Went through the drive-through and ordered $20 worth of food when I got The window to receive my order I noticed there were two burgers missing. I let them know that I was missing two burgers, and the lady accused me of hiding them. I was very shook that she would accuse me of stealing and I haven’t even left the drive-through. I was so happy that I asked for my receipt so I can prove to her what I ordered. They are very unprofessional and no one speak English. It is the worst McDonald’s in our town and I absolutely hate going every time because there’s always something wrong.

Orders are usually wrong, and the last order I made I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder and got a deluxe mccrispy and on top of the wrong order the chicken on the sandwich clearly had been sitting out for a couple of hours on a hot plate it was dark and rubbery. Go anywhere else.

I attempt to stop here on my way to work. Despite saying they open at 5am, its a rare treat to ACTUALLY get someone to acknowledge the drivethrough even at 515. It’s somehow gotten worse. Wait times in the drive through greater than 20 minutes, incorrect orders, poor and unapologetic service. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Paid for a regular McFlurry, was handed a small with the drive through window slammed shut and and employee walking away. Eh…you gotta choose your battles in life and this wasn’t one of them. I definitely will avoid this McDonald’s location in the future however. Wrong order + Overcharge = Not a repeat customer.

Spent $50 on food for my family. One order of chicken nuggets got dropped on the floor by accident by my 9 yr old Son. Went back up to the cashier/manager, asked if I could get another order of chicken nuggets and explained we dropped an order and that’s why we need another and the manager went into this tangent about how it’s our fault and not theirs that the nuggets went on the floor. And insinuated we needed to pay. At first I didn’t mind paying but after she came at me like that right away it honestly kind of upset me. I own a restaurant myself and if a kid drops their food, we replace it, no questions asked. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come to McDonalds and there was something wrong with our order that wasn’t our fault… $3.59, glad they got their money. Also the restrooms are DISGUSTING!

This was easily one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. First of all, the bathrooms were a mess. Toilet paper all over the floors and it smelled like someone pooped their pants and hung them as an air freshener. Secondly, all the soda/pop was completely flat. Absolutely disgusting. To add to that, the fries were cold and I’m not even sure if they contained potatoes, as it tastes and felt like I was gnawing on cardboard. No flavor whatsoever so ever, just straight cardboard. Also we didn’t get any napkins in our bag. However, the staff kindly gave us some after we asked. Lastly, and most disgustingly, one of my brother’s chicken nuggets had two nibbles taken out of it that he did not take. He was absolutely appalled and grossed out by this. Not sure if one of the employees got hungry or a rat snuck into the kitchen. Either way, absolutely disturbing. The only thing that was normal here were the ice cubes. Very disappointed, do not recommend stopping here. Should’ve went to Culver’s.

The people were okay, but I have some very minor complaints. First off, the drinks were FLAT and GROSS. Second, my fries were not from a happy meal, but a depression meal. Third, the bathrooms looked like someone bombed it and ate the toilet paper everywhere and left a mess. The worst part is that I had one last nugget left and I was still hungry for one last nibble of chicken when I looked at my nugget and there was a BITE MARK on it. Went to the drive thru about 5:30 am today 2/23 There were 2 cars in line. The one sat there for a while and finally drove off. The next car sat there for a while and finally started to yell hello a few times. He finally drove off. I did the same thing and there were 2 cars in line behind me. There was a constant loud beeping noise coming from the kitchen that literally never stopped. We traveled straight through the night from Eastern PA. This store was conveniently near a gas station we stopped at 15 minutes before you opened. We rested for the time being while we waited. Once 5 passed, we placed a mobile order. We then waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. After some time, we pulled up to the 1st window and paitently waited for another 10 minutes. At one point, your manager on duty saw us sitting there and chose to ignore us rather than letting us know she was running behind on opening or something. Very unprofessional.
