Went in 2:00 pm for a coffee and a snack.
One other infront of me waiting on their order. Standing directly behind them, just right of the bakery items. Other people had started piling through the door was skipped twice by 2 rude customers.
That didn't even have the common courtesy to see me. Standing there, along with the employee, making a comment as if I was at a flea market line, as she threw her hands in the air after I made a comment to her. Very rude and disappointed on customer service!
I thought to myself walking out the door without my order," i could have got better service at McDonald's." And I will make another mark that there was 4 employees and no one in the drive threw! Wow

The reviews had me convinced. It was not was I expected. I ordered a HOT honey latte. They served it cold. I was looking at their food, but I seen a fly, I know sometimes you can’t help it but further examination there were small gnats crawling all over the coffee cake🤢. The coffee was horrible I’m so glad I got a small. Anyone who actually loves/like their coffee doesn’t know the taste of a good coffee. I can not taste the caramel. Would not recommend.

Had a Rock county ice age trail clean up at Marquette park and ice age trail near Mocha Moment. Stayed for coffee and breakfast after the work.
Delicious dark roast coffee and an even better blueberry scone!
We sat outside on the patio. Lots of shade in a warm morning. I highly recommend Mocha Moment. A great cozy neighborhood full service coffee shop.

This is a great local company! The owner Steve has worked with us a few times to allow us to randomly buy coffee for customers as well as filling coffee bean orders on short notice for us. Was in Janesville for a memorial and got in early, so googled open restaurant. The name Mocha Moments called to me. The place was super cute and well-liked by locals. The atmosphere was charming, though it could have used a bit more light. The outdoor deck overlooking the woods made it feel like we were in a tree house. I had a scone, which was house-made and delicious, as well as an iced caramel latte. I'm glad we stopped in!

Love the food and drink here! So many delicious options. I also love the outdoor seating during warmer weather. This building has poor acoustics and is very loud and difficult to have a conversation in with a large group during peak hours. I prefer the drive thru. If you're ordering multiple drinks, staff don't write them down and often get the order wrong. Prices are unbeatable, so we accept the downfalls and keep going back. Support local!

We recently moved to Janesville and this is one of our favorite coffee shops!!! It is SO affordable. The scones and baked goods are fresh and delicious. Today I tried the breakfast panini (which is less than $5 😳) and loved it. A large latte is also less than $5 and that is almost unheard of anymore. When it’s busy it can feel a little cramped but it’s still cozy and enjoyable. Can’t wait until summer so we can sit out on the gorgeous patio!

Been here a few times myself and growing up my mom went here alot. I barley give reviews on businesses but my experience today was something I just couldn't keep to myself. love the atmosphere and the vibe and I adore the coffee. Today I decided to visit the place again with my sister and we both ordered some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. My sisters coffee and sandwiches came out in a timely fashion but my black coffee did take a little longer. The workers were really nice and when my coffee came out she apologized to me over and over telling me how sorry they were for the wait. I told her not to worry and I'm just happy to have my coffee. She then asked if we were from janesville and I said yes. She then told me and my sister to wait and gave us both these tokens for a free drink because of the wait which I didn't even know they did that. I was shocked by that and the service was just amazing. Everything about this place I love, the people, the severs, and the atmosphere. Will be going here alot for more coffee and food in the future.

I visited mocha moment on 10/11 for some brunch with my husband. I got an iced mocha, a cinnamon scone and a breakfast panini.

I'll say right away that the bakers making pasteries for mocha moment are magical. My cinnamon scone was so delicious - tasted like a brown sugar pop tart, but much better. My coffee was really good, probably the best mocha you can get in Janesville. My panini was also delicious, hot and fresh.

The atmosphere in this place is extremely cozy. The inside was so cute with many places to sit, and we ended up sitting on the deck while the weather is still nice. There are so many spots to sit and watch birds and wildlife, I was in heaven! Thank you Mocha Moment!

