Stopped in on the way home Saturday night 10/4/25
Of course no one at the front to greet you as with most McDonald's now days and have to order at the kiosk which didnt give an option to pay cash 🙄
Most disturbing and disgusting thing I saw was the woman working by the drive thru side packing orders who looked to maybe a manager(not 100% sure she had a different type of uniform shirt from everyone else) looked to either be sick or fighting allergies quit badly, proceed to wipe her nose across the back of her hand several times continuing to pick up food and put it in bags. NO GLOVES!!!!!!
The employee who had packaged my order also had no gloves on. I should have refused the order and asked for a refund but it was getting late and I still had a 45 minute drive home with my special needs son who wanted his nuggets (IFYKYK)
Out of the 4 employees I saw only one that looked presentable for work, the others looked as if they just rolled out of bed already dressed for work.
I am not sure where or when folks have lost the pride in not only your work but how you look at work but ya'll need to find it again. Managers need to uphold the policies I'm sure that are in place for such things as gloves, washing hands and being presentable.

Camping in the rain, I decided instead of trying to cook, I'd run and grab a quick burger. This was the closest place to my location. Waited nearly 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger meal and 4pc nuggets. When I finally got my food, I think my fries were hours old, but nowhere near as old as the nuggets. They may have been days old. They weren't even warm. They also accidentally gave me 2 orders of nuggets. Not like they were any better. It didn't seem like they were overly busy. It was nearly 7pm when I was there. Sad that there wasn't even an apology for the wait.

We had gotten extra food and asked for it to be refunded. The manager came out and asked what it was we wanted and I told her we got an extra meal and platter,we wanted to be reimbursed. She was all rude and accused us of eating it and we hadn't touched our food yet even. My girlfriend and friend said we haven't even ate yet. The manager then said don't be running ur mouthor I'll kick you out. So making a comment about an wrongful accusation will get u a threat to be booted. Well that would've been fine because she then was rude to another customer who had an issue with their order as well. So I'd rather not have seen that happen to her too cause it made me furious and ,quite frankly, disgusted on how bad her customer service and mannerisms were. She used to be a good manager. Don't know what happened, but she was out of her league treating customers like that. And I will be reporting it to the BBB.

Waited a decent time for my food which is understandable because it was on the busier side I'd say. All food was good and warm besides my big Mac. It was cold (like barley Luke warm). I brought it up and they made me a new one. I was satisfied with the replacement big mac. After thinking about the price of the meals I looked at the receipt and got charged for large meals not medium...I was not asked if I wanted medium or large. I would have never got large meals for a dollar something more charge. We should have been asked. The gentleman at the counter was super nice and friendly and you could tell he was nervous and trying his best and I ensured him it was okay and not his fault things happen. This location also was a mess... I took napkins and put water on them to clean the table my family sat at because they ALL were filthy dirty, someone should be coming around regularly and cleaning them.

This is the most convenient place to grab a quick bite to eat while in the Waupaca area for recreation, so I have gone there a few times a year for a few years. Nearly every time, some aspect of the meal is wrong. The soda is flat or flavorless, the fries are cold, they forgot the condiments, etc. They also always take longer than other McDonalds.
Well, today I swung by and got a soda, fries, and cookies. It took a while, but I thought, “good, I bet the cookies will be fresh.” Nope. The fries were fresh, the soda was a little light on flavor, and the first cookie was… not good. Not bad, but not good. The second cookie I had to spit out into the bag while driving down the highway. It tasted BAD, like it was rancid. Other McDonald’s put best-by stickers on their cookie packages to keep track of freshness. These cookies had no such sticker.
That’s it for me. I won’t be going back.

Every time we go to this specific McDonald's our order gets messed up and the workers are incredibly rude and unprofessional. First of all the workers at the drive through were talking so loud and laughing about messing up the guys order infront of us. You could see them just standing and talking while we were waiting for out food. We ordered two large fries and they gave us smalls. Also, the chicken nuggets were disgusting from the look of it, texture, and taste. I've never seen McDonald's mess up chicken nuggets that bad. They were extremely stringy and dry. I got a 10 piece and there was only 6 in there. But again. They were disgusting. When we went in to get our order fixed they were incredibly rude. One worker also said "I mean, I guess you can keep the small fries". Meaning we could keep the small fries as well as the large fries we originally ordered. What else would they do with them? Give them to someone else? They were just very rude and did not even apologize or give us something extra. There was also multiple hairs on my daughters burger. I am very disappointed in this McDonald's. I've never been to one like this.

I truly don’t understand how this McDonald’s messes up nearly every order I’ve ever gotten from there. It’s the only one around so it’s the only choice. Today we ordered a Big Mac meal, only got the Big Mac no fries or a drink, I ordered a McDouble and a McChicken, only received the burger no chicken, and a small fry was missing from my stepsons meal. Not just a sauce missed or napkins, almost half the order just not even there. Sadly this happens I would say 75% of the time, with the rest of the time the order just being wrong, ask for no pickles but it will have lots of pickles stuff like that.

The food was hot, and as ordered.
Service was a bit slow. It did not appear to be busy within or with the drive-thru. Inside, there were just three people. Another came in as I was waiting. I was puzzled since they noted me standing at the cash register for a few minutes and then walked over from doing nothing that I could see (monitoring equipment, setting up an order or giving an order-- whatever).
