After working all night and not feeling like cooking because I then had to go take care of my daughter that just got surgery yesterday, I ordered breakfast for her and I via the online app. The steak was hard and dry. The biscuit was so hard you could chip a tooth, the pancakes rubbery..They sent no utensils, jelly etc.This location gets worse and worse and worse. I am so tired of people wanting to give employees more money!! Why? Maybe if McDonald’s franchisers and corporate can figured out a way to base their pay on how well they do their job AND can take the same care with making other people’s food as they would want someone else to for them. This store is ALWAYS so busy on the weekends and the wait is very slow. The owner should get dock too if they can’t provide the people and/or things needed to do the job. The employees at this location are absolutely terrible, they would rather walk around and talk to each other than actually work. As a delivery driver, I see them all the time walking around talking instead of getting the orders ready and having us sit and wait at the restaurant for forever. The management of this store is a joke. How is it that I order on the app 10 minutes before I leave the house. Take the 5 minutes to drive there. Sit in line before I can give them by order number. Wait an additional few minutes before getting to the pick up window. Then still be asked to pull forward to wait an additional 15 minutes before I get my food. In no universe, at any time of day, should it take 40 minutes to complete an order of a burger, 16 nuggets, pre-made cookies & pies, and a couple of drinks. No special order items. And for the kid that got ballsy, he's lucky my kid was with me or he would of been finding out.

I had the worst experience at McDonald's today on 84th & Greenfield Ave. in West Allis. I waited a half hour for a drive-thru order for a Big Mac and some chicken nuggets. It seemed like everyone else through the drive-thru and others waiting got their food, I was ignored. I went into the restaurant to complain and still got the wrong food and an attitude when I left. I've been going to this McDonald's for over 25 years, and never had such a bad experience. Maybe they need to retrain their staff to figure out how to serve customers in proper order, not based on what they ordered. I know it's fast food, but when you pay $15 for it, you expect better service.

It's too many bad things to say basically what all the other reviews say that this location has went down drastically because frequently when I come to this location there is no one to help at the front it's like the cashier's don't work anymore since the kiosks came, the people that work there are more concerned with the drive thru and they are unfriendly, and the food is just mediocre at best so I guess you get what you get for the price so o well it is what it is.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I've been to in awhile. A lot of the tables were dirty first off. Second we order our food on a touchscreen and it said take a number and someone will bring food to your table. After over 20 minutes for two happy meals and a quarter pounder the lady calls out our number. Doesn't even bring it to the table. The food was awful. Fries seemed like they were sitting all day. Hamburger wasn't even hot. Chicken nuggets were dried out. Everything tasted like crap. McDonald's restaurants are not what they used to be. Just keeps getting worse and worse.

A year later I have to give McDonalds 1 star again. I don’t normally have a problem with the location on 83rd and Greenfield. However, I get my usual steak bagel and 2 hash browns. Hash browns were undercooked my steak bagel was over cooked where I could hardly chew it had no seasoning no cheese and a folded egg even though I paid extra for a round egg. Took 20 minutes to get a wrong order. I didn’t realize it till I got home had to air fry the hash browns season the steak and cook a whole new egg. I won’t be patronizing this location anytime soon.

Counter service is even worse because they seem to prioritize the Door Dash orders. I saw 3 cars jump out of the drive through line and just leave without their food this morning That is three wasted meals! Unfortunately it has been like this for some time now. I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food and efficiency of their service. The burgers were tasty, the fries were hot and crispy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a quick and satisfying meal.

Order delivery one of the items asked for was a quarter pounder. They used to make these hot and fresh to order. When I got the quarter pounder the meat was room temp and the cheese was cold and not melted at all. 🤮

Customer service at this McDonalds in one word, none…wait in two words, NONE EVER. Girl took my payment didn’t say thank you, or have a nice day, or have a good one. Anything is better than nothing! Actually, eye contact and a nod would do for me…but no, nothing!! Manager should be fired for not teaching and EXPECTING every employee to at least say thank you!!! It’s just basic customer service!! I try not to go there anymore because the employees are just downright rude and don’t care about friendly service for the customer who is spending their hard earned money to get a little lunch…which by the way, mine was barely warm today…and the cheese on my burger was cold. I could go on and on how terrible this place is but I will just say…DON’T GO THERE!! Go next next door to BIG DEAL BURGERS…they have excellent customer service and great food!!

If you want your food order taken mostly correct but still get messed up then go here. They messed up multiple things including a simple cheeseburger order. Gave me a mcchicken instead. Aside from my burgers already getting messed up too. I shouldn't constantly have issues every time I come here but here we are... go to another place 😒

Went through the drive-through ordered a fish fillet. They gave me two cheeseburgers wrong order. They took three cars ahead of me. Customer service sucked will not go there again and when I called she was rude.
