From the start they were out of strawberries(for a drink) & no longer carry Mello Yello. Then as I was sitting down to eat & they came to 2 tables to tell people they were out of certain things. It's a McDonald's. Google is asking me to review it without telling me which branch it is, but thankfully, they're all pretty uniform, which is part of the appeal. The food isn't fantastic, but it isn't meant to be. It's for convenience. When you're in a hurry and need fuel for your body and don't want to spend a lot of money, you know you can rely on McDonald's for certain minimum standards.

Me and my boyfriend want to get iced coffee we did it on the kiosk took 25 minutes to get our iced coffee and then they told us that the iced coffee doesn’t pop up on the screen. It would’ve been nice if they let us know right away.

Trash. Shrinkflation. They dump SALT on everything. If you didn't know they put salt on their already heavily salt filled burgers. It's what like twice your daily sodium intake in one burger yet hey why not dump more salt on it. Nasty. Stopped going here years ago. Overpriced and have you tried their scam snack wraps..lol. what a joke. 3 dollars for 1 chicken tender the size of your thumb a few pieces of shredded lettuce and a couple little pieces of shredded cheese..no thanks. Go somewhere else. Goto school and learn to cook or soon your gonna have to take a second mortgage out just to get lunch here and a single cheeseburger will be shrunk to a slider size for 5 dollars..

It was the worst idea ever to remove the soda stations from the lobby. I seriously waited for 15 minutes for a large Coke. That’s all I ordered. Sat down with hot food to start eating and Kera comes up and starts talking about a customer satisfaction survey. Now as I continue to eat, she is standing over my table and food just a little too close. Please don’t hang over someone’s table or food when they are eating. Other than that she was 100% nice and polite. She even took our tray to the trash. Very professional just try not to stand too close to someone’s table while they are eating. Sharing just 4 days, plenty of others could add.
1. $30 + order and get home to find they were mising two burgers. :(
2. Ordered 5 sandwhiches.
One cheeseburger had no burger. It was just bun with ketchup, onion, and pickle.
3. Ordered 2 crispy chicken meals and couple mcdoubles. Chicken was so dry and old they looked like mini burgers. Literally I thought they were burgers not chciken. If it's older a little dissapointing I just eat it, whatever. But they were like jerky. Not close to edible.
4. Paid for large frappe s and got small. Wouldnt fix ot because I didnt get a receipt. (Didn't think id need it for such a simple order).
All would have been fixable, simple sorry and new product or refund. Nope, all four of these times the young boy was very rude ans wouldnt try to mak anything right. Acted like I was inconveniencing him, like I messed up his order. :(

You order on the McDonalds app and decided to try delivery. They sent to door dash. Order delivered timely and was very nice. Open and order is wrong. You call the store and speak with the manager. You are told to call door dash even though they are ones that put it through there. I call them and their policy is to refund, again I didn’t order through there they pushed it to door dash. Now I called again as they told me this would correct the order and they would come pick it up and redeliver. That is incorrect, I had to reorder, pay another fee, and of course rip because again it’s not the delivery drivers error. What happened to McDonalds of the past? I worked at one at 16 and customer service was their priority. Not anymore. What was supposed to be an enjoyable lunch was a crying grand child, him eating my food, and his meal coming an hour later. So I got refunded the $6.99 for the happy meal, not the delivery charge. A happy meal, double cheeseburger, fries (which was free with coupon), and a large Diet Coke has now cost over $40. McDonald’s as a whole isn’t the problem, it is the Wisconsin Rapids location leadership and poor customer service. If I could have found the owners information I would have rather spoke with them, but sense it isn’t, I decided to speak my peace.

I came here during a Packer game and asked if they could put the game on the TV. The first employee told me he didn't know, but didn't offer to check with anyone.
I asked someone else and they said they'd check with someone. Five minutes later and I hadn't heard an update, so I asked the employee when my food came to the table, and he said, "I'll check".
After ten more minutes, I hadn't recived an answer, so I asked a fourth employee, who said the TV was broken.
They really need to work on their customer service. It took 20 minutes to recive an answer to my question and they had almost no others customers in the restaurant.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The Wisconsin Rapids McDonald’s is by far the worst. I struggle to find even one positive thing to say about it. The employees are rude, the wait time is ridiculous, the food is gross. Our order is rarely served correctly, most often missing several items. Extremely disappointed in the service I got here. We visited on 10/08/2023 and ordered at 10:32. We were told no soda today as there machine is down. That was fine. But then it took 37 minutes for us to get through the drive through to get our food. When we finally got our food, the fries were ice cold, our burgers were at best luke warm. I went inside and asked for our food to be remade so it was fresh. The food they gave me was a little bit warmer. We did not even eat our food because it was gross with how cold it was. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Ordered 2 Happy Meals, got 1, Ordered 2 pairs of socks so kids could play in the play place, no socks, my cheese on my burger looked like plastic cheese from my kids play kitchen. No straws, and 1 packet of ketchup. Enough said....grrrr.

Was in drive through took 45 minutes even after 3 or 4 people left the line after 30 minutes. Servers were nice but with like 10 ti 15 people in line and it getting longer atmosphere wasnt awesome

Wow, horrible service. 39 minute wait after using the app. Food was cold by the time we got it. Called to speak to a manager and they hung up on me.
