We love coming here but Monday was off 😭 We come from Oshkosh to this place and always had a great food. I’m unsure if cooks been changed from last month but food was not like always. It didn’t have enough of the sauce let alone most of the “sauce” was the oily grease stuff. My boyfriend ordered a Lg lemonade but it was given this time in the regular blue plastic cup. And when ordered sauce on side to go (to better the food once we were home) our sauce was very low (we didn’t notice it, did feel it but didn’t notice it as it was wrapped in plastic wrapper) lower than EVER and again, to top it off mainly was all oil on top, by the time I scooped it out as I was sick of it from lunch as it was, it was less than half :/ very disappointed. We skipped in trying Appletons new one (drive further than Appleton) to spend over $60 on something that all went bad but service. We were going to get it discounted by server but then idk what happened cuz it still was the regular price over $60 in 2 lunch special of juicy. Shrimp, a “lg” lemonade, Pepsi, 2 kids drinks, cheese curds and side of corn. But our service was great, super nice and friendly… food however which was the main reasoning of going all the way there was not. 😭😭😭

The best part of our experience was Kristina! She was the perfect balance of attentiveness and giving us our space while we enjoyed our meal!

My niece and I got a combo to split and it was delicious! My husband got a fried fish sampler that was not necessarily his favorite (the breading was falling apart and a little soggy in places).

If you’re going to Millions Crab, do yourself a favor: pray to the seafood gods that Eliana is your server. I’m not exaggerating when I say she turned our crab boil into a full-blown life event.

Eliana didn’t just bring our food — she delivered it like she was unveiling the Mona Lisa of seafood. The boil came out steaming, seasoned to perfection, and presented with the kind of flair that made me wonder if I should stand up and applaud. She made sure we had gloves, bibs, extra napkins — basically everything short of a hazmat suit (which, frankly, might be necessary for how hard we went at that crab).

Her timing? Spotless. Her attention? Legendary. She was like a seafood Jedi, appearing out of nowhere right when you realized you needed something. And let me tell you, it’s not every day you get to crack crab shells while laughing so hard at your server’s jokes you forget you’re covered in butter.

Millions Crab, please — build a statue of Eliana in the lobby. Name a boil after her. Something. Because she’s not just serving seafood, she’s serving memories.

10/10, would eat crab with butter dripping down my arms in her section again.