Mocha Moments is the ideal local cafe! The prices are unbeatable (easy to beat nyc but still), the matcha was delicious, and the staff were dear. The flowers and back deck were so colorful and lovely for sitting and birdwatching while staying connected to wifi. The staff really lacks hospitality and friendliness you definitely don't go for a friendly or "great" experience by the staff thats for sure. The "anything else" non stop after you say something you cant even get a word in for your next drink or food item. The fact that you guys have brewed tea options and your staff dont know they exist.

I was in the drive thru I'm the 2nd car in line not far from the window at all and someone came to ask what I wanted. Well I wasnt close enough to read the papers they have posted under the window for new items. I asked the lady what they were and she said she didn't know and I could wait to order. Instead of taking literally 10 steps herself she could've told me what they were.

My husband had a panini with egg and the egg is disgusting. It's already prepped and it doesn't taste like egg.
Broccoli soup is yummy....my kids love it.
I always get a latte with oat milk and it's strong and delicious. ☕
There is no changing table in the restroom for the kids. So, if you come with the little kids, you will have to change them someplace else.

I ordered a fresh squeezed lemonade ended up getting a Minute Maid with 2 slices of lemon. When I went back after work to bring up that when fresh squeezed is what was ordered and charged for that is what you should get since the cost is higher. This is the 3rd time in less than a month this has happened. I was shocked at the response and inappropriateness of the response I received from the staff member that took my order. Great Food, excellent bakery, friendly staff. However.. their coffee needs some work. I’ve tried almost every cup of coffee they offer with the exception of the espresso. It’s very bitter and sour. Honestly and sadly one of the worst cups of hot coffee I’ve ever had. A cup of coffee regardless of the brew strength should be smooth, no bitterness. Ive had very strong dark roast coffees that were extremely smooth and lacked that unpleasant bitter and sour taste. Not sure if it’s how Mocha moment brews or the coffee itself but It needs some tweaking. It’s been this way since I started coming here back in 2018.

This is seriously one of those hidden little gems. It's beautiful inside and out. Tucked back off the street just enough to get a nice view of the woods behind it and allowing you to sit on the deck and relax while you sip some wonderful coffee, or a smoothie. We are from the Western suburbs of Chicago. Needless to say that we have many excellent food and coffee shops in our home town. My husband and I stopped after a day at the Janesville Rotary Garden Park. The decaf cappuccinos, cinnamon coffee cake, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere all I can say is this place was a home run! It exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed how cozy the place is and the bird watching was phenomenal! I felt like we had coffee in a bird nest-so cool. Also, this place was reasonably priced-a plus in an era of hyperinflation. Next time I will bring a hammock and move in😆 We will be back!

If you don’t want to read my review long story short: I would highly recommend their coffee, but not their hot food. Delicious baked goods! Wonderful place to sit and have a chat, but it’s a little noisy for studying. Not bad service either!

I ordered the pesto egg, and when I first got there you should know that it was very busy at the time, and when they brought out my food it was completely cold. I told them and they remade it for me. I will say I will not be getting it again due to the fact that the egg reminded me of a McDonalds egg, but the pesto was delicious. However, I would not let that stop you from getting your morning coffee here! It is my favorite place to go for my work lunch break when I’m in desperate for a latte. Lots of different syrups and they’re not too sweet! It’s a wonderful place to go to catch up with friends, but I would not say it’s a quiet place to study.

Absolutely one of my favorite spot to go. A hidden gem in Janesville.

Their food and drinks are delicious, and not to mention, their prices are reasonable. I love the fact that they have drive-thru which makes a perfect quick stop while dropping my kids off at daycare before heading to work. Employees are very friendly. If you were going to lounge around, you would even forget that it's literally right next to a busy road - they have beautiful forest behind the building where you can sit outside on the wooden deck and enjoy.

I love going here for multiple reasons. Excellent coffee, friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and they have a drive thru!! If you have little kiddos then you know how important that drive through can be.
