Delivery truck pulled in as I was trying to park in a curbside spot, blocking me off. Angry staff waved me back, making me back through the entire parking lot in the rain. Finally parked and went in. Order took a while because they were busy which I understand, but then after walking all the way back to my car I find out they missed 1/3 of my order. They were quick to fix the order but offered nothing more than an "oops sorry". Not terrible service but I definitely wasn't impressed.
Update: dropping to 1 star as this location consistently underperforms and fails to meet basic fast food expectations.

Very rude manager on 8/27/25.
We had ordered for curbside, a large iced caramel coffee. 14 minutes went by and we decided to go through the drive thru. At the speaker, we were told that they can't enter that. We proceeded ahead and at the window we asked for the coffee. The manager immediately came over and yelled at us for messing up her timer at the drive thru. Instead of apologizing, we were told never to do that again. Great job McDonald's!

Went there for breakfast yesterday and ordered orange juice with my meal. The person taking my order even asked if I wanted a small orange juice and I said “no large” she corrected it but when I get to the window they hand me a small. When I tell them I corrected her and it was supposed to be a large they made me redo my transaction and pay for the large. Ridiculous if you cant hear/ follow directions maybe don’t take orders.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Disrespectful Staff and Poor Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at this location recently. I went through the drive-thru twice—once for food and then again because I forgot to order a drink. When I returned, the cashier at the first window recognized me and commented, "You're back," which was fine. I replied, "Yes, I am here a lot since I'm a loyal customer."
However, she then made an inappropriate and uncalled-for remark: "You don't have a kitchen," implying I don’t cook or make food at home. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. I responded politely that I do cook but enjoy seeing the staff. Even so, I was caught off guard by the judgmental tone and the assumption behind her comment.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. You don’t speak to anyone like that—especially a paying, repeat customer. It feels like they just hire anyone these days without proper training in basic respect or customer interaction. This location has really gone downhill, and after this encounter, I won’t be returning.

At around 9:30am,We ordered 2 sandwiches and sodas. Took about 15min to get it.(They were not busy at all) Only 4 workers that I could see. The counter worker was buy her self running her butt off. This was not the first time like this.. then we went to leave (want a refill on our sodas) and the lady came up said do you need a refill? You said yes! She walked away and never came back. I stood and waited almost 9 minutes. So I just left. Not very happy. So if you're in a hurry, definitely do not go to the McDonald's on 33 and hopefully they get a few more workers

Okay, first off I absolutely dislike fast food and McDonald’s is my least favorite. My son’s friend however wanted to walk to McDonald’s after the Y to get food and I said he could go with. I met him there, and they waited over 25 minutes for two $5 dollar meals! They had about 6 other people standing in front of the counter pissed off wondering where their orders were. Guess where? The workers had all of the drive thru AND pick up/delivery orders going one after the other and completely skipping everyone inside. It wasn’t even that busy. I watched car after car pull into the drive thru and go through the drive thru with their orders while everyone inside waited. I personally never take my business there but I wanted to be sure others were aware of their service.

Sad to say that this McDonald’s has gone extremely down hill. The workers seem to be young and have no care in the world, they are rude and disrespectful. Not to just customers but even to each other. Recently I went through the drive thru and ordered food and a frappe, I payed and pulled up to second window where the worker then informed me the frappe machine was broken and asked if I wanted a soda instead. I said no as a large frappe is 6 and some change and a soda is 1. I asked if he could just refund that onto my card to which he called a manager over and refunded me for my frappe. Not my food. The worker then closed the window and looked confused when I was still sitting there and eventually opened it and asked do you still want the food or. Yes I payed for it so I would like it. There seems to be a lack of communication in this business and a need for improvement on training.

Literally awful experience. We placed a mobile order and waited 45 minutes to then be told they were done making food. Asked after 20 minutes only to then be yelled at by the lady working started yelling at me how 4 people didn’t come in and to “just keep waiting”. I watched at least 6 people order and receive the exact food we ordered before we were told “they’re out”. I understand it’s hard when people don’t show up, but to be treated the way we were was absolutely unacceptable.

Places order on app for curb side.
Got to there went inside as app was not working just the french fry jumping up n down. The guy pulled up the order on the screen then says he needs the app.
40 minutes of this. Then all of a sudden they can find the order have the receipt via email. Now being told to call corporate. As monies an points are already paid.
Now we reorder the food. And the fry person says we remade the food. Ugh really.. it was there. They owe us 40 min of time 40 min of gas 40 min of kids not happy w no help from ur staff nor ur general.manager as well as paying 2xs for thus order. Reduculous

Used app for faster service and counter pick up due to long drive thru line. Staff prioritized all drive thrus ( including those that came in after ours) and we waited 42 minutes for the order ( 4 meals). Had we been able to cancel the order and get our money back I would have. When we got to the car realized they didn't include 1/3 of the order, but as they were utilizing the "ignore the people waiting near the counter" approach, did not want to try to approach, so will be calling tomorrow instead. Had staff said once or twice to this waiting inside " were sorry for the delay, please bare with us" that would have helped.

