Ordered the cheese curds sampler. It had HUGE chunks of cheese. It was so good. Then we had the Fried Pickle King Burger and the Hickory Burger. Both were cooked perfectly as ordered. The toppings were unique and excellent. For example, the fried pickle burger had fried pickles, ham pickle roll-up spread, and pickle de gallo. Just absolute yum!

I used to enjoy eating here, but I don't anticipate returning unless someone else really wants to go.

Upsides - Kids meal is a good option with a decent amount of food and an ice cream treat. Server was friendly.

Downsides
- The menu has changed and is now missing items they do have - like build your own burger and malts, which is exactly what one person in our group wanted. The server explained that yes, he could order that, but we had no idea what the prices were for those items.

- They now charge extra for lettuce in place of a bun, so I ordered my burger without the bun, which apparently translated to leaving most of the toppings off. I had the cheese curd burger, which is supposed to be a thick burger but was made and served as a smashburger. The cheese curds on top were cold, and considering the size of them, being cold really ruins the taste and texture. The burger itself wasn't that exciting to eat. I ordered kettle chips, but got what seemed like regular Lays that had sat under a heat lamp. The whole meal was disappointing.

It's hard to find a good burger, and MBC is not the place to go to get one.

Not really a fan. I appreciate that they have beer cheese soup, but therein lies the end of the good things I have to say about it. The chicken wings are baked, the burger bun easily crumbled apart and the interior was pretty loud with only a few people in there.

I believe this to be the westmost location this chain at present. They have a consistently good product. I had been mostly familiar with their Eau Claire location, and this one is just as good. The menus have changed noticeably over the past several years, and some old favourites now live only in memory, but there are still plenty of fantastic options to choose from.

I am writing this review out of concern. Check your bank statements if you have eaten here recently! The patty melt was delicious but not enough to fix the mess that was created by this place. Our server was clearly overwhelmed maybe new as well so I don't put this fully on the server. One of our meals was messed up and needed to be completely redone, annoying but ok. The issue was that when I got my bill, not only did we not get any type of discount for the inconvenience and wait. They charged us twice for the messed up meal and extra for something else we didn't order. The server fixed the bill and I did tip because I understood the server is only as good as there support and they had little. I thought all was well until i noticed my bank account was low, they put the total in as the tip. so I paid $90 for a $40 meal that wasn't even done right the first time. They did refund the amount they put as the tip but that was it. We did decline gift cards from one person we talked to as we don't live close and have no want or need to ever go back. I feel like they acted like this was no big deal and did not handle this the best way. I just want to put this as a cautionary tale as I hope this didn't happen to anyone else but find it hard to believe it did just happen to me. This has changed the way I pay my bills at restaurants, I will now be taking a picture of all of my receipts with the amount that I tipped just in case.

Today I took a group of four out for lunch. First time trying this restaurant. We walked in and we asked for one of the large booths in the back of the restaurant. I was told by the hostess that she couldn’t seat us in one of the two empty booths because she had just sat a group in that section. I said we were waiting on one person and didn’t mind waiting for the server. I have served for many years and understand getting slammed. She still refused to seat us at the table we requested. I was ready to accept it, when five minutes later she seats a group at the table I requested.

This was my first time visiting the Milwaukee Burger Company. I heard a lot of hype about this place and I have to say I was disappointed. Our table was seated right away, but it was a while before a waitress came and asked us about drink orders. I kept having to ask the waitress about getting refills. She was not proactive about getting refills for our table.

I had the jalapeño cheddar infused burger. It was OK. The really disappointing thing was the beer. Cheese soup was so incredibly salty. It was almost inedible. I tried to cover up with pepper, but nothing helped. I might try visiting here again.

Came with a group of 8. Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 empty high tops to be combined for us. Were told the servers are overwhelmed, many empty tables around the dinning room. Waited over 30 minutes to place an kind of food order.
Kitchen lost 2 of the BYOB sheets. Waitress was rarely available for anything, even after over half the restaurant was empty.

