If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been to this location before—it’s always slow. It is what it is. But my last visit there THREW me over the edge. I ordered in the drive thru and did not receive a receipt because they ran out of paper. I waited in a reserved spot for 20 minutes and watched as this poor kid went from car door to door trying to figure out what food belonged to what car. Each person rifling through the bags of food and handing it back out to the employee for the next car to rifle through (disgusting!)
I never got my food so I went in the store and waited an additional 15 minutes while I watch car after car and person after person receive their food before me. They clearly lost my order. But instead of rectifying the situation they told me I was the one being unreasonable and to continue waiting because they were busy. They wouldn’t give me my money back without the receipt that THEY didn’t give me. I walked away after 40 minutes with no food and no money. Absolutely horrific customer service. Never again.
I want to be recompensated at the very least with coupons for the food I NEVER RECEIVED.
Do yourselves a favor and avoid this McDonalds location like the plague.

Ordered 4 chicken wraps @ 9:34pm. Said he had to drop fresh chicken. Stopped in at 10:11pm after placing a mobile order a few minutes prior. They close at 11pm. We got there and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. No cars in front of us, no cars behind us. Nobody spoke to us at the window ever until we had to ask for spoons at the end after waiting so long and hearing nothing from anyone. My McDouble was so wrong it’s laughable. All smashed on one side and no mustard, onions, or Pickles were put on ?? No idea why, I ordered it standard as I like all the toppings. No salt at all on the fries at all. The man who spoke zero words to us tried to walk away without even giving us spoons for our McFlurry’s. Service was painfully slow, food was completely wrong. Do not recommend at all. I work in the food service industry so I really do have compassion. They were nowhere near to closing time though and the food and service was insanely disappointing. Employees don’t seem to care at all and would rather do anything than speak a word to an actual human being. 👎🏻

I orderd food thru the app but when I walked into Mcdonalds I was told I could not pick up my food at the counter and would have to switch my order from drive thru to counter. Well, neither I or an employee could find in the app where you could switch it. Instead of just manually over riding it and giving me my food, I was told they couldnt help me and that my order had not come through and was not charged to my account. This was a lie. The So called manager lied right to me.
I walked home, found my account had been charged and my order was still listed in the app. So I drove back there and gave the code through the drive thru and viola! Like magic my order appeared. I confronted the so called manager on the lie and I was told not to return. It's pretty sad when even the management lacks basic problem solving and customer service skills.

Awesome they are open till 11pm. First, it was about 8:15 pm. Had to wait for fish to get done. It's ok we know it's fresh but i asked for extra tarter and didn't get it. Quarter Pounder Deluxe with extra Mayo - got what I asked for but that wasn't a quarter pounder burger in there. Chicken nuggets - there were 10 just like I asked for. Just went through, we had some trouble with our cards and had to go get cash, we did have a big order but the man in the drive thru was amazingly awesome, very patient and helpful, made me feel like I was a valued customer. Stopped at this McDonalds to start a long drive home Sunday night. We placed a mobile order for 3 large coffees and a medium fry. At the window, the young man helping us handed us one large coffee, then passive-aggressively tried to convince us we had only ordered one. We showed him our order confirmation with 3 coffees. He rolled his eyes at us, then explained that he was out of coffee and we would have to wait for more. We were handed our bag of fries. That bag was opened to find a significantly under filled box. He later returned with two more coffees. One of the cups we were given was broken and leaking hot coffee out the bottom when handed over. We had to enter the building to get a new coffee and fry. He told us he was out of fries (explains the last box) and would have to wait for more, and made our new coffee.

Just went through Westfield's McDonald's at 12:07pm on April 16th. The ABSOLUTELY rudest employee I have ever experienced in my life! She was an older individual (as well as I am). We ordered some cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks. We asked for no drink carrier and she basically was pissed off about something and told us basically too bad and handed us the drink carrier in a VERY RUDE way!!!! There was one bus at the McDonald's and another bus just showed up but we had nothing to do with the buses and honestly we pulled up as the second bus did and it wasn't like a ton of unruly teenagers were pouring into McDonald's. IF this was an employee of mine and I ever heard them use that tone with one of my customers they would at a MINIMUM get a serious write up if not possibly lose their job!!!! We have gone through this McDonald's for over thirty years and WILL NEVER spend another penny at your location. I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter. Went through the drive thru around 6pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a hot fudge sundae. We get handed the sundae with a napkin around it, come to find out because there is fudge all on the outside of the container. You couldn't clean it off?!

The experience I had at this restaurant was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. The manager of the store was very rude and condescending to the other employee (who was very patient and kind in her actions and words) and the customers who were simply there to get their food. The lobby closed at least two and a half hours earlier than posted. The manager again was extremely rude and aggressive towards the customers, going as far as yelling at them. which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It did not feel like a safe place to visit. I would save my money and go literally anywhere else. If I want McDonald’s again, you can bet I’m willing to drive an extra thirty minutes to another store location.
And also, I hope the kind employee is able to leave that environment, because boy, was the manager absolutely horrible to her.

They advertised family meal deals, but when I asked what it included, the girl at the register couldn't tell me. She acted like I should just not worry about it, but got her manager finally after pushing the question. He said he didn't really know. I was left either buying the mystery meal or ordering separate items. I chose the latter, but still feel I was probably overcharged $5-$6 because of it.

The girl at the counter couldn't stop rubbing (wiping?) her nose. After seeing it for about the fifth time, she grabbed or drink cups using that same hand without washing. We got to spend the entire meal listening to the manager sing/talk/swear loudly in the back.
