Ok, I left a negative comment a couple of years ago abouts and employee being sarcastically reluctant to put the amount of toppings that I requested.
Today, I received PERFECT SERVICE by a young lady (I didn't catch her name) who wore a long brown, braided ponytail, glasses,a few tattoos on her arms , white hat and a t-shirt with the peace sing on it.

The wife and I enjoy a good Pizza in an open fire. And that's exactly what it was. You choose your Pizza. You can either get one crust or double crust. My wife got the one cross. I got the double crust. It just makes it a little thicker. The bottom got nice and toasty, but the top not too much. I should ask then we'll leave it in a little longer. But that's so that's on me. So make sure you give them directions an info and they will oblige other than that. It was a good meal.
And I got, I ordered the Tristan. It doesn't come with any meat, but you can add me with a little bit of pesto. Come on.

Last year only open until 6:00pm at Lake Geneva location. This year 10-11pm. The pizza is awesome but the app sucks. My order is never ready when it says it is. Also every location has banana peppers but it's not a option on the app. In the notes I always say please add banana peppers and not once they get right. So now I'm waiting for my pizza to come out without banana peppers. They offer to make a new one but I'm in a hurry so I just ask to get it on the side. I wish they would just read the ticket.

A few months ago, I started going to this Mod pizza location, and unfortunately, I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience. The listed hours on Google and Maps say they’re open until a certain time, but they regularly close 3 to 4 hours earlier without notice. Every time I’ve tried to stop by during their posted hours, the doors are locked, and the staff either ignores me, refuses to open the door, or simply says, “These are our hours,” with no explanation or concern.

Today, I decided to call ahead to make sure they were actually open before wasting another trip. Someone answered the phone, and when I asked to confirm the store was open, she said, “Let me ask,” and then hung up on me.

It’s incredibly unprofessional to operate a business like this, ignoring posted hours and treating customers as if their time doesn’t matter. I hope management takes this seriously and makes some changes, because this has been an ongoing issue that makes MOD Pizza Lake Geneva feel unreliable and dismissive of the community.

we had Dominic pizza and put balsamic glaze and pesto sauceon it… Excellent. Our kids really enjoyed the Maddy cheese pizza. The crust is crunchy and thin and very tasty. There are lots of options to create your own pizza. The ingredients seemed very fresh and tasty.

SERVICE
The crew working were really solid. They were knowledgeable about the menu and options, they were patient and knowledgeable and they were engaging in conversations. I think they really enjoyed their job and atmosphere they were creating for everyone.

ATMOSPHERE
The vibe is kind of trendy and fun. There’s lots of different seating options. There’s a bit of music going on and some nice decorations. I find that having some big highboy tables is a great addition that allows for larger gatherings of people.

It was our first time trying MOD it was delicious! Really shocked how good it was. I'm funny about pizza and I definitely will be coming back. I like all the toppings you can pick. I was a little disappointed with the Italian chopped salad, the lettuce seemed a bit wilted and brownish. Shocked they served it. And it was lacking in flavor but the pizza made up for it. Service was great, everyone was friendly! The cheese bread was so good, and so was the tea drinks. I hope MOD near Chicago are just as delicious. I can't wait to return! Whoever was working on 6/20/24 around 7pm needs a raise. This crew was obviously slammed with online and in-store orders, and they STILL delivered fantastic service and positivity. For how busy they were, I felt they moved quickly and efficiently, with positive attitudes. The guy who made our pizza was super friendly, and so were the girls behind the counter. It's a Friday night I understand a wait but to wait 28 minutes to even order when there was only a couple and one person ahead of us is a little ridiculous. Just had another great pizza at MOD. The crew at this location is so chill. Our pizza was dropped and they needed to remake it. They didn’t get stressed, no manager was freaking out…mistakes happen and it wasn’t a big deal for us or for them. I’ve seen other reviews complain about inconsistent hours. That happens sometimes in food service due to staffing. Also unreliable online ordering…yeah that happens too if a restaurant is getting slammed then they shut it off because their first priority becomes in person customers. Amazing pizza in a very low price.

Recommendation: Order a Build Your Own 11" Pizza. You can pretty much put anything on it as a topping. Its only for $10. The crust is really good. You can choose your own base sauce and your toppings. And, in the end you get the option to add more sauce on the top (variety) or get it on the side.

Normally I enjoy this place, but its quality has declined significantly, and I just had a terrible experience with them today, which is reflective of my rating. My wife stopped to grab pizzas around 5:20pm, only to find out the store was not accepting in-person orders, and they close at 6:00. I tried to place an order online around 5:30, and the website would ‘t allow it, saying an error had occurred. So we called to place an order over the phone, and our call was redirected three times before we finally got in touch with someone. The person who picked up, Ken, the manager, first told me that the online orders “are working fine,” and said I must be doing something wrong. When I confirmed I did everything right, he declined to take an order over the phone, saying it just couldn’t be done, and it was too much work. He then proceeded to yell at me when I asked to confirm that this was actually the case; that trying to order 40 minutes ahead of time in 3 different ways would not be acceptable. I remained cordial the entire time, but this is unbelievable. An overall dreadful customer service experience, stacked on top of spotty hours. This was incredibly disappointing, considering how much I used to love this place.

I have the app and it says Lake Geneva's open till 10 PM. Did an online order just after 7 and the app said they were closed. I called and they said they were up until 8 PM but online ordering ended at 6 PM
Went to store and tried to order the online special and was told I could not order that in store, nor was online currently open, I could order the same pizza at over $4 more.

I like their pizzas! They taste really good!! The only advice I'll give is, that can you please cook more the pizza, last two times the ingredients were raw, and mushy.
