This place has the worst customer service ever. I have never gone to a place that does not great you. You have to wait long periods of time if you walk in to order. If you use the self check in board to order, you get no receipt. When you order comes up they yell out your number and throw the food on the counter. They don’t and won’t make eye contact as they walk away as fast as they can. If you have a question or even want to ask for salt, you have to wait until someone notices you standing there and then asks what you need. The manager is the worst. I had to get her attention cause I had no drink with my order. She just yelled out, it’s on its way. To be honest, I like the food but wish there was a Burger King in town. I would go there instead. While I was standing there today, there were 2 Older ladies and one was handicapped. Again got the food thrown down on the counter with no drinks or even thank you. She stood there for 2 mins before someone helped her. Just the poorest customer service ever…….. The laddies looked at me and said, wow. I then said it’s like that every time I come in…
I hope this review helps to get better service and if not I’ll keep leaving bad reviews and pray someone see them.

Went through the drive thru asked for steak, egg and cheese bagel the guy taking the order was total out if it this day. Repeated everything incorrectly finally when to pay and the lady there was confused not for my end but the guy taking the order. Then I received the order. Then pulled up to a parking space when I looked at my sandwich ( forgot to write that I asked for no sauce and no butter on the sandwich) sauce was inside on top and on the bottom butter also. Walked in to address the issue they looked upset like it’s my fault. Took the sandwich before getting in the car a looked at it more carefully and come to find out they did not add cheese. Went back and I got that what know look. After adding the cheese I got in the car and went to work which is 3 minutes away. The sandwich was cooled and so was the hash brown. I throw it out. I have between 20-25 workers each day ( Monday-Friday) that I buy there breakfast and I never understood why the driver that picks up the food drives 5-7 miles to the other McDonald’s. NOW I KNOW. The worst place/ meal and service I have ever had and I’ve had a few.NEVER Going back.

I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Was stuck in line for 15 minutes because the car in front of me wanted to have a friendly chat with the drive thru worker. Rather than having him pull forward if he was waiting for something so the people behind him can get moving, I overheard one of them say "these people can wait".
I'd have just pulled out of the line if I hadn't already paid. Food was room temperature by the time I got to eat it.

Updating my review to reflect my experience this morning. Placed an order thru the app to pick up in the parking spot. I had my two pups with me, so I wasn't able to go inside. I had a simple order - I wanted to try the caramel macchiato, and had a half off deal in my app. I also added a cookie 3 pack. A few minutes later, I see the worker bring my order out, and I notice it's only the cookies. And starts telling me as she's walking up "I cannot make you a macchiato, our machine is down." She starts walking away, but tells me she can make me a frappe instead. I'm still processing what she said, so I ask her if the frappe is anything like the macchiato? She genuinely sounded annoyed with me, says "No! They both have caramel drizzle, that's about it." And keeps walking away. I actually had to call after her to confirm she was making one for me, even though I wasn't really interested in it.i think she'd planned on making it regardless. She came back to my vehicle a minute later, and shoved the drink in my car. She actually told me "next time just come inside, I'm short staffed. I'm the only person here right now!" Honestly, how is that my fault or my problem? I do believe it's the customer's right as to how they want to place their order. Completely unnecessary that she take her frustration out on me. Contact your supervisor if you're upset that you're understaffed. My business is what literally keeps you in business. Okay, not just me, but I'm a tiny percentage. I matter. ** This is a diff review now** I always do the mobile order, and pick it up through the drive-thru. My last three experiences have been bad.
First, I went to use my points for a free frappe. I decided to get a hashbrown as well. When I got home, the bag only had my straw and napkins, no hashbrown.
The second time, I purchased a Happy Meal. It was missing the toy. No big deal to me, but, try explaining that to an excited child. The most recent time was during the "squishmallow frenzy". Placed a mobile order for 4 Happy Meals, and when I got there they told me they were out of squishmallows. Was told I'd have to come back for them a different day. This was the 2nd day of the Squishmallow event. But I will say that the service itself is good, most of the people are friendly.

The service is great. The workers are kind and do their best when they get busy. When the drive-thru is wrapped around the building, that's the sole focus. If you choose going inside or opt for the order-and-park method during that time, you will be second priority.

I walked in at noon with only a kiosk to place my order. The kiosk does not translate to phone or app for rewards. You try to place your order and when you get to the end it says you must order at counter. Young girl finally comes up to counter and looks at you like she's gonna beat you and acts like your wasting her time when i ask if they have ice tea. She places order, collects payment and then disappears. A few minutes later she drops my order off in a pickup area with another persons order and walks in back without a word. I wouldn't have known my order was ready if I hadn't checked the bags. Very poor customer service.

I dont go to this place often but when I do they are always slow and the flies are alarming. This last time in, there had to be 20 or 30 flies at the counter alone. On the menu screen, on the counter, the register and buzzing around and landing on our heads. I'm trying to eat less fast food, and fly droppings, and this last experience will help since I highly doubt I will ever be back.

Not much has changed except I have to order from the kiosk, no personal interaction (heaven forbidden). This time however the place was a mess. Nobody in the dining area, nobody making an order and maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. In short, not busy. And yet the dining room was a pig pen. All the tables needed to be cleaned. I had to wipe off my own table before I sat down. Food and garbage under numerous tables. Just a mess.
I dined in, and in the entire time I was there, nobody came out and cleaned up.
For the prices we now pay and the wages they earn for fast food customers deserve better.

