Had the pleasure of stopping in this wonderful establishment on our way through from Chicago! They did not disappoint! The Fair Cheese Curd appetizer was tasty! The guys in our group had smash burgers that were stellar, one gal had the boneless wings, onion rings. Excellent! The WI beer cheese soup was very flavorful! One of our group had the teriyaki bowl and felt they went a little heavy on the sauce, but other than that we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience there! Top notch service!! Highly recommend!!

We stopped here on the way through Wisconsin. The hostess and waitress couldn't have been any friendlier! We started with the buttermilk onion rings. The onion rings were huge and piled high. They were absolutely delicious. Then we had a couple of burgers and the salmon rice bowl. Everyone loved what they ate, and the "Wisconsin Smashed" burger that I had was incredible. I highly recommend trying this place out!

Assistant Store manager decided a simple apology was due for providing my wife with a broken cup with glass in it. Extremely underwhelming and non worried as if it’s a common occurrence; swallowing broken glass is deadly and should be treated as such.

When we saw that Eau Claire had a Milwaukee Burger Company, we knew exactly where we would be having lunch since we had enjoyed our meal at the Franklin location.🎉

The menu section is fabulous, but they even offer a “build-your-own” burger. I chose this option since I am gfree and dfree and could select a grilled chicken as my protein.
🖤The Tuna Rice Bowl was similar to deconstructed sushi.🍣
🖤The cheese curds on the Curd Burger are huge!
🖤The sweet potato tots are the best!

The bathrooms were mostly clean… could use a detailed scrubbing of the stall walls and floors, but still, it was so much better than any fast food restaurant bathroom. 💯

We will definitely be back and recommend anyone else to try them for their unique burger combinations and relaxed atmosphere.

This place is DANK. We visit town often, and therefore we visit Milwaukee Burger Company often. This is the way. You cannot possibly order a bad burger here, and they have some of the most creative and delicious drink options around. Pro tip, order an extra "Hangover Volume 2" burger to go, pop that bad boy in the fridge overnight, and then crush that bad boy cold on a lazy morning. You can thank me later.

So disappointed. Usually love mbc but not after today. Dont get me wrong, our food was great, atleast the stuff we didnt have to send back for being cold, and somehow the refire ticket was lost so we didnt see that part of our order again but it was taken off the ticket. Our server made an appearance at our table of two ONCE only to take back the food that was cold, and the manager was the only one to stop to get use refills.

I ordered the smash burger, my girlfriend got the salmon bowl. She usually gets it from Northern Taphouse but decided to try it here. Same company. She said it was very good and very similar to Taphouse. of course the smash burger was good I’m never disappointed. Service is always amazing. Sammi Toft definitely knows what she’s talking about and deserves to work for corporate. I heard she’s not working with the company anymore full time, but you guys should consider making her at least GM or definitely corporate. She deserves it.

I won’t ever eat at Milwaukee Burger again. I called ahead and asked for my son and I to watch the NCAA division 1 finals for wrestling.

World’s oldest sport and the manager came out to tell us that it was against company policy because it was “too violent”.

They don’t show wrestling or UFC. Foods been great but the decision and service alone lost a long time customer.

Me and significant other decided to break our fast one night doing the month of Ramadan here. We ordered the fried cauliflower for an appetizer which was terrible as well look freezer burnt our hosted agreed they didn’t look good. My significant other ordered MB burger and wasn’t impressed at all. As for me I ordered the chicken sandwich which was fair just was so thick and didn’t have enough pickles nor sauce on it. Both sets of our fries look and tasted as if they had been sitting out for a while and look very oily definitely wasn’t impressed with those none whatsoever. Our host was wonderful which made up for the terrible food which lacked any form of real care and or concern for the ppl. As always, the atmosphere is excellent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to know one if you looking to have a great burger and or meal. It’s plenty burger places in town that put more effort, energy and value into their food/burgers wayyyy better than what we experience here. Service was excellent as always. I tried the Truffle Wagyu Smashed Burger (not sure of the exact name) and was excited to give it a go, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The burger was overcooked—even for a smashed burger—making it quite dry. Most of the fat, which I expected from wagyu, ended up on the shredded lettuce at the bottom. The thick-cut bacon was tough, and the truffle flavor was barely noticeable. Overall, it was very greasy. I do not recommend this one. Almost a sacrilege to make wagyu beef like this.

First visit ever to MBC. Met an old friend for lunch. We hadn’t seen each other in years, so we lingered at the table for about three hours afterward on a Saturday and the server never once pressured us to leave. I transferred myself to the bar for a few beers before heading for home and the two bartenders, Bella and Eva, were fantastic with the recommendations and service. As the dinner crowd arrived and they were getting slammed with orders for the entire restaurant they managed to keep up with all the drink orders and still managed friendly conversation with everyone at the bar. Overall, the food was good and the service was great!

Went with a couple of buddies during dinner time for some drinks and food, Hattie’s sour server and she did a marvelous job of explaining the specials and answering all of our questions! She is superb and efficient at her job. All 3 of us that went had commented at how great she was, and that she’s an absolute 10/10 as far as servers/waitresses go. Very disappointed in the menu changes recently, along with quite a few of our favorite sauces/dips getting removed. Multiple menu options for burgers are no longer on the menu, however you can create them again with the build your own, and spend $20 on the previously $15. The beer bartered fries tonight were soggy, and seems those changed as well. I no longer “crave” anything on the menu with the changes.

We moved here a year ago and loved coming for the atmosphere, and burgers, and the best spotted cow cheese sauce. Sad with all the changes.

For the $60 Bloody Mary Seafood special:
Everything came to the table cold.
Crab legs seemed overcooked and very very salty.
Lobster had about half a lobster tail’s worth of meat in it but at least wasn’t too salty.
Coconut shrimp was actually very good even though it was not hot at all.
Other shrimp was alright with the butter sauce.
The actual Bloody Mary was good.

For apps we had cheese curds and they came to the table hot and delicious.
