The thorp McDonald’s staff/team is very poor at doing their job. I was in the bathroom stall in the McDonald’s when employee Shawn bangs on my door with no explanation and screams “get out” then proceeded to say “this place ain’t the big enough for the both of us” tried to kick the door in I was scared for my life I felt threatened I was literally shaken. This man also tried to put stuff in my burger 🍔

While traveling, it can be difficult to find a breakfast sandwich I can eat since I am allergic to milk and cheese. I got egg mcmuffin with no cheese and no bacon/ham. That was dry but easy and convenient.

I and another customer stood in front of the counter for probably 10mins. The people working would not even acknowledge us. So we decided to use the kiosk to put in our own orders. Clearly they did not want to take our order in person. I got home and my order was completely wrong. Why did I go through the trouble ordering 3 plain burgers to have all 3 of them different and not at all want we wanted. We tossed them this was a waste of money and time to stop here.

Went through the drive through…ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches at 1015am. There was 1 vehicle parked waiting for food and 1 car ahead of us, that car was parked to wait too. When paying and got our drink we were told there will be a small wait. So we parked to wait. A vehicle that came through 10 minutes after us got their food first. After 15 minutes of waiting we got our 2 egg and cheese McMuffins.
First sandwich was cold. So cold the cheese wasn’t melted at all! The top McMuffin of the second sandwich was so burnt it wasn’t eatable.
Very disappointed!

Without fail every visit something is forgotten. So on top of having to wait forever for your food originally they tac on some extra wait time by not having someone at the counter and having to make the food because they are super cheap and don't have anything ready. I've been coming here for coffee for going on 3 years now, and I cannot believe the drop in not only service speeds but quality and service in general... Believe me when I fully understand that McDonald's isn't the Pinnacle of fine dining or excellence in food but literally I've had missing items constantly, warm/cold coffees, missing creamers /sugars that were added, slow wait times when there is no one even in the restaurant or drive thu, complaints about not being able to give an ice water in large size then the next day it not being an issue. Inconsistency, lack of enthusiasm or professionalism for the job is a going theme here. Idk if it's the DEI stuff our current regime has made McDonald's franchise adopt or just that this specific location just hires really incompetent people that cannot even make a coffee in a timely manner, but I will no longer be a customer of this location or really any McDonald's in the future. I'll gladly walk across the street to get a coffee and food from Kwik Trip instead.

Specifically asked for extra pickes and made sure that the guy rang them in. Got my cheeseburgers with ONE pickle on each. Ridiculous!! My fries were cold and tasted like they had previously been rewarmed multiple times. My mom got a bacon cheeseburger but guess what? The food was delicious, and the service was a failure. We ordered two Happy Meals and two quarter pounder meals. After they brought out our food, at the table with my hungry little critters, we discovered that neither Happy Meal had fries. I walked the twelve feet back to the counter and said we were missing French fries. The cashier asked to see my receipt. I turned around and took the four steps back to the table where my kids were clearly sitting with their Happy Meal boxes to get the receipt. Cashier gave me the fries. Brought them back to the table, and my husband told me that we didn't receive our drink cups. Back up I went. After everyone was situated, my son asked for a drink from my husband's pop, and we realized we never received their Happy Meal milk. Back to the counter. They literally forgot to give us a total of six items. It's kind of wild. I personally only have negative experiences with fast food attached to gas stations, yet I find myself going to them despite knowing it will be a mess. I wasn't upset with my experience knowing that I shouldn't expect more. The restrooms were clean, but there was a silly place for the changing table, blocking the walkway from the stalls to the sink. At least they fit one in.
