Horrible customer service experience today, Sunday, August 31st at 9:10 pm. I was served by a very rude girl with light eyes. I paid for two hamburgers and only received one. SO UNPREPARED!!!! Ordered 1 quarter pounder with no onions, and it took 10 minutes to get. Went through drive thru with no one behind me and they parked me. Watched as other orders were made and handed out. Tried to talk to the manager but they don't speak English. Other staff tried to make excuses such as, "it has to be made fresh." Like we don't know that there are patties in a warmer and you have to make a sandwich cause of special conditions. Still doesn't take 10 minutes. Then staff is rude and told me to "go somewhere else then." I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Terrible service!!! I ordered breakfast at the drive thru. My small order included 2 small coffees. When I pulled up to the pickup window, I was immediately handed my bag of food. The girl in the window turned away as if expecting the next car. I called out to her that I had also ordered 2 small coffees. She said "I know" and turned away. I waited there a couple of minutes or more and she finally told me to pull forward and wait. She didn't explain why but I assumed they were making more coffee so I pulled a head. As I sat there waiting I watched the cars behind me pull up to the window and it appeared they we're being handed cups of coffee. After about 5 minutes, I finally put my car in park and went inside to get my coffees. I was given no apology or explanation!!!

One of the nicer McDonald's in the area. Services usually really prompt. However, when it is busy service can be dreadfully slow. The building is cool with lots of windows. In July of 2025 they repainted the parking lot and it looks nice. For the best deals you should use the app.

Look I genuinely like to give places the benefit of the doubt when I eat somewhere but this McDonald's is genuinely one of the worst ones I've been too. They never get an order right the staff was incredibly rude every time I went there. How do you ask someone 5 times for their order and still get it wrong and just hand off some random order because you need to keep your times good. I'm never going back to this location and if you had any sense of decency you'd never go here either.

Don't bother stopping at this location, take the time to drive anywhere else. I have been here a few times and have never once received my correct order without correcting it with them. Today was the last. 4 cheese burgers were suppose to be all basically plain and they were all stopped with everything, we also had to remind them that the meals come with drinks and fries. I wanted to share my recent experience at your location that occurred on a Saturday at 3:00 PM.

We waited in line for over 30 minutes for our order, which included 3 pops, one water, and an ice cream cone. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect three times. Additionally, we observed the ice cream cone being handled by three different people before it ultimately ended up in the garbage.

What concerned me further was that a woman, who was not wearing any McDonald's uniform but appeared in a lumber sweatshirt, came to the front to assist. We felt stuck in line and unable to leave, which made the situation even more frustrating.

I believe feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope you take this into consideration. Could you please let me know who manages this store? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We visited a quarter before closing and was very disappointed with the apple pie we received. It was stale, hard to bite, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. After checking the timestamp, I threw it out. I wasn't given a receipt, so I didn't bother coming back for a refund, and I won't be returning. Serving old food without providing a receipt for returns is not a good practice! Ugh.

This is a bottom barrel location. I understand that it's McDonald's, but nobody there even put in the effort to appear like they wanted to be there. When I arrived, I intended to use the drive through, however it took about 10 minutes for 1 car to receive service. I pulled in and went to the self order kiosk inside. The inside was fairly clean. However, the staff was mixed between playing on their phone or just not paying attention. I saw an employee put their hands in the fry warmer and eat a few fries directly out of it. I understand people have to eat and that it's going to happen, but it didn't need to be made that obvious. Overall, it was a poor experience with questionable ethics. I like to end on a good note, the food was at least warm, and the presentation was better than most mcdonalds (no ketchup on top of the bun).

Never going here again! I went inside to pick up a DoorDash order. They didn’t start making it until I got in there and it was a big order (two big bags) . I was standing there for 15 minutes with only one person to tell me that it’ll be a while.mind you they forgot one of the sodas in the sealed bag. Whenever I’ve ordered something specifically made for myself at this location, it’s always messed up one way or another. Then last night there’s multiple people coming in to order, not getting greeted, lining up and they just get ignored by the workers. Maybe 5 minutes later they come out and take the orders. They were NOT understaffed last night. I also saw this girl play with her nose piercing and then handle some fries. nobody had gloves and they were touching the windows, sink, register, then going back to touching the food without washing their hands. Not sanitary or friendly at all here.

One of the worst McDonald's I ever been to. There is no just customer service what so ever. If you say thank you or have a nice day the response you'll get is a blank stare and close the window. Place an online order 30 minutes before arrival. I even stopped and got a full tank of gas before I got there. My order consists of a double cheeseburger, no Ketchup, extra pickles, onions, and an unsweetened tea. I was surprised because of the location, but I was not surprised because it's McDonald's, and my food wasn't even ready. I had to wait. I said what was the point of ordering online. A customer behind me in line says, "This location is the worst! I only come here because I spend time with my daughter, who lives nearby." I just shook my head, paid for her French fries, and left after getting my food.

