Fui a este Macdonals porq estaba trabajando en esta ciudad por varias horas y entramos a comer. Yo estaba con mi hija que de hecho cuando vio que tenían una área de juego se sorprendió porque en Milwaukee ya no quedan áreas de juegos en los restaurantes y decidimos entrar pero según como entramos salimos porque tenía un olor realmente horrible. Parece que llevaba meses sin limpiar. Un olor a humedad y sucio. Entonces decidimos sentarnos en otra área pero realmente el olor no era agradable. La mayoría de las mesas estaban sucias y otras se notaba que habían pasado un paño y se secó con una sola pasada porq era notable la mesa manchada por el paño tan mojado. Cuando nos entregaron la orden las papas estaban frías y muy fritas de color bastante oscuro entonces mi hija decidió pedir que las cambiaran y si les cambiaron las papas. En fin nada que ver con los Macdonals de Milwaukee. Y pensamos q como era un macdonals en un pueblo pequeño el servicio y la limpieza sería de 5 estrellas pero para nuestra sorpresa no fue así.

Came through the drive through at 10 pm. It was completely dead. despite this, a female manager rushed us through our order. She kept taking the order wrong and asking me to pull forward early. Eventually I asked her if she was always this pushy. She EXPLOADED on me. Yelling at me, threating to call the cops if I didn't leave immediately. She said she took pictures of my vehicle. I obviously got upset and at some point cussed during the argument and she used my cussing as another reason to call the cops on me. I just was just trying to ask my friend what he wanted and she rushed me multiple times during the order! Completely unprofessional. No wonder this place has 3 stars

Workers were very unprofessional, got yelled at for not meeting the staff member half way to get my food. Once again I ordered through the app, like they recommend, and order table service only for them to not deliver to our table. I went to check on my order and found it sorting on the back counter waiting for more food for a couple minutes while the fries were sitting on the tray getting cold. My wife's food never came and we finally got it after 22 minutes when I finally got a workers attention. Table service is offered in the app but they don't actually offer it in the restaurant. Another family with kids also went to find their order sitting on the counter for them after not receiving it despite having a table tent for table delivery. If you're not going to offer table service don't offer it in the app or at the counter or kiosks.

We asked for fresh fries made to order and mentioned we did not mind the wait. The manager took over the mic and stated that all fries were fresh right now as they were busy(with an attitude). We also ordered our double cheeseburgers plain, with extra burger salt only. When the kid didn’t understand how to ring it in he asked if we would be okay to not have them made that way? We said no as we like them this way and that’s why we came here. We got to the window and they gave us our drinks and food and we pulled ahead. I hungrily ate a fry right away in which I could immediately tell they were not standard fresh. When they are fresh they are HOT. These fries were lukewarm. I took a drink of what was supposed to be Dr Pepper and was not. My man then went inside and waited for the cashier to finish her order and as she did she told everyone to voice our opinions online because the management never listens to workers just customers. As she stated that my man told her well these fries aren’t fresh then she turned around and said that, “all fries are fresh right now” to which he told her to try one and that he has managed a McDonald’s for 3 years before and knows what fresh fries taste like. Well they ended up just handing him another OPENED bag of “fresh fries” that have just been sitting in the bin and then walked away from him. He then thanked her and she said nothing. He got me the right soda from the fountain and we left. It was overall over 45 minutes of stupidity and rudeness.

Went to the drive thru while they were on the busier side. Ordered a qpc meal with a lg dr pepper and a cb happy meal no pickles Waited about 10 minutes got to the window to get food and we got a chicken sandwich- so i gave the bag back. Was given the happy meal - looked and it appeared correct - cb wrapper with sticker for no pickle - get the right bags and drinks, after being argued with about what I ordered, ( guy at the window was rude) got back on the road and the fries were like cardboard and the cheeseburger, was actually a spicy chicken sandwich with ketchup and cheese. My experience at the McDonald's in Waupun was deeply unsatisfactory. The food quality was appalling, with items tasting like they had been sitting out for far too long. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was also questionable, further detracting from the dining experience. I would advise anyone considering dining here to skip Waupun fast food restaurants entirely and head to Beaver Dam or FDL.

Why do I go to this McDonald's....the quality of this location is always bad. Today I ordered a Big Mac meal and a 10pc McNugget meal...the quality of this food was disgusting....the fries were filled half way with luke warm, limp, soggy, old tasting, overly salted poor excuses for McDonalds French fries....the Nuggets were just as bad...luke warm and old tasting and stale.....to me, this is unacceptable....I pay full price for food that should be hot and edible.....not old and nasty....It annoys me that living in Waupun that my choices are limited.....I'm tired of McDonalds doing things to the lowest standards just because they are in a small town and don't care. I know there other options in the area but that not an excuse for McDonald's to serve food that gone past its serve time...dump it and make it fresh....just because I go through the drive thru, you think it doesn't matter if the food quality is good? That's very poor business practice.
Clearly you only care about getting my money and not about the customer, because if you did you wouldn't serve that food that you gave me today.
