Manager was completely rude. First she does my tray while I was in the restroom. It's ok it happens, then she came over and told .w and another guest that we had to leave due to her new no loitering policy. Bottom line I was waiting for a ride from out of town . I ordered food which she threw away .. and no one else was even in the restaurant except the one other patron. Long gone is the face of friendly and hello rude, condensing and down right snarky. Will not be coming back while she is here.

I had stopped here to pick up a DoorDash at 11:56pm on 8/3/25. It had taken about 5 minutes to get the DoorDash, and once I got the order the person that handed me the food (Anna) has the stench of booze coming off of her. I ordered a large fry, a large drink and a kid's meal and the app. I drove to pick it up.I was there in less than four minutes.I opened up my bag and the fries were old cold and stale. I went in and was very polite and let the worker know that. Hey, these fries are gross cold stale. Her response was well, that's not my problem. We had it ready for you at 11:30. It was 1135 when I picked up in 5 minutes. My food should not be that disgusting. And considering I just placed the order at 1130, how in the world was it ready at 11:30? Someone's telling a lie somewhere. And this isn't the first time even when i've asked for fresh fries from this mcdonald's before they still don't give you fresh fries, because they'll argue with you and say our fries are always made fresh. I am absolutely blown away at the generosity and kindness of these McDonald's employees. Today on 1-3-25 at about 10pm I decided to drive around and see if anyone stuck outside needed some assistance since it is about 5 degrees. I stopped by at the forest street McDonald's to grab 10 coffees to pass out along the way. These astonishing ladies at this establishment offered to help me out by giving me a discount and some additional free coffees! Thanks to these amazing employees a few extra people can have a hot drink!

Have had OK experiences at this restaurant in person but today has left a sour taste in my mouth. I had placed a mobile delivery order via the McDonalds mobile app, two SAUSAGE mcgridles and hash browns with a coffee. I added cheese and bacon to my mcgridles which they added EXCEPT THEY REMOVED MY SAUSAGE AND REPLACED EM WITH FOLDED EGGS, I DIDNT WANT EGGS. I’m furious!!! This is the 5th time IN A ROW getting cold fries - I donno why it was so busy late at night on a Wednesday, but you would think “Oh ok I’ll wait awhile, and the food will be hot bc they clearly have to keep cooking it” NOPE!! My large fries were at least 40 mins old -literally cold and to add insult to injury it was just over 1/2 full -so I paid for a large and got just over a small fry 😡😡😡 - the morning crew is always so sweet and thoughtful- but the night crew should all lose their jobs!!! From not greeting, to not even telling the total just snatching the card and almost throwing the food bag at you… if you have a line of people and someone waits 17 mins, that LAST thing you do is ignore them and give them 1/2 full cold fries 🍟

Spent over 30$ in food there was a finger print in my cheese keep in mind I opened the box and saw the print I didn’t not at all touch the sandwich at all. The atmosphere is very good. Tables are clean, but trash containers were overflowing. I used the app to order my food and accepted table service as the method since I worked 14 hour day and just wanted to relax. But, BUT they yelled out my name several times and had my food bagged. I wasn't happy at all.

I went to the drive thru, drove to the other side of town back home, and found out I got the wrong order. I was upset so I drove all the way back and asked for the correct order.
