Really good place for cheap food and drinks but they will mess up your order, i eat there once a week and i have never gotten food that was made right, luckily i dont habe any allergies, but it does get to me when i order a burrito or a sandwhich and it comes to me in a taco form which actually happened today, or a sanwhich with only bread which happens more often then id like, too many times do i habe to go in and fix my own order, the only reason i go there is because its like the only spot in two rivers, everywhere else thinks an hour to wait on your food is okay

Horrible customer service! Traveling 10 miles to a better McDonalds because of the employees here... nothing like using the right side drive thru board and watching 4 cars use the other one that showed up AFTER I did, before someone greeted me to take their order. Nope... never again!

You're not that busy at 5:45 in the morning that you can screw up expensive breakfast. We ordered bacon on the sandwiches and we get sausage instead I'm allergic to sausage can't eat sausage never would order sausage. Thank you for screwing up my morning. Plus instead of you adding the orange juice is a meal you charge us extra for that. She didn't even give me the receipt.

One of the best McDonalds. It’s waterfront in the main drag, overlooking a marina and next door to a campground in downtown Two Rivers. Nicely decorated, great staff. 69 cent ice cream cones and senior coffee is available.

Ordered for my family on the way home from work. 5 people. Drive thru guy kept cutting me off as I was ordering saying "is that all?" Gee, sorry to inconvenience you guys. Finally get my order and get home, got 5 drinks, got 3 of the burgers and the nuggets and 4 of the fries. Didn't get the last burger meal. Called the store, rude manager said yeah everyone says the same thing when they call. Well maybe do something about it! You are the adult overseeing kids. Do your job instead of blaming the customer who called wanting to know where their 10.
00 meal was. Every time I go through the drive thru it's the same thing. Something is missing and it isn't little stuff like dip. If she hadn't been so snarky and rude, I wouldn't be complaining about it here.

There are some wonderful people that work at this location. I used to come here almost every morning before work and had some moments to briefly chat with staff. Food in the evenings especially after 8pm is not quite where it needs to be. Using the timers and making sure food is good quality throughout hours of operations is important

The food here is so bad.i gave this place plenty of tries. The buns are hard the meat is dry. And the amount of lettuce and dehydrated onions they put on the burgers should be looked at. I should not be having 4 serving sizes of onions, pickles, and lettuce on a single sandwich. The training in the back area needs to look at asap.

I just ordered from the McDonalds app and only live 3 minutes away …by the time the food got there it was so cold and the McFlurry was melted and leaking out of the cardboard container…I called the store and the person was so rude and said I had to call DoorDash when I didn’t use DoorDash 🤦🏼♀️ DoorDash said call McDonalds …at this point I’m fed up and just want a refund and I will never eat there again

Only chose McDonald’s because I was given a gift card, food has absolutely no flavor yet they charge casual dining franchise prices. Customer attrition over the years resulted in $5 meal including chicken nuggets. I was asked if I wanted sauce for nuggets and asked if they had BBQ, which they did. I expected to pay $5.25 with tax (.05% tax) but was given a total of $5.46. Not going to break me but math wasn’t adding up. I asked at ‘Next Window’ why it wasn’t $5.25 and he said ‘taxes’. I said that taxes must have gone up quite a bit for a $5 order to have a $.46 tax added which he said YES. Next window when I received drink but not food, I asked again why $5.46 and not $5.25 and told TAXES. I get food and receipt, I was charged $.21 for BBQ sauce. WTH???? You not only deceivingly ask if customers want sauce but don’t tell them it is an upcharge even when questioning 2 different people at 2 stages prior to receiving food why total is $.21 higher than it should be so I can decide if I wanted to pay $.21 for a condiment that should be included at no cost. It’s the principal, not the cost. I’m only one person but add up that amount by the millions in a day probably only in Wisconsin but around the world and McDonald’s is cleaning house on us idiots paying $5 pretax for historically pathetic tasting food where condiments are necessary for flavor.
The commercial for the $5 meal even has a sauce on each $5 meal option, look for yourself. Deceptive advertising as well as staff trained to trick you into thinking sauce included for the dirty up charge practice.

