Today, 10/11/2025, morning shift. I was very impressed with the lady manager. It was too busy to get her name or to interrupt with commendation. She showed patience and professionalism while training two new employees. The drive-through was really busy, but nothing flustered this woman. She treated her new staff members with dignity.

I love the cleanliness and atmosphere here, but that's about it. The employee Jodie M completely ignored me multiple times and gave poor customer service. I don't know why or what the reason behind it was, but I can tell that she is and has been trying her absolute best and she is doing a great job too! I just wanted to say hi and catch up but she acted like she didn't even recognize me.

I often stop at a McDonald’s for breakfast and do a little work on my laptop. This is the second time at this location where I’ve come in and it was under 60° in the dining area. The thermostat is currently at 57°. I don’t understand what the problem is but It’s not a very welcoming place. Food and service were fine. No problems there.

I ordered through the mobile app. They only gave me one sandwich but charged me for two. I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't give me one because I was there a minute late. That was their excuse. Also, the person over the PA was very rude and didn't bother to try to help resolve the issue. I was a regular customer, but I won't go back there again. I know this doesn't mean much to a multi-billion dollar company.

On August 5th at 5:30 AM I was taking my friend to the airport and we turned into your restaurant at the entrance. I intended to go to the drive through but my friend asked to go inside, so I turned left once in the parking lot, rather than right. There was an older female outside smoking wearing headphones of the sort used for the drive through. My friend got out and walked in and she chastised him about coming in the wrong direction, which we had not done, we simply turned left rather than right in the completely empty parking lot. Sure, we weren't supposed to turn left in the parking lot, but the location had just opened and the parking lot was, I emphasize, empty. My friend then walked inside, whereupon a fellow I took to be the manager (an older fellow with white hair) chastised him about going the wrong way into the parking lot. He said, "I'm not from around here," and the manager snapped back, "you don't have to be around here to read a sign." Steve replied that he hadn't been driving. The manager made a further negative comment as I walked in. I didn't know what was happening so I asked my friend, who said he would tell me when we got outside. Once back in the car, he related the events, saying it was one of the weirdest and rudest customer service experiences he'd ever had. Frankly, it's best that I was slow going in as I'm a bit of a hothead and if they'd spoken to me the way they spoke to my friend, I would have had plenty to say to them both. First, I turned in at the clearly marked entrance. Sure, I turned left against what should have been the flow of traffic, but at 530 AM I didn't even realize that until after I saw how the sparking spots were oriented, and who do these people think they are, the parking police?

I’ve never had a problem coming here until I started coming in the mornings… theres this specific older woman working the drive through in the mornings that has the WORSTTTT attitude. I’m not even the type to write reviews but everytime I come here shes just sooooo rude to me. When you pull up to the Drive Thru and the person says "what can I get you?"... Not a Hello or a Welcome To McDonalds...
Then when YOU say "Hello how are you? " and they ignore you so you repeat yourself and their response is "what can i get you?" When a customer politely asks for Hot Fries (because the ones they were given were not at all fresh) and the Manager rolls their eyes right in front of the PAYING customer...that's unacceptable.
No Smile. No Eye Contact at the window. We have given this McDonalds chance after chance after chance with their TERRIBLE Customer Service in the Evenings. Morning employees are TOTALLY opposite. Guess we'll start going elsewhere in the evenings.

The little young girl they have working there now don't know what she's doing she told me she can't give me my order through the drive thru mind you I placed a mobile order where I placed it for me to pick it up thru the drive thru so I came inside to pick up my order I waited about 2 minutes before someone came to see what we needed then they placed our food on the counter never said who's food it was and didnt bother to give us straws no napkins or nothing . Most of the time the staff is good but I don't know if they aren't training these new people but they need to teach them customer service and how to do their jobs.

Honestly, I'm at this McDonald's four or five times a week. But after the service I got today I'm done. After waiting about 12 to 14 minutes just to place my order. This place is getting crazy and then after every item you order the groceries is that it is that it is that it. No if that was it I would have said that was it. Just being hurried why? I regularly stop at this particular McDonalds among many McD options along my route on days I head into work. The workers here (during weekday breakfast at least) are very attentive, accurate, and fast. The food is always well prepared too. I order on the app and my food is ready and waiting half the time, and up in moments when it is not. They easily outperform other McDonalds I go to regularly. It also still has soda fountains to fill your own drinks. I avoid the ones who have removed them (terrible idea).

