The BEST McDonald’s we’ve been to. Always timely, polite, and the food is always fresh. I don’t think we’ve ever had a wrong order from here and everyone is so kind. Zoe in particular is always so nice to me and my wife when we come in or swing by the drive through. We’ve lived in a handful of areas, but this is the best McDonald’s hands down. Not sure what’s happened recently but the quality in customer service has gone severely downhill. I’m not expecting outstanding service but basic respect would be nice.
They forgot half the kids happy meals and had an attitude when we came up to the counter to get the items missing. Rolling your eyes and loudly sighing when someone is kindly trying to retrieve the items they paid for is ridiculous. Cussing in the kids play area because it’s messy/chairs are moved… it’s where the kids tend to go so obviously the mess is a little more than usual… just flabbergasted at the treatment I witnessed to myself and other patrons. No one needs to go to work with a huge chip on their shoulder and take it out on others. Just unforgivable behavior frankly.
Also, since when do yall get annoyed when people order up front? If we are paying cash inside we have to so why the eye roll and irritation and rushing us through our order? I’ve worked customer service my whole life, I’d never treat a customer like this unless they were rude from the get.

Dear Jenna, this is unset. I came in last night half hour before closing. Ordered a big mac meal and happy meal along with 2 mcchickens and a large fries to go. I get it, it's almost closing but please explain why my big Mac had no patty and my kid's 4 piece nugget happy meal only came in 3, and they were old and hard. The 2nd window in drive thru heavy set dark skin black guy with shorter to medium hair length from the head start of dreads type of style was extremely rude, no manners, no customer service, upset at his job obviously. He was even ruder when he brought the food outside. 1st window white guy short hair glasses very nice, patient, smiling, had manners, kind, great customer service. We were told to pull up had to wait awhile. All 8 sizes of fries should have been hot,, fresh since we already had to wait. They were dark brown the grease obviously was bad. The fries some were soggy, some were super greasy tasted like burnt grease. Could not eat them, had no time to bring them back. Tried to call the store, was hung up on. All the burgers were good. On Sunday 03/17 at 1130 ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal for my niece. Didn’t check the bag like I should have. When we got home there was a sausage patty in the chicken nugget box- zero chicken nuggets. No point in going back as we were too far. Not sure why a single sausage patty was put in a chicken nugget box, especially since breakfast had ended. Tells me whoever was in the line that day did it on purpose. It was wild here! So busy you could tell from the corner of Vine and main Street that it was packed! All employees were great and that was evident from Derrys leadership. He was training a young man and was calm and understanding. This is not always true especially in fast food. His kindness was clearly efficient because it was organized. It seems in fast food you see managers yelling at people to train them, Derry did not do that from what I could see! Nice, human things 😁

It was about 7:00 pm on a saturday night main st location. Younger Staff walked past customers avoiding eye contact until asked by one of 6 people in line to take their order and The drive thru wasn't backed up or anything...Self order kiosk was not usable in the meantime. "Someone stole all of their numbered table tents." 3 People were just walked out. I got my order and the food was usual mcdonalds quality but had to ask staff for a towel to clean off a table and chair for my toddler. Summary tables chairs and floors were dirty. It's fast food so I can't knock that, I got what I ordered. And the staff I dealt with were more or less indifferent.

Went here for the indoor playground. Great play place location. Relatively easy to keep an eye on the kids but wish it were larger. Has good selection of seating. This location has a few issues with getting the order right so check your tray but they make it right when questioned. Food was very good

10:30 pm. Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. Sprite tasted like seltzer water. Lobby was locked and there was a line in the drive-thru, so I walked up to the window. Didn't want to wait while my food got cold. Was told it would be a while to change. Forty years in the the restaurant business, so I am familiar with bag-in-box systems. It doesn't take that long to change and run the line thru. At that point, they should have offered to make me a fresh meal. Your employees were presented with an opportunity to win me over, instead they blew it.

I asked for a coke instead and was given a watered down soda. Most of the ice was melted. I set my first soda on the drive-thru window ledge and began to walk away when I was told by a female employee they can't take soda back. I told her to throw it out. I was told to throw it in the trash container across the parking lot. I don't care what your policy is. My policy, if I get handed seltzer water instead of Sprite you can take it back and dump it out. Great policy you have...real customer focused!

Got home. Burger container was smashed on one side with most of the mayo on inside of container and sides of top & bottom bun. All three pickles on opposite side of burger half-way hanging off. Sloppy mess! Fries were cold! Took back and asked for a refund. Never an apology.

What they should have done was offered to make me a fresh meal. Not even an offer of a free sandwich, free coffee, soda nothing. I know you have these bounce backs, I have been given them before. EMPOWER YOUR EMPLOYEES TO FIX MISTAKES!

I can live without McDonald's...zero stars!!!
