This one’s generally fine. Typical McDonald’s. The drive-thru isn’t the fastest, but it moves. Food came out right, fries were hot, and the Diet Coke was actually mixed right—which is more than I can say for a lot of these places.

Inside looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, but nothing gross. Staff seemed a little zoned out, but not rude. They handed me the bag and didn’t screw it up. Good enough.

Not worth going out of your way for, but if you’re nearby and hungry, it'll do the trick.

i’ve been going here for three years without a problem. The moment I started using my McDonald’s app all of a sudden the guy that takes my order has become very rude and obnoxious. He doesn’t ask about using a code, but if I inform him that I’m using one he takes a long, deep sigh, very loud through the microphone to make sure I hear it and it makes me feel very uncomfortable. This is horrible service. I have done absolutely nothing to any of the workers or this restaurant except support it. It’s sad that after three years, I have to find a new place to go

I brought my nephew in today. The employee was so patient and kind with him and how particular he is with his food. They were out of the crocs for happy meals. She looked in back for him and then gave him a choice of which toy he wanted. Her kindness and patience makes me want to take him there again.

The worst McD's I've been to in a long time... at least the server realized that I ordered a Fanta orange soda and NOT the Hi-C orange before I left the drive-thru window! I wish the same could be said about my food. The fries were lukewarm and tasteless - barely salted. I ordered a regular hamburger bit instead got a cold quarter pounder with cheese. That was awful. The carton was grease stained (like the quarter punfer was so cold that there should not have been any grease, anywhere! I'm glad I had a 20%off coupon.... I would have hated to pay full price for this garbage.

Some of the staff here is very rude. It’s disheartening that the Hispanic people are very nice but the black people are rude and then they are rude to the black customers but not to the white customers. I am black so I’ve experienced it and witnessed it first hand. I come here almost daily and I’ve never been treated with so much constant disrespect.

Don’t get it wrong, it’s not all of the black employees that are rude. The manager who is a black won an is actually very nice and accommodating.

But the black guy In drive thru with the stretch marks on his arms is very rude once he knows you are black but he starts off nice until then. At the window, he never says thank you or wants to tell you your total, he just outs his hand out, expecting you to reach all the way over to his window seal to hand him is card then it’s like he nearly throws it back to you.

The white, older white lady is VERY rude, in fact, she is the rudest of them all. I had to laugh at her last night to keep from letting her make me mad because I don’t give people like her at power over me or even the satisfaction of thinking they are getting under my skin, because that’s exactly why people like her treat people like that.

This is not customer service and this is not how you treat people who are spending money at your establishment. My next move is to call the owner, after that corporate. It it continues beyond that, it’s time to take other measures because I will not continue to be disrespected at the place I spend my money at. and they get away with the rude behavior because nobody is making the owners aware do this is attempt #1.

But these rude employees really shouldn’t forget that this is Milwaukee. People get seriously hurt over smaller things so if they catch the wrong person on the wrong day, you guys will now know what happened- it’s their rude behavior that provoked a person to stand up for theirselves. Address the rude culture at your workplace before somebody else does.

Upon arrival there was a sour spoiled stench in the air….(I almost walked out) The manager on duty greeted me with “You got a mobile order!!????” I had to wait for my order.Drove all the way home only to discover that I was given the wrong order…..The majority of my visits here have all ended with me being unsatisfied. I'm a Vietnam veteran and went to this McDonald's on Veteran's Day as it is near my house. I said I was there for my free combo as I saw the offer on Google and I had my ID with me.They asked the manager and he said they weren't participating. I then went to the McDonald's on Mayfair Rd and Burleigh. I was given a combo no questions asked. I will never go back to that McDonald's

Seems like no one working, the young girl doing drive through didn't seem to know what she was doing. We ordered 3 meals, and we were missing fries, and she kept saying "umm she didn't charge you for the fries," and we had to repeatedly say, " WE ORDERED MEALS.....MEALS" they come with it. After waiting a long time, she finally got our fries... I feel bad for her as she seems new or doesn't know anything. The older ladies working with her seem to not care about this young girl as they wouldn't even help her.

We took our 9 grandkids school shopping at Kohl's Department Store then to this McDonald's. They had 2 employees call in, so they apologized for the delay. I ordered over $100 in food and icecream for the kiddos and there were no complaints. We had 9 Happy Meals, 2 Crispy Chicken meals, 2 Double Quarter Pounder meals, Fish Sandwiches, Strawberry and Vanilla milk shakes, 9 Mc Flurries, Chocolate chip cookies and other food items. Every thing was good to the kids so it was good with me.
