This is the 4th time I had to go back after either getting delivery or drive thru. Every time it's either cold food, forgetting food. The whole point of getting delivery or going thru drive thru is not to have to run back to the restaurant. The only reason why we get food from here is because it's close by our house.

Do not order breakfast at this McDonald’s through the app. Although breakfast is advertised until 10:30 AM, they shut it off whenever they choose. We placed our order well ahead of time and gave the order number at the drive-thru at 10:28 AM. The staff told us breakfast was already closed and that we would need to go into the app ourselves to cancel the order for a refund. Very frustrating and misleading.

Mid! I've always went to this place since it's very close to my house, it would be 2 stars but bonus points for staying in business for so long. But the food is 50/50 if it's going to be great or horrible. I've had some good pulls and some bad. I recommend going to the other McDonald's nearby at tower avenue. But I Would eat here again! 5/10

This is a decent McDonald's, one of the newly renovated ones with the self-ordering kiosks. The food (hotcakes) was pretty good and came out quickly. The dining area was clean too and customer service friendly. I took a star off as the price was too high for what you get and doesn't feel like a good value. Otherwise, I'd recommend dining here if you need to.

The fries rock! The building is clean and in great shape. Parking is adequate. So here's my critique of McDonalds:
Teach your employees to engage, welcome, and greet your customers. Make the visit be more than grabbing a meal and leaving. Make it an experience.
Bring back at least a "semi-healthy" option. Salads are gone. Baked chicken sandwiches are gone.
Prices are through the roof. If a person visits McDonalds and receives poor service, has limited menu options and a poor experience, a super high price is not warranted.
But, the fries rock.

Not much to say here. It's McDonalds. It kind of sets its own expectations. Nothing exceptional to report. Food is average, presentation is poor, quality is standard, price is high and service is...well...is! I'm 46 years old and I remember when McDonalds was the pinnacle for burger spots. Someone ahead of me took my food in line, management wasn't really good. They told me to pull ahead and I will have to wait longer now after sitting in line ordering for 25 mins. I wouldn't recommend the east side McDonald's off hwy 10 st.cloud. the staff are very rude on night shift.

I was here morning and evening on 8-2-24. Both times that day I was stuck in the line for literally 10 minutes. Two different shifts of simps working. Doesn’t say much for management.
Now I just left. The next day, and I was the 3rd from the window and sat there for 8 minutes. The people that get told to pull forward to wait on food were in those spots when I pulled in. And 2 out of 3 were still waiting when I left.
Management had no explanation and just said sorry and rolled their eyes.
Good thing Culver’s is across street for everyone with the same experience.

I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy. Came home and opened the box to a very sad chicken sandwich with 2 bottom buns.

The sandwich is the size of a McChicken.

The prices of food at this location are astronomical. I live in the Twin Cities and Superior's prices are out of their minds. Not to mention the actually build their sandwiches the correct way.

Just like any other basic ho hum McDonalds this place attracts the areas vagrants and homeless. Luckily for them though, your mind will be blown with their unusually accuracy as it relates to not getting your order quite right. Depending on the time of the day, there is always the chance something ain't gonna be quite right. Friendly enough staff, just lacks whatever it is in this industry that it takes to pay attention to special requests. Feeling lucky, take a chance on their restrooms for some fun!!

My daughter and I went through the drive through and ordered. Went to pay and my daughter's card only went partially through and I didn't have my purse with so we told them to just cancel the order and we would come back. The restaurant looked very updated with decor reflecting the lake superior area. It was clean, and we had a TV to watch as we waited for our food. We were given a number so we could go sit down, and they brought the food out to us, super great customer service. The bathrooms were nice with paper towels, which I appreciate more than air dryers only. The young staff was very personable. We visited Sat, July 23rd, on our way back home from camping.

Restaurant temperature must've been near 63 degrees (outdoor temp was 71). Men's paper towel dispenser didn't work. Women's restroom was out of Toilet paper (at least they addressed that). Order was missing an entire meal of nuggets, and fries. Sandwich was not prepared as requested. Staff argued even with proof and receipt (dining inside). Ceiling tiles were missing from dining area with insulation showing.

I'm normally not a negative person, but this location needs some training, and maintenance. Until this location improves, I recommend skipping and dine at one in Duluth.

Drive thru was really slow. Other than that, the food was as expected. Rje interior is generally clean and there is plenty of easuly access parking,l. I like the fact this location has great easy access, both getting off rhe highway and getting back on your way. Please click 👍 if this was helpful.
