Sandwiches were delicious! We got an Italian Sandwich & Turkey Sandwich. Our kids loved the bread!
Facilities were clean. SUPER friendly staff!

Milios is genuinely the best food place I have ever encountered. Their staff is SO outgoing and genuine and the food is absolutely superb. My favorite place to order from for the rest of my life I love this place. Also the brownie actually made me cry it was the best brownie I have ever had in my entire life.

I really want to like Milio's and have given them multiple chances, but they have gotten my order wrong so many times I just can't justify going there anymore. If you go to the Verona store, do not go through the drive-thru. Make sure you go inside and watch as they are making your sandwich. That's the only way you can really be sure you'll get the right order.

I ordered an Italian sub, what I got was a BLT, which I’m pretty sure was not even freshly made. A few little pieces of limp lettuce, almost raw bacon, and not much of it. The cost of 10$ was outrageous. My husband took a picture but unfortunately deleted it but the sub was pretty disgusting.

Update (2022): Since I wrote my first review, something changed and they started doing better at getting orders correct, but in the last few weeks they've gone back to their old ways of messing up the sandwiches, sides, toppings, etc. The website is a lot easier to use now though, so that's a plus.

We've ordered from this Milio's a lot, and it used to be okay. But for the past year or so, there's always been at least one thing wrong every time we ordered. We've had the wrong sandwiches, toppings added to the wrong sandwich, the wrong/missing side, etc. Also, the website is terrible, and it gets worse every time they change it (probably not this store's fault though). It's sad because I still like the food, but it's annoying to get the wrong thing so many times.

They don't tell you when they are out of ingredients so you get a half sandwich for full price and they don't add extras.

I appreciate Milios for responding to this review. However, responding with a link to their website asking for a report is not a good response. When you click through it asks for details one can not provide easily three weeks later. I don't remember the exact date and time I was there now, it's been three weeks! On top of this, I have written this review after this has happened multiple times. Four times to be exact over the span of four months. It has become a common enough issue that I just won't go to this location.

My sister's sandwich had extra Dijon so gave her mine which had extra mayo(I never asked for extra of either one). There was so much of both you couldn't enjoy. I've had two strokes and they get irritated talking to me or at least this one did. Bad experience won't order there again.

I had ordered a classic turkey sandwich meal online. I showed up about 10 minutes after it said it should be ready. There looked to about 6 or 7 employees in the store and I was the only customer. When I mentioned that I had placed an online order they looked clueless. They found the sheet with my order on it and made the sandwich surprisingly quickly. I customized my food to have no tomatoes, sprouts, or provolone and to sub pickle slices which is why I was surprised how fast they made it.

I drove all the way back to work to eat my sandwich and when I looked at it, I was very disappointed. The sandwich had tomato, SO many sprouts, and provolone cheese. There were no pickles and some of the lettuce was browning. I tried to eat it but immediately felt sick. This is the first time I've ever had this happen at this location so it was definitely disappointing. :(

Went to one in Verona, WI. It started with poor customer service.. it took forever for them to make my food then... I Became ungodly ill. Throwing up, diarrhea with blood, fever, chills, headache and I could barely walk because my stomach pain was so severe. Never ever will I eat at Milios, the adress of my worst experience is: 1011 N Edge Trail, Verona, WI 53593. I have tried calling the manager and they always say she's not in!