Our second time here. We like their basic bloody mary’s . They have a nice menu selection. We got an order of onion rings to start. Had a different type crunchy batter. Hubby loved them. I could taste a slight tangy lemon? flavor I wasn’t fond of. We both wished they had a dipping sauce.
Our server kept up with us and got us our meal order timely and then kept checking in on us.
Hubby got a Philly steak sandwich with fries, loved it, was good. I ordered the chicken tacos. She recommended the sauce on the side since it was spicy. I sure appreciated that because it was. It also had dill pickles on it, which was very strange but at the same time worked well with the spice. While I enjoyed it, I don’t think I would order it again. Not because it wasn’t good, the flavor mixture wasn’t quite my style.
It was a Friday night so we had a bit of a wait, but it wasn’t bad. Couple drinks, a couple beers, and dinner was reasonably priced.
We will return. we would suggest you checking it out.
We returned, Tried a couple more tasty bites. The Milwaukee melt, delicious! I got the Chili Chipotle Brisket Dip. I thought it was very good, loved the bread they put it on…messy but tasty!

I loved it. I think I counted 14 TVs tuned into various sports channels, a tap wall I haven't seen the likes of in a while serving dozens of kinds of beers; even saw a beer near where I'm from: Balsam Lake Brewery.
I had the brat bites, and though simple, they were so full of flavor along with the side of what seemed like their own blend of mustard, simply the best I ever tasted.
The bartender was excellent and the rest of the staff seemed so friendly and accommodating to the guests they were seating behind me (I sat at the bar... obviously ha.)
The next time I'm in Hudson I will 100% be going there.

The food was disappointing. The pretzel bites were extremely oily and the cheese sauce didn’t really taste like anything. The MBC Chicken was extremely thin, it was mainly just bread. The Hickory Cheddar burger was nothing special but not bad. The fries weren’t bad but not great flavoring. The ranch was also very watery but had good flavor.

Unfortunately MBC completely changed its menu. While the quality of the ingredients remains high, and the food was prepared well, the new recipes just aren't very good. MBC in Hudson used to be packed whenever we'd drive by the restaurant. These days the parking lot has a lot fewer cars. I hope MBC gets back to doing what it does best: Making great burgers.

Everything was very good. Food delicious, service friendly and accommodating despite being a busy evening. I however took exception on the surcharge for using a credit card. I find it baffling why establishments want to charge the consumer something that is a cost of doing business. We are not charged for the armored car that has to come and pick up the cash, nor for the extra time the staff takes to count the cash and make sure the register has a starting balance, not to mention the security risk of having cash, yet when we ask to use a convenient payment method for both of us and the merchant, suddenly there is a surcharge. Next, we'll get charged for the paper towel we use in the restroom.

Dilly Burger was great, definitely taste the dill pickle! Made temp that I ordered so bonus! The beer cheese was creamy and I liked that flavor as well. Prices were extremely fair. Had the MGC Bloody Mary and asked for it to be spicy. The amount of toppings was great and it was $1 off that day. We had the cheese curd sampler and here's the picture of famous golf ball size cheesecurd cut in half next to the state fair size. When I remembered to take a picture, we had almost eaten them all, lol. If you don't mind spice, the spicy curds are fantastic. Definitely a great stop and you get a lot of food for your money so put this stop on your list. Our waitress was fun and she had great recommendations. The other burger at my table had the blue cheese potatoe salad served warm. Really creamy and not too overpowering. I say that because even though they love love blue cheese, I can usually take it or leave it. I would order it for sure! If you haven't tried something like that before, you only live once just order it!

Love this place. Good for families. Bar is good, always 2 tenders and they stay attentive for the 20+ seats at the bar. Good beer selection and it rotates so its always fresh. It's a sports bar so prepare for it to be loud and if you're easily overwhelmed don't go here. Lots of good options for food especially of the deep fried variety. Greeting at the door was fairly quick/2 minutes or so, she was Nice, prompt & as Cute as it gets !!! Table waitress was good & had those refills on deck !! The only complaint - (Don't go out for a cigarette smoke & come back to wait tables immediately - because you stink !!!).....

Fair curds were pretty good, sourdough burger looked kind of odd & slapped together but the burger was cooked decent/not over cooked but there.. The sourdough itself wasn't bad at all.....

The hand cut fries were plain & kind of soggy compared to the last time I was here and it felt like an afterthought.....

The chicken sandwich seemed like an actual real breast of chicken - not some boxed saline water injected filled piece... Not bad but, lacking seasoning & on the drier side (1 more minute of cook time and it would've been jerky)..... Beer battered fries were better than the hand cut and more crispy....

Atmosphere is a decent well lit place where you don't feel out of place. If that makes sense.?

Decided to stop in on way back to River Falls since didn't want to cook. Had bloody of the month and a burger. Food and drink were good. Had great service from Zach. Was attentive, but also left us alone to enjoy ourselves which I appreciate. Good place for a bite a drink, and some college hockey. Ask for Zach when you stop by and have great experience.