I do a lot of reviews on places just the others know about my experience. I really don’t like McDonald’s but I had a taste for a McChicken. I came to this location because I loved their fry’s and the customer service. Well let me tell you I got to the drive thru window and told the man I wanted to add a large drink to my order and the manager on duty said what wrong he said she wants to add a drink she said to me “what do you want “ with an attitude? Then she said just give it to her “because I don’t have time “ honey boo boo you work at McDonald’s they always “busy” you need to find a different job. So anyway I go to pay the “ idiot” explain why call him that later my total was $6.18 i exact change, which was five dollars in singles , a dollar in quarters, 18 cents. Well a quarter fell under neath the car remind you the car at front of me he had dropped the the change. So he said to me I need to get the quarter I said it’s only the car I can’t get it. So he continues to say to me you’re a $.20 short which I was $.25 short I said look I can’t get the quarter is underneath the car and don’t tell me I have to get it because I work for McDonald’s before and that is not how it works. So I get my food now my fries are cold and old. My sandwiches I can’t lie. They were pretty good but the customer service I had between the measure in the idiots the window. Was uncalled for. I do not plan on going to a McDonald anytime soon this McDonald’s needs really working on their management. And the people working at the window.

TL;DR
Employees ignored drive thru for a half hour and instead sat on their phones in the lobby watching all the cars eventually drive off without ordering.
Came here at 8:20pm on Thursday, September the 2nd. Lobby was closed so I went to the drive through but noticed a bit of a line. After 15 minutes they didn't take a single person's order and everyone eventually just drove away without ordering anything. Figured maybe they closed due to short staffing, but when we drive around we can see all the employees sitting in various chairs in the lobby with their feet on the tables and staring at their phones. They laughed as they watched all the cars eventually drive off frustrated. I normally never leave a bad review but this was beyond bad service.

Went to the drive thru at 1140pm... Another car and I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker. I pulled up to the window when no one took our order and saw 2 people just sitting in the kitchen. They wouldn't come by the window. If you close at midnight, close at midnight. I only wanted a soda. A lady was just sitting in the dining area totally ignoring us. Horrible service. If you close early, turn the sign and menu off. Great work ethic... No wonder you "work" at McDonalds...
EDIT: I gave them another shot tonight. Got to the drive thru at 11:15... waited 15 minutes in line. Got to the speaker and the lady says, "sorry we not taking no mo orders tonight". The drive thru was filled. I guess too much work scares these people. WHAT LAZY PEOPLE! WOW!!!! GREAT WORK ETHIC! I told her, I've been waiting for 15 min in line, you guy close at midnight, and I just want a soda. She says, sorry and that was it. LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should be fired. She wore a little bandanna tie, so I'm guessing she was a manager. I'm happy you are showing your workers good customer service and work ethic. PATHETIC!

Lady at drive thru was very disrespectful to me. I was greatly offended. I have not returned since and will NOT return in the future. I will not allow my children to go to McDonald's and I warned my extended family of the rude misdemeanor that I experienced from the McDonald's drive thru employee that took my order.

Management really needs to step up & stop under staffing these kids. Every time I come here they always forget my sauce. I waited 20 mins in the drive thru, so I came in & there were like 3 kids that were swamped. This location REALLY needs help.
Edit- I heard what looked like the manager say, about the phones- "Don't answer them, don't EVER answer them"
So just a heads up don't call

Employees are very rude. On their phones even when having customers waiting. I stopped for a large coffee. It was cold and was mostly water. You could tell it had been heavily diluted. We went around again and asked about it. He said if it was cold, there wasn't anymore. We had to ask him for a fresh pot. The employees here are incredibly rude and lazy. I do not recommend.

Im typically not one to write a negative review. But. Service was absolutely terrible. It’s dinner rush at the moment, and the front window cashier was texting for a good 5 minutes before deciding I was worth his time to take my payment. Extremely disappointed.

Haven't been to this McDonald's since Covid. Back then, one guy took orders and filled them. I'm happy to report food is hot and service time is reasonable. Kudos to the team. I will no longer tell people that this location sucks.

I have not been inside a McDonald's in a very long time. The food here is the standard McDonald's fare. Occasionally, probably every 7th order they will mess up the drink, miss a fry, or get a customized sandwich wrong. The staff are direct but pleasant overall.

11/13- made the mistake of coming back at night. Food was made incorrectly, and service was worse than poor. They dont check anything in the drivethru. I don't know if the staff is high, or brand new with zero training, or if this is the new standard. It must be torture to try to care working on that shift bc it seems like pure chaos. We will not be back for dinner, ever.
