Would be nice if I had some deals. Since I got a new phone, had to uninstall and reinstalled app and now I don't get all the deals...particularly the mocha, frappe, latte that has $1.50 off. What's happening with this app? No one at McDonalds seems to care. Said they would get back to me 3 days ago, but haven't heard a thing. My husband's phone has it and my old phone had It. EVERY day I would I would get my mocha, but without the deal, I do not go to McDonald's.

Fairly typical McDs experience while traveling. Did a curbside order since we were passing through. Ended up waiting almost 20 min for our food, my wife finally went inside to look for it. Should have done the drive thru instead. It sounded like they were pretty busy on the inside (Sunday lunch, possibly busy from services ending?), but the fries and burgers were not very warm either.

Half hour drive through experience
I had a horrible experience today. I had a mobile order and was waiting at the speaker in the drive through, the employee told me to wait twice before a long silence. The customer behind me started yelling at me to hurry.(I have a code not a long order, I'm waiting too) They eventually drove off. The car behind them decided to cut ahead since the line wasn't moving. Two other cars behind me drove off. A different employee speaks and I move on. They clearly had a mixup at the window because the car that cut ahead of me doesn't want my food and I have to wait for them to serve the lady that cut ahead of me(Minnesota plates). It would've made me feel better if they had her pull ahead while they put her order together so I could get my food that she didnt want but nope. I mustve waited almost a half hour before i finally got my food and left feeling super stressed. The employees were nice but the customers turned hostile because of the long wait, and i already paid for my food on the app so i couldnt escape. Maybe do curbside instead 🙃

The last few times we visited was not pleased. The workers up front were wearing pajama pants and baggy sweatshirt with no hats or hairnets. When ordering food all customers in the lobby were told that she would not take any orders at the till and were told to use the app or the kiosk. When I had a question on the kiosk I was told "it's pretty self explanatory" this place has really gone down hill.

Went inside to order and they had a gate up barring access to the restaurant. Clerk told us it was closed due to low staffing so went through the drive through. Waited HALF AN HOUR for 2 Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and a large fries!!! Drove away, pulled over, checked the bag, and the fries were missing and had to drive back to get the missing fries! They took half and hour and still managed to mess our order up! This is the slowest most incompetent McDonald’s we’ve ever been to in our lives!
