I've been coming here since a little girl, which is a long time ago. This is my 1st time with a bad meal. Our burgers had absolutely no butter on them. The western burger was not done properly and overcooked. Being that I live far away I went here because I wanted a good ole' burger. So disappointed ☹️

I can't even believe I've lived here my entire life and I've never been here before.

The food was deliciously greasy, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere screamed of a classic, busy diner that barely had enough seating room for people rotating in and out. It was so busy at one point people left before they got to eat! I felt bad, because they missed out!

Me and my girlfriend both saw Tik Tok's recommending the food here, we were not disappointed! We are from Madison and it was worth the drive! The food was incredible, I recommend getting the garlic cheese curds! Hamburgers were messy in a good way, they did not go easy on the toppings, it was fantastic. It's just a small place with a good feel, you can see them making your food in front of you. Overall a great experience, we will be coming back.

Definitely pleased that new ownership set themselves up to accept credit/debit cards. That was a real limiting factor previously.

Atmosphere is ok, it’s a smaller older diner style setup. Seating can be limited and a bit snug, and it can get relatively loud in there. Parking can be tricky as they have a tiny lot and then street parking. But the food is definitely worth the visit.

Mihm's is a tiny place, so prepare to wait for seating if it's busy. That said, my husband and his brothers visit frequently with the kids for Mihm's amazing buttery burgers. The fried green beans are a delightfully crunchy experience with Mihm's homemade spicy ranch dipping sauce. These reheat well in our air fryer at home. Also delicious at home, the BLT with pesto mayo is remarkably good served cold at 3am. Did I mention Mihm's also serves a nice selection of beers and ales? We are definitely coming back! Great burgers and curds. We sat at the bar and had lovely conversations with the owner and a couple regulars. Very friendly and fun. We had a cheeseburger and the monthly special. Both were great. That charcoal grill adds flavor.
They offered a list of canned beers and sodas from the foundation. They also had shakes and malts but we were too full for another bite.
It's a small place, if you want to meet people, sit at the bar. They also have booths.

Our servers were awesome. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a hidden gem…however. They layout of this resturant is that you can see the chefs cooking from almost anywhere in the building. We were seated at the counter and looking directly forward we could watch the chefs preparing everyone’s food. The chef on the burgers was going super fast and doing great, the chef manning the deep fried was wearing gloves, and eating food while cooking and not changing his gloves or washing hands, he also sneezed numerous times and didn’t sneeze into his hands, but sneezed to his side approx 4 inches from burgers for guests that were sitting ready to be wrapped. As a person that usually doesn’t bother me but seeing it and watching all of this unfold multiple times throughout our short wait for our food (food and service was fast), just made the experience not that great.

Have been longtime customer. You could never go wrong with a meal there. After a new owner came along, all was well. The menu stayed the same, same great food and staff. Went there today and things definitely changed. The buns were different. They pretty much crumbled after every bite. An order of onion rings were mostly the outer part of the onion. Ate at Mims today and it was not good. The buns broke apart evey bite you took and the onion rings skin was left on the rings and you had to take the skin out of your mouth every time you took a bite. They need to go back to original buns for sure. People were friendly but when they wiped off table it just was left on floor, which someone could have slipped on.

Mihm's is a classic in Menasha which i haven't taken the opportunity to visit in a few years. I had a wonderful 1/4 lb cheeseburger on a hard roll from a local bakery. The burger, as is customary, had a generous amount of butter on it. I think it might be less butter than it used to be, but that is probably for the best since I recall it being to much butter to allow one to put a burger down after starting it. My side of tots was hot, crispy outside, soft inside, just how I like it. I'm glad I went back!

Stopped in Mihm's for the first time and can confidently say it will not be the last time. When you enter it's like you went back in time to an old school diner and I mean that in the best way possible. And the smell hits you immediately. The glorious smell of a charcoal grill. The burger was served simply in wax paper and was amazing. Grilled to perfection and loaded with butter. (There will be a pool of butter forming in the wax paper and it's not a bad thing) The service was great as well, greeted upon entry and treated great. The people working seemed to really enjoy it and that made for a great vibe. Strongly recommend checking this place out and I will be back!

When my wife found Mihm’s Charcoal Grill online, I was expecting a tavern, but when we arrived it was a cozy diner.

The Ground Sirloin Burger was greasy and great just like it should be! I cannot remember when I’ve had a burger this great, it is worth going out of your way to have one. The Cheese Curds are top notch as well because there aren’t many places that have batter fried curds as good as these! I had a Root Beer Float to top it off, nice part is that the ice cream was not soft serve.

The bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water and soap to clean your greasy hands.

There were all kinds of age groups from elderly to a young couple with their children. The music was pleasant and the establishment was clean and attractive. The staff was wonderful! The burly man working at the grill greeted us when we entered and let us grab a booth to look at the menu. We look forward to stop by again! Thank you!

Another fantastic burger joint in Wisconsin! Not a big menu but hard to pick what to get. Yes they really use charcoal in the coolest cook top I’ve ever seen. You can smell the charcoal on the way in. Makes the burgers one of a kind. My son & I both had the BBQ steak burger with an added sausage. Little did we know it was an actual sausage and not a sausage patty. Absolutely fantastic. Our sides were tots & onion rings. I have been a regular at Mihms for over 10 years, a friend and I would go there for lunch about one a month. I was very disappointed when they closed, but excited again when they reopened under new owners. The best part is the new owners were smart enough not to change it. Until now. My friend had been ill so we hadn't been to Mimhs for several months. In that time the changed their famous steak sandwich and fries. It's not the same and we weren't the only ones to say something as the couple in the booth next to us made the same comments. We told our wait staff we were disappointed and they brushed it off as old people that liked to complain. Well they were partly right, we are old, and we complained because you ruined something good, probably to save costs. But you won't save enough to keep the doors open if you disappoint your loyal customers. Change it back now before it's too late.
