I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s, and this is hands down the worst one I’ve been. We got a value menu and a large French fry. Both of the fry containers were half empty, and the McDouble was smashed. On top of that, they brought our food to the wrong car and still gave it to us afterwards. And our wait was over 8 minutes, with only one car in front of us. Rant over lol

All of the garbage inside and outside were over flowing. The trays were dirty and they turned the self serf option to take out only. The condiment/drink counter was filthy. Tables and seating were not cleaned. There were gnats everywhere.

During off-season the level of cleanliness should be maintained at an equal or higher level since the flow of business has slowed.

Would probably not recommend this McDonald’s at all, I mean look at the stars first of all. But to sum my experience up, some dude at the drive thru was laughing at me when taking my order. It was the guy at the first window around 9:00pm. Went to the second window it was some short dude, he handed my food, when I asked if it was everything he shook his head yes. I couldn’t check as I was driving, when I got home I realized they messed up my order missing multiple items. Which I can admit fault for not checking before leaving, but I shouldn’t have to worry about that, I should expect my food to all be there especially if I paid for it. It’s hard deciding who to blame, the workers or the poor management there. I ain’t even tripping about the money it’s the respect I give that I expect back.

Walked out and went elsewhere for food. Tried to dine in. All kiosks were down, so you had to order at the register. Only, there wasn't anyone at the register. Waited at least 15 minutes and no one bothered to take anyone's order. As I stood there and waited, watched as staff filled fries containers wearing only 1 glove and using their torso to open them with the unloved hand. Then others were grabbing them from the top, ungloved, and touching the fires as they put them in bags, then wiped their hands on their pants.

I was lowkey dreading placing my order because I had a very large and specific order. I tried to go after lunch rush, but before dinner rush when they weren’t as busy, but unfortunately, they’re always pretty busy. I went inside so that I could talk to the managers (Chris and another woman, I didn’t catch her name though) about everything I needed done with my order and they were a little overwhelmed as they were dealing with a lot and then here I come with all my specific requests, but they were professional and did everything I asked, while simultaneously dealing with a large volume of orders and trying to complete inventory. They got it done though! I know I was probably the most annoying customer of the day, but I appreciate it so much! They’re all-stars and I just wanted to give them a shoutout and thank them again for going through all that trouble.

Worst McDoanlds I’ve ever been to. They burnt my Chicken Nuggets, which has never happened before in my 30 years of living, lol. I threw them away. They were out of happy meal toys, they don’t sell hot n spicy McChickens at all. I couldn’t use a 20% off 10 or more on an order of $10.50 (before tax), the app kept telling me I needed to add more to my bag. And they have real taxidermy all over the walls

I'm not from Delton, I came here after a whole day at Noah's Ark with friends. When we came in, something from the ceiling was leaking and there was already a wet spot/small trail of water. Most of the self ordering machines were also broken and the line at the register was also long. The machines also didn't print out the number and the screen was also broken as it was frozen and didn't update anything at all. The workers who were in charge of calling out numbers for people's meals also did a very bad job. He would call out the number but not the name, and since some people didn't really remember their number, they would have to go up themselves and read if it's theres. He would also bring multiple orders but only call one order at a time and wait if anyone came, which I get but at the same time, at a busy time like this, calling more out is better especially if there's a lot of people waiting. The cashier also seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. My friends and I also bought the hello kitty happy meals, but they gave us some Roblox toy boxes instead which was unfair. Because if I knew we were going to not get the hello kitty collaboratikkkk

this mcdonalds is absolutely ridiculous, dont go here unless you want to waste half an hour of your life. I came on Saturday night through the drive thru at around 9:40-10pm. I just wanted some cookies- i ordered 3 cookies and that was it. Before i ordered, i noticed the car in front of me ordered around 6-7 meals- I was shocked when they didnt park them or move them up. I patiently waited behind them. When they got their food and left, I was asked to pull up to their drive thru spots. At this point I waited about 15 minutes and I didnt understand why they wouldnt have just put the cookies in while they were working on the bigger order. despite this, I am not one to complain much or cause a scene so i pulled up. What I found ridiculous is that I waited another 15 minutes —> A TOTAL OF 30 MINUTES for 3 cookies. And no not 3 orders of cookies- 1 order of 3 cookies. And during the time im parked in the spot waiting, every single car behind me gets their food and leaves. I was about to get out of my car when I finally saw a team member running to my car with my order. As frustrated as I was, i said nothing. I didnt even receive an apology, a thank you or anything. Im not the type to ever write reviews anywhere but this was absolutely ridiculous. if your management and team cannot find a way to get out orders with the longest times they really need retraining. I work in food as well which is why i didnt really want to complain but this was just a joke of an experience.

I was in a party of 14. Six orders were wrong. The soda station smelled like an old aluminum cans bin at a county fair. The chairs were full of crumbs and oil stains. The bathrooms were dirty and only one of 4 stalls in the women's restroom had toilet paper. One lady walked in and said, "This is nasty!" And walked out.

What a disaster. Customers must place their orders on the kiosks that are working. No live order takers. My kiosk didn't spit out a receipt. Fortunately, I remembered the order number. That number never appeared in the "Processing" screen or the "Serving" screen. After about 10-12 minutes of waiting and crazy numbers being served, I asked a out mine. A server listened to my concern, went, and stood next to a manager. She then proceeded to prepare Happy Meals and walk to the take window? I actually shouted to the server, "What about order number ***?" A manager approached me, and I was told there was a language barrier. The manager handled the manner. I also informed her that Ithe men's room didn't have hand soap. One machine is broken, one empty.

Cute but it's definitely just another McDonald's. Food was standard Mickey D's, lukewarm but good...what you usually get. The service was frustrating. The girl at the counter taking the order didn't understand very well what we were ordering, and took our order wrong enough we actually just canceled it at the register politely and used the kiosk instead. I just bought 3 meals of Mc crispy deluxe, 3 double cheese burgers with fries & 10 pieces nuggets .,,, every thing tasted weird & super oily & salty… the color of the chicken & fries looked & tasted as refried left over; disgusting dark brown chicken & smells like burned oil, nothing was freshly made at all & I had to though everything afraid of food poisoning. We are visitors to Wisconsin dells & we bought this meal on our way back home . Unfortunately, we’re on the high way already & can’t go back but I want a full refund ASAP .

I don't appreciate being talked to rudely just for innocently asking for syrup. None the less After waiting over 10 minutes to be acknowledged as is by a worker. Beautiful log cabin decor. We stopped while traveling for an ice cream cone and soda. There wasn’t any ice in the ice cube dispenser and the worker was irritated that we asked for ice. The ice cream was terrible! The ice cream sundae was clearly made ahead and full of ice crystals . It wasn’t good at all and that is disappointing when you pay over $3 for a tiny sundae. We ordered our food from the kiosk so why can’t the ice cream be made in real time, it would have tasted so much better. Plenty of other places to stop while traveling

Called, lady claimed to have put my name in the book to pick up Tonight but in reality she did not do that. I was frustrated and upset in a hurry to get home because I just don't feel well. I was not the nicest customer but in my defense the mess, that wasn't mine. Regardless the manager there was very patient with me got it figured out got me my food made sure it was fresh and I ate some fries on my way home I'm still sitting in my driveway and they're nice and fresh and hot and I'm sure the rest of its good too so I just wanted to say thank you to the manager at McDonald's for being so nice and throwing in the Apple pie!

It's Mc Donald's and it's pretty much the typical gas station Mikey D's but the service was better than the average Mc Donald's. Keep it up guys other Mc Donald's employees seem unhappy with their job but they were helpful and pleasant.
