can't find a proper button you don't enter items individually to have it cost more. And you surely don't say you get what I put in or get nothing. I'll choose nothing everytime. Item asked for is a menu item. Was not something specific or special plain old sausage and cheese mc muffin. Listed on website and menu board . Ordered many times before. Today wasn't her day. But for a manager to have such an attitude that early hard pass I won't go back. Sad 2 cuz I did order large orders for my work crew and co workers can ask they had to swipe every time for manager approval of such large orders. Never again

I know some of this because I used to work here but this place does not discard food after its secondary shelf life so your food ends up getting dry and flavorless while it sits there for half an hour, among other unsanitary practices I have seen, but otherwise the management and crew are good they're select people who are difficult and or not the best for customer service.

Decent mcds attached to the gas station. Food was decent but wait times were fairly long, for minimal customers. Friend went in to place order while I pumped fuel. Filled tank, washed windshield, moved the car into a regular parking space, used the bathroom, and still waited quite a while before order was ready.

First off kids training kids in the cash window. Waited 2 min for them to give me my change because there to busy laughing. Pretty much getting my bag threw at me out the window. Tonight was a blizzard and many places close early, so I called ahead (around 8) to see if they were open and, if so, make sure what time until. The guy that answered said they’d be open until 10. I drove there and arrived at 925 and the lady over the speaker said they already closed for the night. I said that the guy over the phone said open till 10 but got no response. On my first visit, as typical when on lunch break, I used the McDonald's app as I leave my delivery truck so by the time I'm at a table, my order is being received. They ignored me and another customer stating when we confronted them 20 minutes where our food was, that the lines were too full and had to be handed first before kiosk or app orders. It wasn't until a total of 45 minutes passed that I received my simple Mcdouble, small fry, and medium tea. Remember, this was my half-hour lunch!

Another visit, I used the kiosk and took a number and was table served within 10 minutes but no tea. They returned with the medium cup and informed me to get my own drink. At this McDonald's, those are all readily available.

The tables were clean, trash pickuped. The atmosphere was good. Have no complaints about any of this.