Placed an online order for pickup. Our order number was listed in the 'Now Serving' list on the monitor. After waiting at the counter for several minutes with no one speaking to us I asked someone for my order and she barked back that they were busy and I would need to be patient. Horrible service and then the food was bad. The biscuits on the sandwiches were old and stale like they had been left out too long.

If I can get a negative 100 Stars I would. This location is by far the most worst ever I've seen in my life. Nothing but extreme rude people management that doesn't even know how to manage things. This isn't McDonald's you might as well call it Mcdaycare.. and after speaking with the district manager knowing that one of their managers refused to give me my money and I had to call the police to get my refund because the manager refused service slam the window on me and gave me the finger. And the district manager says that we're going to coach this person. I know if that was me I would be fired immediately. But that's the type of people that they still want to continue working there people that treat you like garbage and take your money for a paycheck..

Went to mcdonalds Oct 10 , 24. about 10am. After standing for about 5 min inside another customer walked in so I moved to the left. The boy rudely said if I stood in a specific spot, he pointed He would than take my order. There is no sign with that specific direction. A week before we asked for oatmeal at 1pm & were told its only served till 10:30am. Heading to Racine we stopped at Mcdonald in Sturtevant and enjoyed 2 oatmeals at about 2pm??? People make mistakes but Rudeness, unacceptable.

I did an order on the kiosk, but the manager needs to train her employees with special needs better. No one reads the ticket for your order so you have to ask for each individual drink, straw, drink cup, napkin, everything. My order was correct, but my vanilla iced coffee was very milky. I visited your restaurant yesterday with my great grandson . We went inside to order and eat , well after waiting for a while to get waited on the lady turned around and said I should use the kiosk. I went to the kiosk and tried but couldn't figure it out. It seams that you only care about the drive through customers .
I will not be visiting McDonald's again . Maybe you as a manager should take some time and train your people to be more considerit to your customers.

Drive thru order could hear my order. Order fish filet no cheese no sauce got order had cheese. Wanted a bundle when asked if we wanted fries and drink said yes but she didn't hear that. Then, when we asked if we could get another coke at the pickup window, we were told we had to drive thru again. I went in to get the fish filet corrected and was told sorry, but then explained plain on that order would have cheese. I told him it was ordered no cheese or sauce, not plain. Another what appeared to be a Manger said they were waiting on a fresh filet as I watched several orders go out while rhe rest of my food was getting cold and.she said that their orders were placed before mine. No ma'am they were not. You screwed mine up, and now I'm waiting while the rest.of.my order will be ice cold. I said it was.bad enough that they couldn't hear the drive-thru order as one manager said, " Sorry, we'll just fire everyone, and the other said I can get you an application." To which I replied no, but you can get me a refund! Got my refund and left

Food is always good, better than most McDonald's that I have been to. The service.. on the other hand.. extremely slow 🐌 . Day shift that ive seen likes to have full blown conversations with people they know that are coming through the drivethru. Shouldn't take 20 mins from the time I get to the intercom to when im driving away. While I was paying the lady at the window (Mother). You could hear the (daughter) in the background ordering her with an attitude to park me.
Granted I ordered 15 minutes ago I kindly refused. This is when it got worse while the mom was explaing the wait I was letting her know I understand they were understaffed etc. The daughter starts going ballistic swearing and and threatening to call the police on me for trespassing. At this point I remained calm let the mom know she could give my money back or give me my food. Daughter still in the background yelling having a tantrum calling me names etc.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! They are a obnoxious crew that are rude. The morning crew is good but I’m speaking about the evening crew. They cannot ever I mean ever get the order correct. The food never tastes fresh and they put way too much salt on the hamburger patties! It’s gross! Due yourselves a favor and please go elsewhere. I unfortunately live in this town and I always make the mistake of telling myself that I will give this place another chance. No more! My wife and I had it! F**k this place!

Horrible service. Ordered on the kiosk and it said take a number and we'll bring it to your table. Ten minutes and no food. I walked up and my food is just sitting on the counter. I said the kiosk said it would be brought toy table. The flippantly says, "well, we're a little busy so I didn't have time. I called out 764". I said, the kiosk didn't print a receipt so I couldn't know what my number was. She walked away with no response. Very rude.

Whenever I order a-la-cart items like eggs, english muffin, hashbrowns etc, they mix it together with items that don't belong, like putting the sausage patty that came with the hotcakes and sausage INSIDE my separate English muffin (I personally don't eat pork but my spouse does). They also put my a-la-cart egg on the same platter with everything else. They do this repeatedly (at least 4 times) . This time I called and spoke to the manager and she says "that's the way we do things" I told her "it's wrong, no other McDonald's I've ever been to does that" -crickets-. I told her I'll file my complaint with corporate, which I am in the process of doing right now. Bumpkins..figures.

In Saturday April 29th about 1230pm, pulled up to drive thru to place an order. Waited for about 5 mins and then someone over the speaker said "we'll be with you shortly ", couple minutes later the voice returns and says ,"we are closed". There were numerous cars behind me and the other drive thru speaker, everyone looking puzzled. How does a restaurant just close because they don't have food prepared? What were employees doing all morning? Will never return to this location.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I ordered a sandwich and a drink. I got to the window and the had two drinks and two sandwiches. They couldn't give me a refund, explaination was a little iffy. I was asked for my phone, a manager would call me about a refund. Never has called me.
Tgey did give one sandwich and a drink. The food was not very good. Sandwich was cold and the drink was awful. Too much coffee taste.
The car ahead of me had a problem too, of some sort.
I will never stop here again. I also think no one else should stop here either.
