Got a strawberry banana smoothie, it was warm, melted and tasted like plastic. I went inside to try to exchange it, nobody came to help. Went through the drive through to exchange it and the kid in the window had an attitude and was getting mad at the machine, dropping f-bombs. After waiting 10 minutes he had me pull forward. After another 10 minutes he gave me the smoothie which taste the same, like plastic. Terrible service, terrible quality.

Was the only car in the drive through at 9:45pm. Waited 15 minutes for what i was told was fresh fries. Only to get home 1 block away and they were cold. Ordered a bacon 🥓 cheese burger with only mustard and quarter pounder no onions and 2 fries. Not that hard. Neither burger was even close. I'll save the money next time.

I recently moved out to Waterford and have been to this McDonalds multiple times. Every single time I have been here, the fries are always amazing! They are always fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. And it’s literally every time I come here. I have never had Mcdonald's fries this good before discovering this Mcdonald’s.

During the last decade I’ve lived in the area and ordered McDonalds at least 100 times, they have gotten my order right one time when all I ordered was a coffee. They either forget items or put a sandwich together with incorrect toppings. It doesn’t matter if I order on the app or in person, they never ever get the order right.

I recently placed an order at my local McDonald's and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I placed an order that included a 6-piece nugget, which I was really looking forward to. However, when it arrived, I discovered that my nuggets were missing entirely!

I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, hoping for some assistance, but I was met with a lack of concern and indifference. The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue and told me there was nothing they could do about it.

I felt ignored and frustrated, and here I am—still hungry and disappointed. It's really upsetting when a simple order can turn into such a hassle, especially when customer service is lacking. I hope they improve their attention to detail and how they treat their customers in the future.

Don’t order a 6 piece chicken nugget because you might not even get it.

The codes for discounts in app does not work at this McDonald’s and management at this McDonald’s does not care at all. They know they can’t get the discount manually entered so they just screw you and charge full price hoping you won’t notice. TO THE OWNERS: THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR AT LEAST A MONTH. Overall, this particular McDonald's is pretty good (other than the constant unintentional mistakes with drive-thru orders). One thing that bothers me is the complaints about prices. All McDonald's in Wisconsin have the same prices. It is not the fault of this location once so ever. Leaving bad reviews because of prices can cause employees to struggle and even risk them getting in trouble for bad ratings. It hardly affects McDonald's as a whole. The staff is very friendly (except for a few). In conclusion, I would visit again.

This place is a disgrace, for a year in half iv been dealing with them. When it was winter I was in the drive thru and a good bit of big icicles like 2 foot long drop on my truck and windshield and busted my windshield and dented the top of my truck. Iv called probably over 45 times and they keep saying one person didn’t Escalate the problem up. So that they will. Walk in and there are teenagers just pushing people around and screaming, talking with the workers and workers not doing their job. On Sat, June 3, I entered the location at 815A Fox Ln, Waterford, WI. I placed a counter order at 3:55 pm for just 2 cones. It was obviously busy, as well as a shift change, so I waited. After 10 minutes, I checked the dining room board, but my order number was not on it. I asked the cashier, and was told it was still on the line board, and was coming up. Five additional minutes later, I decided it wasn't worth it. I approached the counter and said (still in conversational voice) that 15 minutes was too long for just 2 cones and wanted a refund. She tried to get the back to rush the order, but I didn't want the order, just the refund, and I said that. I was told the manager would be with me in a few minutes.
Yep, conversational tone was not working. I did raise my voice at this point, yelling into the back that I wanted a manager, right now for my refund. I then did so again, wondering if I would need to yell my request again.
A manager did finally step out from the back, to process my refund. I told him it was on a card, that I did not want a cash refund. At this point, the manager threw the cash at me and told me to leave the store or he would call the police. I agreed he should do that. I decided it wasn't worth my time, gathered the 3 bills, and took a soda rather than scour the floor for the scattered coins.
The wait is enough of a problem, but the rude response to the refund request makes this completely unacceptable.