DONT you just LOVE to hear the MANAGER say YELL OUT "WHO CARES, JUST SEND IT OUT COLD".... We stopped to get our son a happy meal the other night because.... It's fast food. Cheap and easy, right? Nope, after almost 30-40 minutes waiting in line(so many cars just left and went somewhere else), giving our order at the normal ordereing spot, then at the pay window, then again at the pick up window. Then getting the wrong food not one time, not two, but three times, Having incredibly rude employees and no quality control.... This place is a joke and the owners should be ashamed of the people who work for them. And the other West Bend location is no better.

i would not recommend coming to this mcdonald’s at all. i’ve stopped coming to this specific one for months because every time my food is messed up, cold, wrong, or missing items, if it could go wrong they have made it happen. i order online with the app so it’s pretty easy to read simple instructions. i’ve gotten a BigMac without any sauce in it.. who would order a big mac without big mac sauce? wouldn’t you just order a double cheeseburger?? today i went and my qrt pounder was ripped and half and sat on top of eachother?? what??

I tried using a deal on the app. Had a lot of difficulty. Finality got it to work. Went up to the counter and showed the employee the meal deal code. He brought my food and said I was all set. Today was my first visit to the interior in many years. I like the new layout and all the new tables and chairs. The environment is nice and peaceful. I had the Mc Fish and it was tasty like I remember. My only issue: half a slice of cheese really!! Other than that everything else was delicious.

The service is good also, but their coffee is awful, I asked for a caramel hot coffee and it tasted like dirt. And yes, I know the taste of dirt. I just don't want it in my caramel coffee.
There was no way to fix it.
The hash brown, I could swear is thinner than before as if the potato was losing weight 🤔 weird.
The steak and cheese bagel was greasy and wholesome as always 👍🏻
I thought I would never see it again.

they got a really bad field mouse problem. most of the workers are high or dont do there jobs. the floors are always sticky and when you walk in it smells of dirty water. foods cold 80% of the time and wait times are like 30 mins at times when i order just one cheeseburger. not worth my time money or my stomach.

Last three times I have been here, were just awful experiences. Food has been cold and messy. Extremely long waits. I went in yesterday and ordered curbside. Sat there for 10-15 minutes, no one came out. I went in and asked where my order was. I walked in and employees were sitting around doing nothing. No apologies or any way to correct their mistake. Grabbed a bagel sandwich thru the drive thru. I asked for extra napkins and the person actually walked away from the window to "get napkins". They returned, gave me the bag and I drove away. There is a group of mcds employees all young teens guys still in uniform in the lobby eating, 2 went to grab a soda from where the cups are, fill up a soda. Skinny white dark hair guy, short dreads black guy. The black guy drops 2 soda cups on the ground when grabbing his, THEN HE PUTS THE 2 THAT ROLLED ON THE FLOOR BACK IN THE SLOTS. 2 customers waiting on food shook there head, laughed, said disgusting, this is our youth huh. I told the red hair manager, he said that's the least of my worries. They were extremely busy inside, drive thru. Still no excuse that's unsanitary, technically should be a health code violation. Check the cameras, see for yourself today around 4pm to a little after , no later then 415pm. Disgusting if employees are doing this with cups how are they treading our food!!! Won't be back, going talk to corporate.

Inside lobby was dirty. Soda machine has a huge swarm of knats bugs, I mean a lot not just 1 or 2. On both soda machines, that area over there. Told the kid giving food had manager shirt on, he shrugged his shoulders, said nothing I can do. Food was cold even after waiting 10 min for it. Fully staffed, only 2 people in the lobby. I was charged for sauce but I ordered nuggets. I'm done trying at this location. Always something not good at this location. Please change it, get better. Sucks we have a bad one on this side of town.

The staff were very polite, the food was fine, the restaurant was clean and they had a cool game table that kept the kids occupied. But it took forever to get the food.

I think I have hit my limit with McDonald’s restaurants. After three unsatisfactory visits at three different restaurants I think that is enough of an opportunity for them.
July 12, 2023. I stopped at the West Bend location on W. Washington St. I thought the
Service would be a little faster than Culvers as I was short on time. There was one other car ahead of me in the drive-through. I paid for my meal and they told me to pull forward to the yellow line. I waited there for 14 minutes before I got my food as I was driving away, I noticed that the container of french fries was only half full and they were cold. Hard to believe considering the amount of time I had to wait.
Next time I will just go to culvers instead, the price isn’t all that much different, and they are very reliable and the quality of their food.

I always come to this Mcdonald's, usually, I'll be in the back corner doing my homework. Every time I am here, everyone is always respectful and nice to me and always refills my coffee when I go up there. The managers and the front desk are a very good crew in my opinion and believe me, I've worked at a McDonald's for over three years during high school, so I know good customer service when I see it. Do me a favor and General Manager, and thank your crew, because they do there best under the most intense stress of times!

Good fast food, update: went to Washington Ave McDonald's bought a big mc meal through drive through it was 10.09 and never even got knapkins. And they want more money! And can't even put knapkins in bag! Please!!!!!!!!
