Such a pretty cafe and nice outdoor seating. Food was great l had the gf English muffin egg and sausage sandwich. My daughter ate all of her sliced deli chicken sandwich. A little pricey but all locally sourced so understandable. Excellent food.

Mill Street Café is an absolute gem tucked away in North Lake. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and was treated to one of the smoothest, most flavorful brews I’ve had in ages. And the cinnamon coffee cake? Hands down, the very best I've had in my life—perfectly spiced, soft, and indulgent without being overly sweet.
What makes this spot truly special, though, is the staff. Always friendly, genuinely personable, and they create an atmosphere that feels like coming home. North Lake is lucky to have such a treasure. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!

We stopped in on our way through town. I had a dark black coffee, but they have all sorts of fancy coffee stuff. The dark coffee was great. My wife and I each had the half breakfast sandwich. Delicious!! I highly recommend.
My sandwich was gone too quickly to take a photo. lol.

A hidden gem! This is a great cafe with wonderful service and delicious food! The Cuban Sandwich is the BEST Cuban I've ever had and we frequently return to enjoy it, along with many selections from their homemade bakery choices. The owners also care about the community they serve and it really shows in everything they do. You can feel the passion and dedication in both the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere they've created. If you're in the North Lake area, don't miss this wonderful little cafe...if not, it's definitely worth the trip!

We love coming here! The food is incredible and the staff are very friendly. We love the breakfast sandwiches and then chicken pesto sandwich. They have a variety of pastries and treats, including gluten free options. We love having a coffee shop that's only a few minutes down the road. You'll love it here, I promise!

A wonderful cozy cafe and coffee shop in the hamlet of North Lake! I've stopped here at least four times - each time the staff was extremely pleasant and this was matched by tasty, well-presented food. Lattes are delicious - they offer special seasonal/monthly drinks (personally tried an irish cream back in March and a cherry almond today in April). The bakery selection is much better than average too (personally tried both cookies and scones)!

Update! Every thing I said in the review below continues to be true. In fact, their coffee has improved. One of the most consistently good cups in the area!!!
Great service, pleasant atmosphere and reasonably priced. The ham breakfast sandwich on sourdough was wonderful and a good-sized portion. I accidently bought glutten free scones ... and was thinking, "Oh great, sawdust with chocolate chips," but they were great too! We'll definitely be back!

Cute little cafe. It was our first visit, went for breakfast. Excellent breakfast sandwich and excellent baked oatmeal! And great coffee and chai too!! Friendly service too! Small place, so might be overly busy at prime times, but we were there on a Friday about 8am and plenty of room. :) We'll be back!!!

This Christmas Eve, we found ourselves in a bit of a coffee crisis. As everyone arrived for our family brunch, the coffee maker broke—imagine the chaos! The thought of facing a day full of caffeine-deprived family was almost too much to bear. Thankfully, Mill Street Cafe came to our rescue! Not only did they provide us with the perfect, rich coffee, but they also have convenient to-go craft containers. It was like a little Christmas miracle.
The coffee was absolutely delicious, and it saved the day for our entire gathering. I can't thank them enough for their quick, kind service and for making our holiday morning so much brighter. If you're in need of a pick-me-up, especially around the holidays, Mill Street Cafe is definitely the place to go!

Just a lovely place! Very clean, very cute and amazing food! I ordered the breakfast sandwich with Havarti and a Chai Tea Latte and it was absolutely delicious! The bread (sourdough) was so fresh and the egg was perfectly done- the ham must have been a farm-to-table king of thing because it was sooooo good! Will definitely be back!

I tried it and was pretty good , although it’s a small coffee shop , It was more homey then Starbucks, I probably Will go back but , not soon because I don’t have time to relax . All in all great, the guy was friendly , and the lady who made my drink put chocolate chunks in my drink. Tasted great but it’s each to their own experience. One I would recommend.

Awesome cafe in North Lake!
I am fortunate enough to work around the corner from Mill Street Cafe so I can stop in here often. That said, I would go out of my way to come here. Fresh bakery, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, smoothies, salads and of course coffee and its all fantastic. Can't say enough great things about this cafe.

After biking on the Bugline Trail, we rode into North Lake and found this wonderful cafe. The food was great - hard to make a decision on which sandwich I wanted. The owner’s suggestion was spot on. I highly recommend the Mill Street Cafe.

Absolutely LOVE this new cafe! The lattes were wonderful, awesome service, and super accommodating! I waited outside with my pup after ordering and they brought my drinks out to me! Will definitely be back for more coffee and to try some of their food! Also— the bakery items look AMAZING! Lots of space to sit and work on your laptop while enjoying something to eat/drink or to meet with friends! I love the outdoor patio area as well!

Great new cafe! Enjoyed iced americano (Valentine coffee yum!) and had the chicken salad sandwich which was delicious. Service is swift and friendly. Can’t wait to see how their menu develops, owners have plans to continue to expand it (although I’d say it’s already solid!).
