We were at the Oshkosh location on 10/15/25 to celebrate our 36th anniversary. Our server greeted us promptly however he had very unpleasant body order. He took our order and we basically did not see him again until he brought our bill. We had to flag him down to get another serving of perch Someone else brought all of our food to us. He did not offer a refill for coffee As it was our anniversary we were interested in dessert. The waiter did not ask about dessert when he flew by to give us our bill. We wanted a nice experience for our special day but did not get it. Someone from management should have addressed the body odor.

We went on a Thursday night for the buy one get one pizza. It was our first time here, and the atmosphere was very rustic with a family friendly feeling. We checked out the arcade room which was pretty big for a restaurant. The pizza was pretty good (maybe a little watery) and so was the appetizer and pumpkin drink. Our server Ashleigh was very sweet. Overall was a good experience and the food was enjoyable.

We came to try the breakfast brunch buffet on a Sunday morning and were very impressed! We got immediate seating, friendly service and the food was a great variety and was delicious! We didn’t have time to play games after, but checked out the game room and it looked fun! Also loved all the fun fall and Halloween decorations.

First time visit. Friday lunch at noon. 4 adults and 2 kids. We came for the all you can eat haddock for $7.99. Seriously this was really good fish, from the breading to seasoning to basic quality of haddock! The kids got kids meals. Total bill was $48 before tip!....for 6 people!!! The food was top notch. Waitress was late greeting us (5mins) but the service was wonderful after. The fries were seasoned and tasty. The ranch was very good. The tarter sauce was 3/5 stars. Coleslaw was excellent. Very pleased with this visit and will definitely be back!

2nd time here. Had the Mexican Buffet the first time. Order off the menu this time. Tater tots over cooked, the burger was eh. My dining partner had the season fries, they tasted like Fish.
Third time here. Lucky enough to be driving through Oshkosh on a Wednesday to stop & try the All day fish fry. Delicious, fried Haddock was tasty. Gave the tater tots another chance, a little better this time then last time. Coleslaw & a slice of marbled rye bread also come with the lunch. It's all you can eat fish, you start with two. I would definitely stop again for this special. Wednesday & Friday all day!!

We normally have great experiences at mineshaft but this time was different. Our waitress Katie S. was very unfriendly and cold. It took our food a long time to come out, we actually had to ask her where our food was. Our chicken needed to be cooked longer it was mushy and pink. Most likely won't be back for awhile. She wouldn't give us a discount or any coupons for the gross mistake on the kitchens part. COOK the CHICKEN LONGER! You are going to give somebody salmonella poisoning.

I love this place! It's a great local spot and I love bringing my friends from out of town. My only gripe is that there's not any traditional arcade games and it's almost entirely ticket and prize games. Game area is great, food not so much. Went here on a Saturday evening with the family. Food besides the Mac n cheese was not good. Chips were stale, spaghetti sauce tasted horrible and was spicy, and the McDonald's crispy chicken sandwich is a couple steps above the ones here. Way over priced for the quality you get.

Atmosphere is ok. Not the same charm as the original in Hartford. Very large open area dining. It is new and very clean. Service was decent.

Game room was state of the art and has games for all ages groups. Very clean and reasonably priced all things considered.

Overall I will likely not go back here and go to Hartford instead based on the food and charm.

We've come here à lot lately enjoy their less expensive daily specials. Today we got sat 3rd booth on the west side, my husband went for the Mexican buffet. Me just wanted a salad and bake potatoes. My husband came back to the table with his plate. He said no drinks? I said nope no one has come to wait on us. 4 more tables sat, and orders placed. I said, "if we don't get wait staff I'm not ordering because I don't want to eat by myself after you finished". 25 min later we walked out. Still no waitstaff, still no drinks, still 6 plus wait staff just casually walking around. Sorry for the one empty plate of buffet food left on the table but you couldn't even be bothered to show up to the table let alone give us a bill. I guess back to Two Brothers. True story 4 tables 2 of which had 6 plus people. We were 2 in a booth. The night before we were served our well past the time we should have sandwich and salad. The waitress apologized and said the first baked potatoes were gross their baking new ones. So cold steak sandwich for the husband my salad sat next to me and were supposed to wait for new potatoes to bake? I don't know about you but that's an hour at home bake time. We already waited 30 min to get a salad and steak sandwich, and served cold because the waitress didn't want it to sit there while they baked new potatoes. I mean I'm glad we didn't get the stinky brown inside potatoes like last week but come on Somethings not right at oshkosh Mineshaft lately.

