Finally got our food 50 minutes after placing our order. My McChicken was cold. My husbands Spicy McCrispy was not hot. My son's fries in his happy meal were tough to chew. They forgot to give us our 4 piece chicken nugget. No apologies for the wait. Stood up at the counter for 15+ minutes just to ask if they could put our originally "for here" order, "to go" instead. Never acknowledged. Multiple staff walked past me, didn't make the contact with me or ask if I could be helped. Not sure why we had to wait so long for cold, crappy food. We shouldn't have waited and just asked for a refund but who knows how long we would be waiting for someone to process that request from us. Do not recommend.

This McDonald's was recently renovated and it turned out nice. The food is hot, especially if you order fries with no salt. My kids like McDonald's, and every time I go, their ice cream machine is working. It's a fast food restaurant, what can you say.

I've been repeatedly overcharged for a meal by ringing up the individual items, big difference $6-$12 more depending on the meal. This has happened during all shifts since the lockdown for covid-19. Get your receipt and review it. It's reprehensible behavior.

They took our order and our money, gave us our drink (we only got one), then completely forgot about us. We had to get their attention through the window after 20ish minutes and when we finally got their attention they said they clicked our order as served, but we never got our food. Girl was apologetic and gave us coupons. We had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make our fries and then we still had to ask for the ranch we asked for. They were nice but this was ridiculous.

Yet another McDonald's who bags your food, does not fill your drink and shouts out your table number instead of bringing it to you. Plus! The tea containers were empty!
Today, and take this however you want to, I worked a 14 hour day and had breakfast at 4:30 AM. Made it to work at 7 AM. I believe that I am, and others who are like my work hours, would have actual have the table service requested. Served on a tray. Drink as ordered, not an empty glass. Since such service is offered, why isn't the follow through?

I waited 15 minutes to order with only one car ahead of me to order in the drive thru. I never did place my order and left the drive thru to go inside since the drive thru lane was not moving. This was at 4 o’clock on a Thursday. When I went inside I had to call out numerous times for someone to come to the register. When I asked how long it would take for my order the only respond I got was I don’t know. Turns out this was the manager on duty. I have visited this McDonald’s many times and may never return.

Every time I have gone to this establishment there is always an issue. On three separate occasions, I've gone in the morning and have gotten yelled at, then I've gone for lunch and again got the worst service ever. And then I went tonight to get A large fries using my McDonald's app And when I gave them the code they said it didn't work and they couldn't use it and didn't bother to Scan the QR code or find out what was wrong The manager or whoever that was just turned her back and walked away and didn't even bother to explain or finish getting my order. Very large eating area. Great parking location. Someone needs to clean the tables more often. Free simple puzzle game for kids. Pop is still self-serve.
Quiet town. Just drop by for quick food and restroom.

We waited in the drive thru line for an excessive amount of time. All we ordered was a breakfast sandwich meal. (1 sandwich, 1 hash brown, & a OJ.) We finally got our small bag and OJ. I drove away only to find that they forgot the hash brown.
I drove back to the drive thru, told the lady that they forgot it, and she told me to pull up to the second window. Then I sat there for a hot
minute, no one behind me, and 1 of the workers walked passed the window multiple times. So I finally honked the horn and a different worker brought me the hash brown. We spent a total of 20 min in the McDonalds thru.

Please work on this, it doesn't take much to wipe down tables and clean up a bit. Stopped here on our way out of town for a three hour drive. Both lines were backed up. Finally able to order and I ordered a fish sandwich which was a big mistake. The tartar sauce was coming out on all sides. What a mess! And then find that there are no napkins in the bag. There was so much tartar sauce it was dripping off and got it on my new shirt. Typically, it is a friendly service, but with an atmosphere of being overwhelmed. The new style building has a very cold, empty feel about it. I am just waiting for the robots that make and serve the food to be installed.
Otherwise, sometimes I wonder why I waited so long for semi warm food but not normally.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a McFlurry. I pulled up to the window to receive my food and the employee making my McFlurry had gotten excess ice cream on the lid. With her ungloved hand she pushed the excess back inside the lid, licked her finger and then preceeded to hand me my dessert. Not only is this disgusting, this is unsanitary. The worst part is how many times prior to me has this employee made the decision that this action was acceptable. I requested a new dessert and recieved one made by a different employee. This is unsanitary!
