Our server was polite, but it often felt like she was avoiding our table—even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. It took almost an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and when it did, most of it was lukewarm or cold. My burger had good flavor, but the fries were cold. Our sodas were watered down (possibly a machine issue), and when we asked for replacements, it took another 20 minutes—and one drink never came at all.
We were also rushed to order, even though most of us had never been there and wanted a moment to look over the menu. No drink or kids’ menus were provided, which was disappointing since most of our group were children. In the end, 75% of the meals were chicken nuggets and fries, and even those were cold. Overall, it was a very slow and disorganized experience despite the restaurant not being busy.
We were very disappointed for our first and last time.

Over priced want-to-be red robins. Burger was greasy, underseasoned and below average. Consider the fact it was close to 20 bucks, and the only thing on their menu is burgers (and sides and a chicken sandwhich, maybe tenders) and it makes it hard to find a reason to come back. Bloody mary had good toppings and lots of them, but the drink itself was meh and again, expensive for what it was especially considering ive had better for cheaper. Me and who I went with both agreed we wouldnt be back and Id advise that there are places with full menus, whos burger destroys this places for literally 1/2th the price.

Unfortunate ly this trip to the restaurant was not a good one. The booth we sat in was not very clean and the noise from the work on the roof was quite loud. We ordered a burger and the grilled cheese and both were average at best. Waygu truffle burger was pretty bland and the encrusted garlic bread grilled cheese was extra charred. Also ordered a chocolate shake and was surprised and how much the size has changed from previous times I've ordered. You used to get the large glass with the tin container leftovers and now it is a smaller glass with no tin for the same price. To top it off our waitress said she had to wait for a clean glass to make it which equals hot glass and warm ice cream. Overall not the best we've ever had but our server was very nice and did a good job.

I give it a 4 because sometimes it’s a 5 and others it’s a 3/2. For a long time it was a given it was a 5 But about 18 months ago it became a hit or miss. (Cold or overly greasy) They always try to make it right but not a good feeling to have to say something. Can be excellent at times though - guessing staffing issues. Waitresses are always top tier. Clean also. Burgers of the week are also worth a shot.

I never leave reviews, but this once calls for one. First time at a Milwaukee Burger Company and I have to say it was very disappointing! It's a nice place, the server was great, but the food was not good. We ordered 2 beers and onion rings to start. A different server brought our beers to our table but didn't know which beer was which, so had to ask someone. Both beers were new to us, so we didn't know either. The onion rings were just okay, nothing to brag about and wouldn't order again. Ordered the Chicken Tacos for our meal. They were out of beer-battered fries, so went with the hand-cut fries for the side. The chicken tacos were just okay, nothing special, and very little chicken in them. The fries, well, they weren't even edible! You could tell just by looking at them, they were going to be awful and they were. I should have taken a picture, but didn't. We paid our bill, left, and went to a drive-thru to get the nasty fry taste out of my mouth.

The smell of grease was overwhelming in the dining area. The chicken sandwich almost appeared as though it was on the cusp of being burnt. There is a half dollar size portion of the chicken itself, which wasn’t actually chicken, but just breading. The fries came out room temperature heavily laden with salt. The waitress I encountered was totally awesome, however, super friendly willing to have small talk, and I noticed her paying attention to every detail of what was going on, not only in her area, but in the hostess area; she did a great job!

The cheese curds are amazing, I highly recommend the curd sampler!! The Wisconsin smash burger and beer-battered fries were also very good. The fried chicken sandwich was sub-par; it was quite overcooked, so the breading tasted burnt, and the hand-cut fries were also a bit off. Our glasses of water had some dark particles floating in them, but we fished them out. The server was really great, which is why we felt too guilty to complain about the waters and the chicken sandwich. I think it may have been a one-off situation, so it won't stop us from trying again. Oh, and the bathrooms were a bit dirty. All in all, I would recommend eating here. 4/5

Drove an hour for their bloody of the Month. Got there at almost 7 pm on a Saturday night. There wasnt any waiting to get, but it was fairly busy. All we ordered was the Bloody. My nieces came out 1st and was told mine would be coming. After about 5 minutes mine came, which wasnt bad but...my first bite was into the elote bite and it was frozen in the middle. Not happy. Then one of the the taquitos was submerged in the bloody mary, soggy since I didn't notice it right away. I wasn't going to say anything but I finally did mention it to our server who was very nice. She told the Manager, even though I said I didn't need to speak to him. Landon came to our table and was very very nice saying that my 1st one fell so they must have rushed to get my 2nd one out. He wanted to give me 25% off and I said no, that it was ok, but he insisted I left 'happy' and gave me the discount, plus a gift card and drink chip. He went above and beyond and I was extremely pleased with how this young man handled the situation. We come here every month for this Bloody and have never had any issues, and even though this happened, he definitely made it right! Customer service isn't like this from young people much anymore so it was good to see this! I'll be back for June's Bloody Of The Month!