Went for the bunch buffet, it was alright, some things were good like the macaroni and the sausages(highly recommend the sausages actually) but a lot of the rest of it was just kind of middling. The service was fine, nothing special. The atmosphere was really lacking in terms of sound quality, it was quite loud and just hard to hear others sometimes. Overall I would probably go back but maybe during a quieter time.

As I passed the billboard on Hwy 41 for the 50th time…I was intrigued. Could I really get a tasty fish fry for $7.99? Well! To say I was shocked is an understatement. I was seated immediately. My server greeted me and took my order within one minute of me being seated. Once I ordered the $7.99 fish fry, it literally arrived in less than three minutes. It was delicious! Mouth watering. I will be returning with my entire family and we will be checking out their incredible game room as well! This was an great experience.

Very bad on the management. The bar staff was worried talking to a off duty person at the bar that they didn't take care of the actual patrons. It's east central Wisconsin where, if it's not bratts, it's fried. And despite this expertise with the deep fryer, some of the items (including my french fries) weren't fresh: already cold and rubbery. I didn't bother saying anything since we'd already gorged on appetizers and I need fries like I need a heart attack. They did me a favor. The burger was passable. Requested medium rare, got seared outside, mooing inside. Bonus points for the gluten free bun option! My friend and I both ordered one of the drink specials, mine was supposed to be 2x alcohol but tasted like a 'virgin' and indistinguishable from my friend's "regular". For the drunkest state in the lower 48 (according to the Internet), you'd think bartenders knew something about putting booze *in* the drinks. Portion sizes were standard east central Wisconsin bonkers, so great calories per dollar value there. Service was pleasantly accommodating to split the check for our party of 6 like a surgeon.

My family and I came with a large group tonight. We were given the choice of chicken or a ribeye. We all chose the ribeye. It was the worst steak I have ever attempted to eat. I ordered it cooked medium...it came medium rare. I tried to cut it and was unsuccessful. It was unbelievably tough and loaded with salt. I left 3/4 of it uneate. My son also ordered his steak medium, but his came out very rare. He sent it back and the second one was just as rare. Four of us had to share a steak knife because they ran out of them! Others in our group had the same issues. What a waste of time and money.

Recently I went to this location for my first time. I'll start with my initial thoughts going in, the entrance was very open and inviting. Despite having an arcade, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for any occasion, I was very impressed with how nice and modern it looked and how the arcade area was separate from everything else. We had a larger group and our waitress was very nice and made sure our orders were all accurate. All of our food looked and tasted great, the prices were also good and the portions large. The arcade was large as well and looked very nice, we didn't play this time but it looked very clean!

First time after hearing about it from friends. Large restaurant area, great bar, and an arcade room. Our waitress, Maria, was prompt and friendly. After taking our order, she kept checking in on us but not in a hovering manner. Afterwards we visited the arcade. Not what a boomer would expect, but lots of electronic games of all types to choose from. I recommend the bowling game next to the skee ball.

The place to go when you're at Airventure and you want the soggiest, greasiest thing that vaguely resembles pizza. Like many others, had to wait 20 minutes for a server, then another half hour for the thing that came to our table, only to have to go elsewhere for something edible. The food should stay at the bottom of a mineshaft. Dominos is gourmet pizza compared to here. The place looks nice and might be ok to stop for a drink, but if you're looking for something to eat, try literally anywhere else.