Drew the last straw with this location. Tonight drive through speaker employee was rude and short but took the order. The drive through window employee was unprofessional and mumbled. Took my card and gave me my food. Handed the last shake and said “that’s it” and closed the window. I pulled forward for my wife to notice they forgot 1 burger and my card. She went inside to go get my CC and the receipt and the extra burger. Very rude inside employees and all they said was you only were charged for 1 and just stared at my wife after handing the card back. Wife could not deal with how horrible she was treated and just walked away. We ordered a filet o fish and it was on the wrong bun and the fries were horrible.

TRASH service at night. Placed an order on the app at 10:41PM, (done this plenty of times), however, when I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:47PM, no answer at all. Waited another 5-7mins on drive thru and still no greetings. Mind you this is just a very small order - 10 nuggets & 1 sandwich (no meal). Other cars then started pulling up and no acknowledgement to them at all too. Decided to pull up to the drive thru window and saw no activity or anyone working. Canceled the order and drove off and realized there’s only one car in the parking lot. I won’t reveal the make/model. This location usually does good when I pull up, but damn, at least put a sign by the drive through or something saying y’all closing early. Waste of people’s time you know. If a sign had been posted initially about closing early, this review wouldn’t have been posted.

Getting our order correct is always hit or miss but the employees are always friendly.

The place is terribly cold, but the dine in area was very clean. Food was fresh and brought out to our table. My only problem was the staff playing their own music, that was not appropriate. I was there with my 6yr old grandson. It was funny though as he asked what they were doing? I said honey they're working and he just had such a confused look on his face, then said, "well why does it sound like they're playing?" I almost died containing my laughter, yet I must say that it was a very proud moment, that I had, knowing that my 6 yr old knows better and hopefully he'll have a good work ethic.

Didn’t think anything of it…she smiled big tho when handing me back my card after like 5 minutes! Later on I had 3 random charges on my credit card…hulu and door dash! This is the first and only time I may EVER give a 5 star review for a chain fast food place. I cannot stress enough how much I was expecting 2 star service and the same gut garbo in a bag... And then i decided to go inside.

1st: The smell was not that of your typical McDonald's thick sadness hanging in the air. You know the smell. I was instead greeted by the beautiful smell of beef burgers cooking.
2nd: The outside door handles were NOT sticky. And I was promptly greeted.
3rd: This was not a busy time BUT the drive thru was constant. I saw the orders of others being prepared in real time. I mean they were essentially short order cooking. Grill to bun to bag!
4th: My bun wasn't smashed! The fries were cooked in fresh oil and were crispy on the outside! The chocolate shake was mixed all the way! Everything tasted the way it was supposed to... I was so shocked and amazed that I was tempted to order more just to see if it came out the same again.

Flabbergasted. Yup. The only other times I have had this type of experience was when I knew the workers at the McDonald's in the mall I worked at when I was a teenager. I would ask for it fresh and they took care to make it great. So that means that I only had to wait 30 years to have the same great experience at a McDonald's.

Anytime I am on this side of town, and in the mood for McDonald's, I will go out of my way to go to this location. If nothing else but to see if the experience stays the same.

Omg, I placed my order through the app waiting in line to only wait another 15-20 min on the side for my meal. Staff doesn't know what they're doing. It always takes them 20 plus minutes to make the food. Soda is always warm. Flies swarming around inside. Actually disgusting.

Had to wait 4-5 minutes parked at slot 1 for my app order. I was given old, dried out, inedible mcnuggets. When I called I was told I'd have to come back and drag the bad food with me. The person on the phone said if I don't want old, expired food I need to make a special request. Terrible McDonalds

Ordered ahead to pick up at the counter. Order sat for 15 minutes and got cold even though we were waiting at the counter. I wanted a refund or replacement and manager said had to do that through the app. I did a complaint through the app and the email said a refund has to be done at the store.

The service through the drive-through was less than desirable. Example...no good morning, afternoon & evening. Then you pull up to get your food. They hand you the food. I'm the one that said thank you & have a nice day. It used to be, you'd get better service from them.

The food was ordered for someone else. However, I did sneak a french fry from the bag. It was overly salty & it wasn't fresh. It was like it had been sitting around for a while.

Like everything else, people & service(s) are on the decline. You make more, you think people would be happier & give better service(s). Unfortunately, they don't. Especially when you're spending more money on food! Should be fresh & hot!

Very badly managed . Sat at curbside for 10 min waiting for food, finally had to take my grandchildren out of the car and go inside to get it myself. They just looked at me and handed me the bag, checked with her what was in it, she said yes, so I didn't check it myself(my mistake) get home, of course the food was cold because it had been sitting there and to top it off 1 of the quarter pounders was missing! Tried calling the phone number on their site, its not their number. I had to go back to the restaurant told them the phone #wasn't to their restaurant. They could not have cared less, no apology, after a lot of attitude I finally got a refund. Not the 1st time they've screwed up, just the last straw, won't be going back. And no it was not busy at all.
