All ingredients were fresh and super delicious and Berlin was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Usually close to closing you worry about attitude but Berlin was attentive and courteous! Ordered online because Milios used to employ their own delivery drivers. Estimated delivery time 8:10 actual arrival 8:45. Sandwich wasnt worth the money I spent on it at all. With the late as heck delivery from door dash or Uber eats or whoever grabbed it. The meat was room temperature, bread was soggy. Soda was watered down and they stapled thru the straw. Only good thing was the chips.

The staff is always very friendly and very easy to talk to. Very understanding. I brought a person asking for food into the establishment, and afterwards found out they had been hustling customers for food on the regular. The employee discounted my sub for not knowing what was going on. That generosity afforded a large tip. Clean establishment with good music playing too.

This winter the website has had some issues when ordering soup. The first time this issue occurred; The staff actually reached out to me to ask questions about what I really wanted. Just tried Milio’s today for the first time, and I ordered the Godfather. The sandwich was dry and what flavor I did ge from it was vinegar.. It was more bread than anything with lettuce that looked old. Wanted to try something new and step out of the box and it was not worth the money. We have had a few problems with ingredients at this location. Our most recent order was very disappointing. I ordered The Godfather and the lettuce was brown and mostly frozen. The other sandwich we ordered was the chicken bacon club and not only was there one single piece of chicken on the whole sandwich, the bacon was frozen solid.

Placed delivery order through Uber eats. First order they gave away to somebody else. It was about 2 hours before I learned they had given my order away to somebody else. I'm not surprised to see they aren't paying their employees as a former employee who they over worked and under paid for the position i was filling im glad I was fired with no warnings or talking to at this point. I do not recommend this place the owner is a tool that doesn't actually care about his shop just paperwork and his newer store. Your orders are late because they don't schedule sufficient help to save on labor and don't properly train everyone. Me for example found out about a "brand" book from a newer driver after id worked there for over 5 months.

I just had a sandwich on sliced wheat and the loaf of bread they were using had huge void pockets so my sandwich was missing a third of each slice. After contacting management, Mary Beth went above and beyond to make it right. Even though I ordered my sandwich in the store, she delivered a new sandwich because I had to go back to work. I was about to post a scathing review but the effort that management put in to correct the mistake has restored my faith in Milio's East Johnson.

One of the managers demeaned my coworker over their accent. This coworker speaks excellent English and also speaks many languages. When the coworker spoke w/ a different manager about it, the different manager was not responsive at all as if he didn't care. Ordered food for myself and some co-workers and our ENTIRE order was wrong. When I called, they claimed they couldn't find my order. I had the order number and asked them if they wanted it and they said no. Then someone rudely in the background asked why was I just calling (I ordered around noon for my co-workers, but I don't go to lunch until 1:00 pm). I thought that was extremely rude. Anyway, they said that they'd write my name down to get a meal the next time I ordered. When I tried to cash in on it, they inconveniently couldn't find my name. I emailed corporate and never received a response. It's a shame because my company orders lunch almost everyday and I made sure to let the lunch coordinator know. $30 down the toilet, I won't be eating at Milio's ever again, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!

Ordered a sandwich and was told it would be 40 mins. Ok. A long time for delivery of a sandwich but I was too lazy to drive there. Well it has been 40 mins past the time it was supposed to be delivered. Called them. Was told sorry sometimes if we have one delivery we wait to deliver. Then if we get a bunch before we leave then the driver will be a little late. Ok if the driver had time he should have delivered the sub especially since I'm a few blocks away. Okay sub shop. Food is decent, though not particularly fresh. However orders often arrive wrong or with items missing (three times they forgot my cookie). They have always corrected it. More problematic, orders have been taking a very long time to arrive recently (last one took an hour and a half) even though we live a mile away. Maybe it's just this location (I haven't been to any others), but if there were better sub options that delivered in my area, I would choose them over Milios.

The manager was fantastic in dealing with a less than perfect situation. I ordered using the app for the first time earlier this week, taking advantage of the Nurses Week special. Something got screwed up and I didn't get the order. The manager was delightful over the phone and gave me a few options. I chose to cancel that day's order and accept a refund. A couple days later (today) I called to order and the manager remembered me, sent my order free of charge, and included my coworkers order for free as well! It's always great to know that if an error is made, they'll do what they can to fix it!
