Drive thru visit on 9/8/25 at approximately 4:05pm. Got a big mac with no lettuce meal. Bread was stale. There was only one slice of cheese on the sandwich. Fries tasted hours old. Young guy at the pick up window had a scowl on his face and was not friendly at all. Completely terrible representation of how friendly staff are supposed to be. Tried calling and no one answered. Doesn't even have a voicemail activated

Went through to get food for my kids to enjoy at the park... they couldn't find our order at 1st! Then when they did some how the app didn't keep the specifics on thing like no tarter sauce in the fish sandwich but they did remake it for us but due to all the drama we didn't even get thr drinks! Ordered breakfast on the mobile app at 10:45 am ish. Still before breakfast cut off by the time I left and hit half the red lights on Les Paul I was 2 minutes past 11. Which yes I know breakfast stops at 11. When I gave her my code she said they couldn’t make it as it was lunch. So I asked why they didn’t start making the order when it came in. So, she then asked what time I placed my order. I didn’t look it up and thought it was around 10:30. To which she told me they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 which is a lie. First of all the app won’t let you even order breakfast if it’s past serving time. Second, your breakfast hours clearly state 5-11am. It’s one thing if you don’t want to make it, but don’t lie to me for your mess up. Guess I’ll be going to the McDonalds on Sunset for now on.

Place orders occasionally on the mobile app after work, I always get an extra patty on my burger and I pay the extra dollar , 75% of the time they never add the extra patty, it’s hard to read I guess, waste of money almost every time, this last time had to wait 20 minutes for my order for them to forget the extra patty and everything else it was just the patties and cheese. Ordered a Chicken Big Mac and a regular Big Mac
The chicken one was tasteless and the chicken was so hard it was difficult to bite through. McDonalds, please eat one before releasing a new product. This is not good.
The regular Big Mac meat patties were so salty. It's really not that hard to make a burger. This sanwhich was also very bad.
As usual the fries were old and very very salty. Don't you guys ever eat your own food?
Twenty some dollars later and I just toss it all in the garbage. Tried once to get reimbursed or coupon and no luck. Never heard from them, the owners.
Thank goodness Culver's is close by. McDonalds, all of this bad food may catch up with you someday.

I ordered breakfast through drive thru. When I checked my bank statement, there was a charge for $35.42 from Door Dash. Same day, time and location. I have never used DD. I called DD and they found the order came from McDonald's. Spoke to three different mgra. All said the general manager and DM would call me and each time, no one knew about the incident. No one called me. All they wanted to know was info about my car and what I was wearing. How hard is it to see who was collecting money at the first window? He's the only one who had my card. None of these mgra attempted to do anything until I called LE. Theft and identity theft

I wish I could leave a zero star. After a long day of working out in the sun, my husband wanted a small treat before settling in for the night. Multiple problems, visit after visit. Ordered 3 McDoubles, 2 out of 3 were single patties. Ordered a Oreo McFlurry with fudge, we pay and when we get our order we are told there’s no fudge. No problem, add extra Oreos then, no need to refund..nope it’s less Oreo than you’d expect. Asked for a packet of hObey mustard, get sweet and sour instead. Huh? This location has the most questionable employees working the drive through. Not to exagerate, I ordered a bacon McDouble and got a second for 29¢ for using the app..I asked the girl working 5-6 times for a third McDouble plain to be added to my order and she just could not figure it out. She kept removing my original order. Her lights were on but no one was home. When my husband and I got to the window to pay, there was not just one but TWO dummies working and listening to me order. Unbelievable customer service. Do better

I had walked into this McDonald’s early in the morning. When I entered, I just so happened to have an old Taco Bell bag in my hand. Mind you, it was EMPTY!! I was just going to throw it out and then an employee walks up to me and SLAPS IT OT OF MY HANDS!!!!!! I was appalled! Meh. Not great, not bad. It's a McDonald's, you know what you're getting unless you manage to find yourself in a different country's McDonald's. Now that would be a five star experience. Out of all the places that I've been to, Japan tops the list for Best McDonald's experiences, followed by Hong Kong. Waukesha McDonald's is down low on the list. But it's not bad.

Whenever I go here I usually order my food cooked to order. I have a child who has a mild autism and feeding him can be a challenge however today I purchased a 20 piece chicken nuggets and fries and my order appeared to be refried rather than cooked fresh. I've been eating McDonald's for over 40 years and I know what fresh food tastes like. I do believe the manager is Robert, slim and tall young man. for correction and messed up again. The guy at the window didn't speak until he stated the incorrect total. Once it was brought to their attention yet again, he called the manager when he couldn't figure out how to fix the issue, then handed us the food.

Employee at window was extremely rude. She had her back to the window and would not acknowledge that I was there for some time. Drive thru: Through the crew a curve ball. I ordered a hot tea with two creams and two honey packets.
The first member brought to second window and dropped the tea packet, with no honey and a bent plastic straw. I go inside for the packets they can't find wooden stir sticks, so they give me another plastic straw and two presumed honey cups.
I get out to my car and the cups are honey mustard cups not honey cups. I know, I'm lucky I could go inside at all. Back to black coffee ☕. God Save the King.

Will not return to the McDonald's on main street across from woodmans again the employees are rude and the manager does not know how to run a shift had to wait about 10 minutes to place my order while a employee was running the front knew I was standing there never said a word finally came over and I walked away and used the kiosk another member of the staff came over I handed them the receipt from the kiosk and they didn't even have the change for a 20 all the had was 1 dollar bills and not enough wasn't even offered a receipt they never have sweet tea it's always some excuse to me just sounds like laziness if they are going to concentrate on drive thru and there that short of staff close the dinning room and just do drive thru I wasn't the only person waiting there were about 4 or 5 others also it was 1030 am lunch starts at 1030 they were still doing breakfast not even set up for lunch yet and it wasn't that busy and the biscuit my wife sausage biscuit my wife got was hard as a rock it should not have been sold at all very poorly run

Food is consistent but a few of the newer staff are just downright anti customer service as if they hate working there. I even tried to encourage the young girl working the register window to smile and have a good day... What a downer. The ones who've been there a while continue to be pleasant.
