I'm not one for leaving reviews. But. My god guys. I went with a pal and we haven't been bowling in years and wanted to platy with bumpers. We were giddy like kids, elated by the very idea of bowling. After getting set up for the game we went to the counter to ask if we could have bumpers and instead of just saying no the guy at the counter was just an ass. He said "yeah thats for kids 12 and under soooo...." and "I said we're not very good at bowling sooooo....." and he said "the bumpers aren't designed to handle balls more than 6 pounds" and I told him that "we were only using the 8 pound balls." I would also like to note that even as a kid I was using like 10 pound balls even at this bowling alley and no one ever told me that rule or tired to stop me. This has never happened in the history of bowling in general. Anyway, he got a little snarky and repeated that it was only for kids 12 and under. I just accepted it. Would have been fine if he wasn't a dick about it. Ultimately it led to a highly compromised bowling experience. Just don't bowl here unless you're a professional and practicing or something. It really is no fun where you and your friend get 0 on every frame for half the game :( I have a coupon for a free game and I do NOT think I will be using it(c'mon it's equivalent to $4, I'd rather pay 4 dollars out of pocket somewhere else than get another free game there.)

Decided to try a new bowling ally and boy oh boy do I regret it. It was odd right away.

Both staff members were clearly drunk. One couldn't even walk without falling over. The other was just upset his coworker wasn't gonna help him close. I helped this older woman up and asked him for help. He decided to get mad and have a tantrum. I paid for my bowling and left. There are too many other bothersome details to list. Unlikely to visit again.

Great place to come hang out and bowl. Bar food is really good cant go wrong with anything on the menu but the burgers and fries are my favorite. Nice size bar with tvs. 10 lanes in the ally. Kidd bowl free in summer. They also offer league bowling did that first time last year is fun and local. I had my birthday party here and we had a taco bar and the food was really tasty. The service was awesome. The current owner and staff are very accommodating and helpful. Check it out. I think they do trivia and bingo as well.

It was terrible! I wasn't able to access the coupons for my kids free bowling. I registered them and got a confirmation 2 months ago and tried to access the coupon through the apps, but forgot my password. So tried to reset my password but the email they sent me to reset my password, couldn't click the link, tried also to copy the link but just go back to the site to reset my pasword. So I ask the lady there if what can I do and she said no worries for today, just show us the coupon next time. But when the game was finished the other staff said, she can't proccess the payment if we don't have the coupons. So that made me so upset because I know I sign them up and even asked the lady there initially how she can help me, but assured me that it is okay for now, but the other lady is saying the other way around! Be consistent ladies, because you make your customers unreliable to you! And you guys should asked the coupon first before we let us play! And now ended up paying money for my kids bowling which is supposed to be free! very upseting!

Just a bad place. The lanes have hair on them, there aren't many lightweight balls, and the electronic system is trash. Heck, the screen on lane 2 was misaligned so we couldn't see almost half the screen. When I asked the person at the counter if we could switch lanes because of this problem, she said "What do you need the screen for?" in an unpleasant tone. Overall, this place is only good for groups like birthdays and the pub (like anything I. Wisconsin.)

Came in to bowl with our family of 4 on a Saturday night. Which seems like a reasonable expectation at a bowling alley.

The woman working behind the counter seemed immediately annoyed when we asked for a lane stating it would be an hour wait. Understandable of course. We decided we would get some food and wait. She said she would come get us when it was ready. Many lanes opened up, but were just waiting patiently. She didn’t come get us. So we eventually went up to the desk and someone else helped us. Was going to look past that whole ordeal, and just move on because the waitress who had helped us and the next person who got us our lane were very pleasant.

However, we finished our game and we’re ready to go. We waited at least 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us trying to pay for our game. I totally understand short staffing and know Saturday night is a busy time, but it took that long for someone to even tell us they would be right with us. Every other staff member just continued to walk by us standing at the desk and avoid making eye contact. I would have totally understand if someone just acknowledged us and said that they were busy and they would be with us when we could. It just doesn’t seem like it should take that long for someone to acknowledge you standing there.

It was a nice bowling alley. It is smaller than the other one I have gone to recently (Dream lanes), but that comes down to personal preference. Middleton Sport Bowl had a small bar/grill incorporated in it
You could get some drinks and a more or less what you would expect food wise. The only real issue we had was the ball selection. They only had a handful that fit my hand that weren't 16 lbs.
