OMG! I just ordered this new pretzel sandwich- talked to the guys making it before and they sold me. I chose the onion and pickle and added jalapeños.

Excellent subs, ingredients, and bread. The owner of the Broadway Drive location is great the staff is always friendly. I'm a big sub guy and their subs are always carefully constructed with even distribution of toppings. Milio's subs are not hastily thrown together like other sub shops...

Overall I like Milio's and normally enjoy the food I've purchased from their East Park Drive location. This was my first (and last) purchase from this location in Monona. Ordered a #17 and when I got home discovered the whole sub had one layer of turkey, they forgot the ham, and what it lacked in ham it tried to make up for with an over abundance of lettuce. Still recommend Milio's, just not the Monona location.

After ordering I realized there was quite a bit of one Star reviews for this location. I thought while this is a perfect time to do a review.

I am a longtime Google reviewer and have ate at Big Mike's in Sun prairie way before it was ever milio's. I also went to UW Milwaukee where the highest grossing Jimmy John's in the state was right across the street. That being said I have to say that I am quite happy with milio's Monona. The guy on the phone promptly took my order and advised me that the delivery driver was out on delivery and could be up to 40 minutes. Well 20 minutes later... Here rolls up milio's with my order.

Not only was the order fast but it was correct and the guy was very nice and I can't say a word other than great for the service. The food is why I gave it four stars as it is good but it wasn't phenomenal however the service was and I really appreciate the guy in the Acura getting here so quickly. 40 minutes was going to be acceptable but 20 minutes totally made my experience that much better..

I got the chicken bacon club in It was all right.

I'm definitely ordering again from here and will probably do the Italian.

This was the worst Milio's experience I have ever had. Usually, they are great and the sandwiches are consistent. I ordered the Tuna and my husband got the Godfather. We asked for spinach instead of lettuce, which we got, but all of the spinach was wilted and slimy. Ended up picking it all off. Underneath the huge mound of spinach, we found a single layer of meat and one slice of cheese. The tuna sandwich had about two tablespoons of tuna salad on the entire sandwich. Could barely taste it. This is not the Milio's I know and love and sure won't be back.

I ordered the Milio's Classic. There was one piece of Ham, and one piece of turkey. So the sandwich was very flat. They also forgot the pickles. They get 2 stars because the bread was very tasty. I won't eat here again, too much competition with more for your money.

I am absolutely appalled with this location. This is the third time (and I’ve only been here three times) that I have ordered a sandwich and am missing half of the sandwich.
I too work in the service industry so I usually let it go, but this time I decided to call and let them know that whoever is making the sandwiches is not doing their job properly, so that they can avoid unhappy customers like myself in the near future. I paid for a Californian and received bread, guacamole and lettuce.
When I called and began to explain the situation I was rudely and abruptly hung up on.
The employees of Milios in Monona messed up. Take responsibility for your actions, people. It costs $0.00 to NOT be rude to the people paying for your services. ESPECIALLY when YOU are the one that messed up.

I ordered through grub hub and what I ordered on grub hub was not at all what I got. The receipts don’t even match. My sandwich was made wrong, and my soda was missing. I called the store and I can get a free soda next time but nothing about the sandwich being made wrong. I don’t understand why the printed receipt didn’t match the grub hub receipt. You need to work on training with the grub hub app or stop using it.

We are regular order-ers from Milios in Monona. A few weeks ago, we had a delivery from Tom that got dropped off at the wrong house, and we could not locate it- this situation might upset most people, but Tom immediately made it right apologizing, continued communicating with us well after his shift once he was already 45 mins away @ home, refunding us as promised right away the next morning, and delivering our order the next night. He has since become a friend to us, and even surprised us last night with dinner while he was in the area. With everything going on in the world right now, being short staffed, what an act of compassion and integrity!! His kindness went along way. Means about this restaraunt and their employees.

I typically really enjoy milio's. This location however has not been the best (which is a shame since it's by far the closest one for me.) First off, numerous times I've been there, the bread was super hard and it's not like I come at weird times. Second, the last 3 times I've had black stuff floating in my drink. I'm guessing the soda machines/lines or what ever haven't been cleaned. Lastly the employees smoke right in front of the front door. I usually don't complain about things but I really like milio's and would like this one to stay in business.

I ordered a couple meal deals for delivery. The delivery driver forgot one of the drinks. We said it was no big deal but he insisted that he was going to come back and bring another one. He came and even brought another extra drink. I have to say Patrick is an excellent employee and deserves all the praise! First off this place put just about nothing on our subs! I asked for Dijon and got none! Hardly any chicken, which is why someone would order a chicken bacon club! I’ve always loved Milio’s. Great food. But the service is almost terrible. I ordered a plain turkey and mayo on French bread and not only did it come an hour late, they put tomatoes on it and the sandwich was flat.
