ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! We stopped in, our first time there. It was noon and they were playing The National Anthem. We all stood with our hands on our hearts, and felt a real connection of Patriotism.

First time at Mission BBQ on a visit to Green Bay. I think it could be decent, but it was kind of a let down. First, it’s pretty expensive, $18.12 for brisket sandwich and fries, no drink. However I could look beyond that if the quality were better. Unfortunately, the bun of the sandwich was cold. Pretty sure it wasn’t even room temperature. Kind of makes it hard to enjoy your sandwich. Brisket was closer to room temp, making the sandwich mediocre at best. Maybe should have opted for just meat.

The French fries were rough as well, they were cold and soggy. In fact I had to get a fork to eat them, because they were so limp. You couldn’t even dip them in ketchup. Also, they were small pieces, like the bottom of whatever pan they put the fries after they cook them.

That’s pretty much the summary. I have no interest in returning.

This was our first experience at Missions BBQ. We let the server know that we were unfamiliar with the menu when we arrived, and she was exceptional! She explained every piece of their menu, and was so kind, patient, and encouraging. The service continue to be amazing, from the lady who we picked up the food from at the counter, to the server who continue to check on us to make sure that we had a great experience, including explaining all of the sauces to us, making sure we didn’t need anything else during our stay. Then much to our surprise, she presented us with a Mississippi mud pie dessert as a complementary dessert for welcoming us as first-time guests, along with sandwich coupons for our next visit! Who does this anymore? We had such a pleasant experience, and will absolutely be back! The food was very good, one of the best pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches we have had! I would recommend Missions BBQ hands down!!

Went in GB, WI. The pulled pork was AMAZING!! They have a GF menu right up where you order so I knew what was safe. They asked if allergy, and I said yes and she said okay I'll let them know so they will know to change gloves. Next level from most places!! BRAVO!!! May 23rd,/Green Bay my husband brought me home a meat sampler platter. This was my first taste, and I was blown away by the amazing flavors! I’m a very harsh critic of any BBQ, Because after traveling extensively in the south, I only eat it from the holy Grail: southern.
However, this was a “beyond five stars!“ Normally, there is too much liquid smoke/fake smoke added to bbq or Pulled , here in WI & the rubs are too spicy, or have an aftertaste.
. This pulled pork was perfect and very tender. I absolutely loved the Flavor; the seasoning was perfect. The rubs on the other two meats, including the brisket, had a bit of a kick and normally I would get heartburn from that, but I had no trouble at all. They were expertly seasoned!

We live in Little chute, but I will definitely be making the trek to Green Bay just to eat here!!

This is my second visit in the past two years. I purchased half a chicken on my first visit. The chicken was heavily spiced with a very hot rub. So hot I was unable to eat it. I assumed it was overly seasoned by accident. Today two years later I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately the rub on the chicken was too strong and very hot. I was unable to eat the chicken. The rub is so over powering. Too bad as I admire their dedication and respect for the individuals who have and still serve our country. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I would not recommend the chicken as the spice rub is over powering.

We live in a world where service to others is something that everyone says they honor. But any real vet can tell you that support almost never goes beyond the lip service that comes with saying it.

As a vet, Firefighter, and EMT I went in with no identifiers, and by the time I left I felt like what I do/did actually matters to someone. And all I was, was a face in the crowd.

That doesn't even touch the great food, or the spectacular service. Definitely a place I will visit many more times in the future.

I tried all the BBQ sauces at the table. My mom had salmon with the green beans and cold slaw. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s definitely hit and miss as far as freshness goes, yesterday I ate here
with my mother and daughter and ordered a full slab of ribs that were as old as the day is long, I was craving them and super hungry so I just bit the bullet (almost literally as hard as a bullet) and ate them, I like jerky so it wasn’t worth complaining about, the outer “bark” was seriously close to jerky but if you got to the middle of the rib it was definitely not up to par but did have some moisture and I do like their sauces so I used most of them to finish the meal, the cornbread was dryyyyyyyyy! So much so I took the “mop” and doused some on there to moisten it so I could eat it, my mother liked the coleslaw and her chicken, fries were typical and decent, but man that leather they call ribs I’ll definitely pass on next time if it’s like that.
Overall it’s a decent place to eat, I’ll go back but definitely be careful about freshness there, those ribs HAD to be made the day before, it was later in the evening but c’mon mission you could do better.

The place was great over all. The guy taking our order was friendly and as son as he found out our daughter was gluten free, he explained all her options and which sauces she can have. He then turned around and asked the cooks to change gloves to not cross contaminate. Then the food was delicious, everything we ordered was great. Looking for a sunday lunch. You want fast, good, something different than you normally cook at home, not too expensive, good ambiance. Mission checks all the boxes! I got a big piece of really good smoked Prime Rib for $14. I remarked to one staff gal that you could hardly buy it raw in the supermercado for that. We especially like that the staff are normal young people who pleasantly engage the customer. It's about as fast as "fast food"... but a lot better. We're from Texas and stopped in here after attending a Packers game to see if the local BBQ could stand up to our Texas taste buds! I must say that we were pretty impressed! The pulled pork was so flavorful. The assortment of sauces satisfied all the flavor profiles. Such respect for all the military memorabilia and military support. Thank you! Customer service was top notch!

Our first time there from out of town and we absolutely loved it. The staff is fantastic and SO nice. The food was great and reasonably priced. Everything about the place is amazing! I love that every day at noon they stop everything and do the National Anthem. Definitely going to be visiting again.

The food was great! I had the pulled pork sandwich and mac n cheese. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The only issue was that the music was really loud and made it very difficult to hear the gal taking our order. Other than that, it was very enjoyable.

We ordered catering delivery for 10 guys and everything was so fresh and tasty! Double Mac and cheese order with green beans, brisket, pulled pork and cheddar jalapeño sausage were amazing! Corn bread was so fluffy and had that homemade taste. They even brought a table cloth and the delivery person set up everything so nicely for us. 12/10 recommend for an easy bachelor party dinner delivery.

The atmosphere is great and patriotic, the service was excellent and fast. A month ago I had my first visit to this place and got their three meat sampler with sides of Mac & cheese and a side of coleslaw. The meat was amazing, melt in your mouth and delicious. The Mac and cheese was gritty and the coleslaw was like eating the driest cabbage ever. Today was my second visit and I got the same three meat sampler but chose to try their baked beans this time as my side and the beans were just weird tasting like it had vinegar or something in it wasn't pleasant and the meat was dry and chewy except for the ribs they were pretty good but the brisket was chewy not like the awesomeness I had the first time so there is no consistency in their food. Second visit has made me want to find another BBQ place to try which is a bummer because Mission is right in my local neighborhood. I may at some point try it a third time because I totally support their cause to support Veterans.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is always room for improvement. Over all this place had my food fast and it was not dry. It was tender and tasty enough that I didn't use any of their bbq selections. It's a bit pricy but that seems to be the price you pay for the good food and the fact I was greeted upon entry by a lady bussing a table from across the restaurant gave me the home sweet home vibe.

Having lived in the south for the last 20 years, bbq was a staple of outings, events, and backyards everywhere. My spouse heard of this place and was excited to find bbq nearby.

The staff was great, and very helpful.

The food however, while not terrible did disappoint. Super small portions of some of the dryest bbq I've ever had. There was a little flavour of smoke and spice but it was muted. There are plenty of sauces, but most all were too sweet.

Combine "ok" food with a fairly high price point makes for the over all experience feeling more like a gimmick than a neal.
