great visit. I was privileged to have my order taken by young man by the name of Noah who had a pleasant demeanor and a kind nature to him with a nice smile. He was friendly and used a lot of polite words. I came in after 9:00 p.m. and asked them if they would make a fresh pot of coffee which he did without any attitude. Then he brought the cup of coffee to my table and again another polite interaction with a pleasant smile. He definitely should be commended for his service and representing this restaurant and franchise in a positive way.

9/7/24 Just wanted to add a more current positive review for this store. Most of my reviews are on the app but my receipt tonight didn't allow me to do a positive review, so here we go. I wasn't the largest spender tonight but definitely drinking coffee and doing some work on my computer I felt valued to a high degree as a customer and as a person. Tonight I was impressed with two workers, Miss Mikaela who was the manager on duty, and an hourly worker named Haydon. The thing that impressed me in my visit and many visits over the last few weeks is been the politeness and positive energy by nearly every single employee I've interacted with. Maybe I'm raised a little old school but it's still nice to have people say thank you or yes sir. It's also nice to see a smile and see people in Good moods and workers who are helpful and courteous. After I ordered my coffee I was greeted several times at the table I was sitting at Miss Michaela who offered refills and to get me more sweeteners if I needed them. I appreciated her positive energy and also watched as she went around the lobby greeting other customers. Then when I I was getting ready to leave, I went up to the front counter and had a brief conversation with Haydon and commented to him about the uniqueness of his name. He was one of the most polite Young men I have ever met at a McDonald's! Wow! Sure glad that management is doing a great job in hiring so many good people at this location

We went to the McDonald's on tower in superior wi and we got old French fries,we pulled back around and the women said for us to pull up to the second window and our fresh fries will be done in 30 seconds. She came to the window and assured us the just came out and were fresh. Pulled away and all they did was straight up lied to us and the tasted just as old but warmer cause of microwave. We went here for lunch yesterday and used the mobile pick up. Our old, cold fries were upside down dumped in the bag, I paid for 2 ranch for the nuggets but didn't receive any ranch. The chicken sandwich I bought was just thrown together and messy which would have been ok if we received any napkins. The girl who brought out our food forgot the spoon for the sundae and asked if I wanted a spoon...... ummm yes i would love a spoon for my ICECREAM. My pop was 3/4 full and when asked to fill it she gave attitude. It was just a horrible experience.

In the kids' play area, the tables and chairs were dirty. I tried cleaning the seats with the sani wipes they had, but it wasn't cutting it. The distance between the toilet and stall door (non-handicap stall) is very short, my knees almost hit the door (I am 5'8.5").
