A rare situation, they brought my my food and drinks to my table! Seriously. I travel to many cities within Wisconsin and only a few McDonald's actually follow through with their APP system stating "tabke service". Typically they brown bag your meal and call out your name. Not here! They followed through. And everything was hot (not the drinks it was cold as needed).
Zero complaints.

We haven't been in a McDonalds for many years, but were on the road and needed coffee and a restroom. The restroom was really clean, we'll supplied with paper towels and touch-free faucets, soap, etc.
Server was very accommodating about making my coffee just as I like it. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience!

I’m not sure what that is, but I’m not eating that! Those are black spots on my food and wrapper.

On a side note I ordered two spicy snack wraps and I got two ranch wraps.

I never leave reviews but this is unacceptable food standards and I won’t ever eat at this location again!

We tried to go get breakfast at 7am and all doors were locked to get in the lobby. We had been driving for a few hours and would have enjoyed using the bathroom while we waited for food. We left and took our business to kwik trip where we could use a bathroom and get food.

We stop there last Thursday, for pick up spot. I wait fifteen min for my food and it was gross. Fry like hours old and even my nugget and burger was a messy burger and their hair in my bag too. It was sloppy tht I couldn't even eat it. Person tht hand my food was so rude didn't say greet me and she basically toss bag in my face. I don't remember her name but she was were legging and had long hand black hair. People are so out of uniform their and not even put their hair yuck. Come on this is not customer restaurant at all. Change ur employee alot. Never be their back again. Mcd on other said is way better.

I get the same breakfast here every weekday all year long and it is always prepared hot and the coffee is magnificent! You might wait a minute or two longer but it is well worth the wait because they do a great job preparing the food correctly. I would recommend it to anybody

Worst experience in customer service I have ever seen. The manager named Angel was horrible. She was screaming yelling and belittling her employees. I have personally had and dealt with food and customers for a few years myself and this was so absurd I almost started to record. It was that bad. The manager went as low offering free fries because she knew she messed up. I declined that and she gave away free fries and a burger. Doing this is also losing your company money. This manager needs to be let go. Won't be going back for a while if at all. That was horrible. I hope whoever the general manager or even corporate reads this and sees this. Have a good night.

We went through the drive-thru. This McDonald's taste better than the McDonald's and Merrill and better than the McDonald's in Antigo. Those other two are taste less versus this location. Slow service, Mcmuffin bun burnt, dining room not open until 4pm. For the price we pay now days you would expect full service. They were very slow , no line at the drive thru, yet we waited 10 minutes. Then the burnt edges of the sandwich. The sign on the door says its lobby is open at 7am but in fine print and a homemade sign it says 4pm. Slow service, lack of sit down dinning, and bad food. On top of that the lady handing out the food was very unfriendly, almost rude. Its time fir us to go elsewhere when on the road for breakfast.

Absolutely disgusting, revolting. I waited 45 minutes for my food in the pick up spot. I called in about 20 minutes in and the lady who answered the food yelled at me saying; “We just went through 150 chick nuggets, though no one’s ordered them.” Which didn’t make sense and asked for a prediction of how much longer it would be and she hung up, I proceeded to watch cars that showed up get their food before me. When I got my food and got home, I saw that my fries were half filled and my sandwhich was wrong. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

A fast, friendly, clean place to eat. In fact one of the employees who was a maintenance, a cute enthusiastic girl who surprised me when she said she was the maintenance person, she helped me out one day when I was on the side of the road with a flat tire. She stopped to help me change my tire on her way to work resulting in her being late to work that morning ...I insisted that she go so as to not be late and she said she could not leave a person in need especially a recent customer. I didn't understand what she meant and told her as such. I was shocked to find out that she remembered who I was from. The previous day .I asked, "how did I create such an impression to warrant your remberence of my countenance. She replied, you're dog. You're dog is the best looking husky inhave ever seen and his ice blue eyes are practically hypnotic...I could never forget that dog." I turned to look at the rearseat of my car to see my dog hanging his head out the window watching us with curious intent. So, I let her do what she felt was her duty to a McDonald's customer though om sure it's against policy luckily we were on the bus. 51 old hwy. She changed my tire picked up the tools. And placed the. I. The trunk and said have a nice day. Idk what her name was but I recommend this place for your casual dining needs on the basis of the maintenance woman is willing to go above and beyond the call if duty to ensure that all customers whether current or past or future have a satisfactorily worthwhile experience at their McDonald's.

Getting my order wrong was normal.

But it was frustrating watching an old man just trying to order a cheese burger and a senior coffee.
One of the managers literally told the cashier to cancel his order and make him order from the kiosk.
The poor old guy didn't know how to use the kiosk so i helped him.
The look on his face was pure sadness, like he remembered a time when McDonalds was a happy place to go to for good service and fast food.