Ordered through the app. Went there checked in. First window said I was good pull forward. 2nd window gave me my drink and told me to pull up to parking #1. So I pull up. The car behind was told to pull up next to me in parking #2. The car after him was told to pull up and also the 4th car was told to pull up. 5 minutes goes by the car that was behind me got his food. 3rd car got hers. Then the 4th car got hers. 15 minutes of me waiting in parking #1 and I still haven't gotten my food. I go inside and told them I have been waiting for 15 minutes for my food. Everyone looked clueless. They said they took care of all the cars waiting. So, you gave my food away to another car? No answer. That guy (2nd window cashier) told me to pull up to stall #1 to wait for my food. You can literally see my vehicle from the kitchen. I haven't moved for 15 minutes waiting on you guys. So manager rings up my order again and it was done and ready within minutes. Sorry we thought we took care of everyone. We'll give you some coupons. Like seriously there was only two cars ahead of me when I checked in. I could see inside and there was only four people in the lobby eating. It was not busy. I shouldn't have had to wait for over 15 minutes for a 10pc meal. If I never went in, who knows how long I would've been sitting there. Waiting for my food. DO BETTER. KEEP TRACK OF WHO YOU TELL THE PULL UP BY WRITTING DOWN THEIR LISCENCE PLATE. WHEN THEY GET THEIR FOOD CROSS THEIR LISCENCE PLATE OFF. ITS NOT THAT HARD.

Today, I was starving after work. So went down the road to get some food. Nobody inside the store. Like 2 cars in drivethrough. No ashley. Ordered two sandwiches. Took 10 minutes. And while waiting i noticed the gal making the sandwiches was touching food and then her headset and then back to food. Didn't change gloves once either that i noticed. So i refused the food and informed the guy why. Of course he understood. But then they continued to hand that food out to customers. 🤮🤢🤮 Got my refund and ran..
Makes me think twice about eating out. Ya never know how the people making your food handle it...

Definitely gave this restaurant a chance to make it right but they refused. When I finally called the Killian franchise in West bend it took them five or six days to get back to me and I filed the complaint of my poor experience with the lady on the phone who was very nice. When the area supervisor for the two rivers store , whose name I will not mention, contacted me you could tell he didn't care it was a letter of the law person. This type of rigid attitude was consistent with what I got in my visit to this store on about September 7th. The visit included ordering a $0.59 ice cream cone. When I got the cone I was insulted by its size which was barely large enough for an infant or small child. I said to the young man that I was disappointed in the size and asked if they could make a larger one then that. Of course he was following his rules as an hourly worker and I understand that and then talk to the manager and she came up and said that's the size we make for 59 cents. I politely told her that it was ridiculous and she said I could pay a dollar 59 for a larger one and I said no I want to give you a chance to make it right before I complain. When she didn't accommodate my reasonable request to make the cone larger, I politely asked for my money back and told her I would complain to the Killian franchise. Clearly this manager and or this restaurant and the supervisor of the area for this restaurant don't understand the McDonald's mantra of, give them the pickle. It definitely cost them money because I will never go back to this store again which I've been loyal to for 30 plus years. Other managers and other Killian stores are not like that in the Manitowoc two Rivers area. They recognize that that kind of behavior just rubs people the wrong way. Very disappointing and I should have given a rating of zero on this restaurant.

I love my fish sandwich and my $35.?? Other food. But the place needs to take time to wash afterward. Picking up trash from the floor 🙃 had to be asked to do even that and still didn't . Ask about putting a wet sigh by water on the floor. My granddaughter did move a sigh for it she is only 6 years old. Food was not that warm.

I went through drive through at about 10pm. I ordered a quarter pound without cheese, fries and a chocolate shake.
I went to pick up and proceeded to get back on highway to drive home. My quarter pounder had cheese on it and NO FRIES!!! WTH??

Don’t waste your time going to this one. Drive down to Manitowoc if you really need McDonalds. This location has the absolute worst service. I have different problems every time I try. Tonight it was drive into the drive trough, was told they would be right with me. Waited a few minutes. Someone else drives up to the other kiosk. They have their order taken and not a word to me! The employees at this location are the dumbest you are ever going to run into. They always make mistakes. Spare yourself and just eat anywhere else.

Contrary to the negative messages mentioned below, I have to give you a good review today, I recently moved to the city of Two Rivers from Miami after living there for more than 15 years. Miami I have to say that customer service is very different, people there They are not usually friendly and considerate with the customer. Today I went to make an order at McDonald's, they did not have coke slushy available , so they told me that I would have to park my car and they would bring me the order, I was waiting there for around 7 minutes, the guy who took the order to my car apologized for the delay and as a courtesy they gave me a coupon for a free combo meal. I was shocked, I'm not used to this Courtesy towards the customer in Miami. Thanks to the incredible team that works on this McDonald's a great job guys! I had to give you this review because you really deserve it..I appreciate that they value the customer's time.

I don't know if it's cause the owners are cheapskates and buy bad microphones/headsets or if they give instructions in the form of riddles or something, but I have had almost as many wrong orders as I've had right orders. As I'm writing this I am sitting here with a quarter pounder that's in a chicken sandwich box. I ordered a chicken sandwich. How do you mess up this thoroughly? This feels like a deliberate act at this point. I understand if the toppings aren't perfect, this is fast food not good food. But come on guys. I at least would like the CORRECT food, even if it's not gourmet. Almost definitely never coming here again if I can help it.
