Millie’s Diner is such a fun spot. The walls are covered with funny signs that make the place feel really welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and quick. Our food came out fast, and the portions were huge.

The French toast was the highlight—big, fluffy pieces that tasted amazing. And looking at the menu, there’s so much more I want to come back and try. Between the great service, the large serving sizes, and the fun atmosphere, Millie’s is definitely a place worth checking out.

Heard amazing things about this place and their menu selection, so we decided we needed to travel and try it. Due to staffing issues they switched to a limited menu, so the items we were looking forward to trying from the online menu were not available. We waited over an hour for the food to come out. Our waitress seemed to be a little disorganized. The biscuits and gravy I ordered was the worst gravy I have ever received. I ended up having one bite and pushed it all to the side and ate one of the biscuits. Our other meal was decent but nothing special. Overall it was not worth the drive.

Usually very good but today was sad. Corned beef hash wasn't corned beef hash. Country fried steak was a fried pork chop. Waitress was snippy, and the first table we were seated at was missing a foot, which caused it to tip. We moved. They proceeded to seat two other couples in succession, at that table, in spite of knowing it was unstable. I hope things improve.

Been in a few times when in the area. Everyone is always full and smiling when we leave. Nice to be able to have a beer with brunch. Recently tried some baked goods, danish style, awesome. Portions are for real. Staff wants You to be happy. Would like to see a better situation with the bano but can’t fault them for the way the place was built 100 years ago. Waited 10min for toast. She never brought my hot sauce. She was on her phone and I had get it myself. She never brought our check and on her phone again! I walked up to the bar asked to settle my bill. Cashier gave me my receipt and walked away. Cute little place! It's really great food, and the staff is ALWAYS kind - whether we dine in or order ahead and pick it up to go! I guess the only downside is that on weekends, they are crazy busy - but that is the case with ANY good breakfast establishment...so I can't really fault them for that! I love this place! I take my 5 year old son fossil hunting just north of Dickeyville, and we always stop here before driving home to Middleton. The food is great, and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure that Millie’s is a great place for parents who have small children with them. First timer here, stopped in at about 9 am on Tuesday 1/3/24 for breakfast. Not sure who was cooking, but the 2 English muffin breakfast sandwiches I ordered were very burnt tasting...the muffins had been toasted black & the egg had been fried really, really super hard & super crisp and all all of it had been "smashed" down like a pancake! I am hoping that this is not the "norm" on how they make these and that the cook will see this and accept my positive criticism.
It surely did not make for the best looking presentation. The hash browns, however, were very good!

This was an amazing place to stop on our way home from the Wisconsin Dells. A very nice little place. We only had to wait 10 minutes for our huge family of 11. The service was very welcoming. Ordered Western omelet asked for 1 small pancake instead of toast. Waitress added 4.00 more for the pancake. And I didn't get the toast either. When I asked about the charge. She said pancake cost more than toast. I have waitress many years at Village Inn a box of pancake mix cost 3 or 4 dollars and you can make 50 to 100 pancakes. Who does she think she is talking to an idiot.
No hashbrowns with breakfast up charge of 4.00 if you want them. So basically 12.00 for a square omelet and a little diced onions, green pepper, ham.
That's ok I will make it at home from now on more cost effective. I was never charged before there for that. Too pricey for us.
Also I noticed omelets all look different. Some are made longer and thin some are made small and square.
