My sister in law took me here for lunch & it was great. She told us it is one of her absolute favorite places to eat. I love the Veteran honoring shown throughout the restaurant. The food was fantastic. We had a very short wait. Next time I will be getting a cold soda from the ice box in front that was a cool touch. The brisket was delicious & so were the fries! We decided to sit outside, we were by ourselves. A gentleman was sure to check on us right away & even chatted with us for a few minutes, which was so greatly appreciated. From the time the four of us walked in we were greeted with big smiles and friendly faces. Being that it was our first time Skylar was patient with us while we decided what to order. She answered any questions we had with no problem. Our food arrived quickly and it was hot and fresh. I can truly say that the crew in the kitchen was amazing as well. Everything was so good.
Marlo was so sweet and kind. She checked on us often and even gave us a little background about Mission BBQ which made me love it even more. I never do reviews on anything but I couldn't let this one get by.

Just dropped in to grab a quick brisket sandwich to go because I was in a hurry to get back to work. I never put any sauce on my personally smoked briskets. I unfortunately should have said yes when offered sauce. As juicy as it looked, and don't get me wrong, there was some decent juiciness to it, there were some dry bites, and I should have at least asked for mayo on the bun. Smokiness was okay. I prefer a more pronounced smoke flavor. I use post oak, mesquite and sometimes throw in chunks of pecan. I know they must use nothing but splits of a certain wood that I can't tell whichI actually can't wait to have a full dinner or supper here, and I really appreciate the military and first responder support they exhibit.

We book Mission bbq for our wedding. The tasting experience was fantastic—we got to sample a ton of meats, sides, and sauces. We picked brisket, pulled pork, small buns, cornbread, salad, green beans, and cheesy potatoes. Plus a variety of sauces. The team was super responsive via email and allowed us to make adjustments right up until the week of the wedding. On the day of, the staff was kind, professional, and even helped clear plates. We ended up with a lot of leftovers, which we’re still enjoying! The only downside: the brisket wasn’t as moist as it was during the tasting, but overall, still a great experience.

My cousin recently had them cater her wedding. At first I wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it turned out to be. Everyone at my table had a clean plate. Shredded chicken and brisket were the two options and we loved it. The Mac and cheese is to die for as well. I’m sure the food in house is just as good if not better. Their brisket sandwich is perfect! It is so tender and melts in your mouth even without the bbq sauce. The sauces are delicious too! I recommend the Memphis Belle and the Chicago sweet? I think it was. They had so much flavor and were just the right tang and sweetness. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for any kind of bbq meats. This is not the first time I've been amazed by Mission BBQ's amazing customer service.. I was feeling overwhelmed by family health concerns when I wandered in to pick up food. I asked the server to please help me make my selection. He went above and beyond, even asking about the number of people who would be eating. When I shared that some of the food would be for my sister who is in home hospice care, he packaged up extra food for all her caregivers and also paid for the entire meal. It was so touching to be shown that kindness, I could barely speak my thanks.
Since then, I've shared this story with countless friends and family. We all agree Mission BBQ has earned our loyalty. This business is more about family and connection than they are about the bottom line.

This place is a whole vibe! From music to atmosphere to customer service. My son picked this place for his birthday! We had pulled pork sandwiches, fries and coleslaw. This was our first time here and MARLO was so amazing to my family! She was super friendly and told us the history and routine of their store. I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up a to go order that was waiting on the counter the whole time, because from the moment I walked in nobody greeted me or asked for my order number. First time here, and we did take out. We got the brisket sandwich, fries and brisket plate. They give you three options for the brisket.... Carvers choice, lean or moist. The bun for the sandwich was average could be better. Quality and flavor of the meat was outstanding. There wasn't a real strong smoke flavor, pretty mild actually. Fries were hand cut and excellent flavor and crisp. The portion sizes were good. This is on the pricey side but worth it. One of the sauces had alot of cumin, so if that's not your thing beware, others very good. Great meal and will be back.

This is by far one of my favorite places to eat. The bbq is really good, but even more so the employees are always so polite and welcoming. The manager walks the tables, greeting everyone, and checking to see how everything is. Also, being a veteran, I appreciate the decor and respect for military and first responders. The whole establishment is decorated with patches and photos from military members and first responders. At noon they have everyone stand up and they play the National Anthem.

I walked in to the restaurant at 7:30pm on a Sunday. The lady at the counter didn't acknowledge us when we walked in! After 6 minutes she finally walked over to take our order and informed us that they were out of brisket! I was in town for an event and needed a quick dinner but wanted higher quality than fast food. This was the perfect choice. It took less time than most fast food restaurants to get my food and the servers were very friendly and efficient. I was trying to think of a reason to give this place less than 5 stars on anything and I couldn't think of a single one. Food was absolutely amazing, every part of the meal including the fries. Service was great, everyone was working hard back in the open kitchen. Amosphere was awesome, I'm Canadian but I really enjoyed the national anthem at mid-day I think it's very true to the roots of what I believe this place wants to represent. Smoked prime rib was excellent. Crispy exterior layer with great flavor, smoke not overdone, juicy & tender. Sides, cornbread also great. Bread pudding sinfully good. Loved the patriotic theme and pledge of allegiance. Much appreciated. The manager was great.

Worse meal ever. The meat was over 80% pure fat. Had maybe two bites. And that was when ordered Lean. The cashier handed me my cup by holding it with her finger halfway down the middle of my cup. When someone came and asked me how it was, I said horrible and they responded Good and walked away. Big disappointment. Never going back

I hate having to give such a meh review but that’s what this place was. It was meh. Very pricey.. the decor inside is overwhelming and it’s tacky. The service was also meh. Like they were over it by 6:30 pm. Now we get on over to the food. I ordered the Turkey and the pulled chicken.. the chicken was okay but the turkey was so dry. If I wanted bone dry turkey.. I would’ve stayed home and made it myself. The only warm-ish items on my plate were the green beans and the fries. The turkey and chicken were kinda room temperature. My husband had the prime rib and the macaroni and cheese.. the macaroni and cheese was pretty good… the prime rib was meh and again not hot at all. There isn’t a single chance that we would return to this restaurant…

We’ve been here a couple times and always really enjoyed it! The service was fast, employees were kind, and the restaurant was very clean. This time our meat and cornbread were a little dry but still tasty. The mac and cheese and cream corn were hot and tasted good! I love all the sauce options on the table and the vinegar they all are excellent. We will definitely visit again.

Picked up ribs, brisket and a little smoked turkey this year for Thanksgiving. Best Thanksgiving ever! I showed up the day before and they put my order together right then. Try it people, but place your order a couple days ahead to make sure you're not disappointed. Oh and all the free cornbread you get is great in the morning heated up with butter and honey on it.
