Staff this place correctly. Whoever was at the drive-thru really has a short tone, and was very impatient. I am not one of your staff, and we don't need to be rushed. If that's how I'm treated I can image how that staff is treated. Pay the right amount so you can fire the right people, and put the correct people in their positions. Stop screwing around. I ended up canceling my order because her attitude made me feel their food would be made in unsanitary conditions, by people who desperately don't want to be there. So I went to taco bell The superior of the fast food joints.

The reason that this store is getting even 3 stars is because the lady working up front was so kind. The manager was not friendly at all and quite rude. I was missing an Adult Minecraft meal and when I brought it up my receipt was taken and the meal was brought out. The issue with this meal, was that a kids toy was given. This would not have been a problem had it been immediately rectified, however, when I had my brother go up to the register to request the adult toy the manager sent him away stating, “No, I did it myself.” Not taking a second to listen. So, I went up to ask myself. If I’m paying $15 for a meal I expect to get the proper accompanying collectible. When I went up to ask him he attempted to tell me the same thing. I stood my ground and instead of simply taking the children’s toy he required that he come inspect the already acquired toys in order to ensure that I was telling the truth. I have been to McDonald’s where the workers didn’t speak much English, they weren’t as clean, and even to McDonald’s where part of my meal was as wrong. If given the wrong item the situation had always been rectified. Here, the manager never apologized and was rude. He acted as though everyone were below him and seemed to make others working there nervous. When asked for his name, he ignored my brother and kept walking. Never have I been to a McDonald’s where the manager gave worse service than other employees and was blatantly disrespectful.

If you have to go to McDonald’s because you promised your kids or just need something super fast, the one on Moreland, from my experience, is the best one in the Elm-Brook area. Again, based on my experience, they have a much higher % chance of getting your order right than the one on 124th and north and the one on 124th and capital. If you decide to eat in the restaurant, they also have a much nicer interior than the others.

I started in the drive up. I ordered a double filet of fish no cheese and a order of fries. I pull off and notice my fries were cold. So I go in and asked for hot fries. And while I was waiting a employee was laying on the counter yawning. I grab my fries and left. I took a bite of my sandwich and it was cold. I'm thinking I better not get sick. I didn't go back for a hot sandwich because would have been late for work. I'm very upset. I really want my money back.

This is one of the best McDonald's locations that I have been to in a while. The service was kind, polite, and on the spot with service. They even brought our food to the table for us. Unlike most fast food restaurants, this McDonald’s went above and beyond the traditional standard. Pedro, an employee at this McDonald’s. Had went above the standard by making sure every single item was fresh, he was very caring and friendly. He showed that he loved his job and that he was willing to do whatever to make the customer happy. I recommend this McDonald’s not because of the food, but because of the service Pedro gave me. I can’t thank him enough.

I ordered with mobile app pickup and when I got home and was eating my French fries there was a gold fish cracker in my French fry container which means a worker was standing over the food snacking. I called the manager and he had every excuse in the book. It's obvious that McDonald's does not sell gold fish crackers and his employee were eating over the food.The manager did nothing to compensate me all he could do was assure me that his employees were not eating over the food.. that's just gross not knowing if it fell out of an employees mouth,because I was half way finished with my fries..

There is one lady that works in the morning that is amazing. She’s pleasant and always on time. Everyone else in the morning will literally have you waiting 15 mins in the drive through before they even say hello!!! Caroline is the worst one. Empezaré diciendo que la señora que tienen en el frente es bastante desagradable, entiendo que no siempre tenga una sonrisa en la cara por el tipo de trabajo que tiene (yo también he trabajado en un Mc Donald’s), pero se me hace difícil entender que nos echara a la calle literalmente por la noche mientras estaba lloviendo una barbaridad, por supuesto sin amabilidad alguna. Es cierto que la hora del cierre estaba cerca pero había más gente en la sala y solo nos estaba diciendo a nosotros que nos fuéramos.
La comida está rica, el servicio ha sido rápido y el ambiente es mejorable, pero teniendo en cuenta la ubicación es difícil encontrar clientela con apariencia normal por eso no le doy importancia.
Al final un Mc Donald’s siempre acaba siendo la solución a los problemas de la gente joven y por eso pongo tres estrellas, pero deberían incentivar mas al personal para que tengan más motivación y mejor actitud

Multiple instances of poor service from this McDonald's in particular. The drive-through setup is abysmal. You have to circle the entire store to get in line. Only 1 out of 2 speakers work for the drive through, you MUST pull up to speaker #2 or you will be waiting. After all is said and done your order has a 50% chance of being correct and an even lower 25% chance of being the quality you expect from McDonald's. Take your business up the road to the better franchise.

One time at this location I ordered a Big Mac with large fries and soda, the #1 I believe? I proceeded to sit down and consume my meal. A fine young employee approached me in saying if I was enjoying my meal and if there was anything I needed. I then proceeded to a very clean men's room completely stocked with amenities. I exited the location where my gorgeous wife was waiting for me in our Lincoln Navigator. She proceeded to ask if I wanted to get lucky in the parking lot, at that point I woke from my dream.
