I’ll start off by saying they were under staffed for lunch hour. Just two employees. The employees had no sense of urgency. Took about 40 mins from when we walked in until we got our pizzas. See some people come in and then leave bc of wait. They made a bunch of pizzas and waited to put them all in oven at once. Then sat around waiting for them to cook. We were late getting back to work.

I had an amazing experience at MOD Pizza! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. As for the 3 pizzas and 2 salads I had ordered they might have been the best pizzas and salads I’ve ever had.

What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. A worker named Sergio went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. He was friendly, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Workers like Sergio are what make a place memorable—he’s a true asset to the MOD team.

If you’re looking for great pizza and even better service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back! 5/5 would recommend!

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered our family pizzas and they were supposed to be ready at 6:45. At 7:20 I called your location and had the displeasure of speaking to Sergio. He was short, rude and never once apologized. I asked him if this was okay to have my son waiting 45 minutes for pizza and he said that he didnt' know. He then placed the phone down and complained to his co-worker about me and said that I was arguing with him. His co-worker, Madi, then got on the phone. She told me that "she just clocked in and doesn't have time for me." She furthermore said that she "isn't dealing with me". This has to be, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience in a dining establishment I have ever been a part of. There is absolutely no way that this location is still in business in 1 month.

Look, I understand that there is pressure when a store is slammed and busy. I have sympathy for that because I’ve been in that situation and it is not fun. However, being busy is NOT an excuse for everything that happened while I waited an hour for my food.

The four employees looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Again, I understand the stress of being busy. However, I also believe that customer service is a necessary part of a good work ethic. We were talked to with blank faces, flat tones, and hardly any eye contact. I was dumbfounded with the lack of effort put behind the work that was being done. For the way they were “super backed up,” there was zero sense of urgency. Do better. Not only this, we heard the phone ring about four or five times. Not once was the phone answered. Again; yes you’re busy, but make. an. effort.

There was a moment when a man who was picking up a DoorDash order came in. He was told there would be a wait for the food, and, in understanding, he left. About twenty minutes later, he came back and was told there was still a wait. This time, also understandably, he became frustrated and an argument broke out between him and an employee whose name was Russel, I believe. The employee ended up following this man outside to fight, and my boyfriend and another gentleman followed after and made the employee come back inside. All the while, his coworkers showed no sign of alarm, and did not try to stop their coworker. Disappointing.

Not to mention that the whole store was a disaster. The floors were vile, covered in dirt and used napkins. I didn’t get a close look at any of the counters, and I don’t know if I’d like to imagine what they were like. After Russel came back inside from his argument, he was on duty for the oven (he did not wash his hands after coming back). A few times he knocked his tools over, and those were left unwashed as well.

All in all, a very upsetting and disappointing experience. When you hire someone, make sure that they’re going to do a job well done, and that they can handle stress.

While waiting for our pizza, the older gentlemen employee was more concerned with his phone than checking in on our online order. While putting pizzas in he would touch the pizzas with his hands. This is so unsanitary, there is so much bacteria on the phone and for him to proceed to touch people’s pizza with his BARE hands is disgusting. I will not be coming back again to this location.

I didn't receive a response from a manager. So here it is. Rugs on top of tables at 6pm. Very unsanitary. Employee wearing a furry tail while working. How is that allowed to wear in a food place? It brushes up against everything. The person wears it all day so it comes in contact with everything hes touching. They called the cops on me...
Context: Im 19, I was just at the gym hitting legs(legs are weak). I then go to mods for a pizza, place the order, and then go wait outside(5 min). I come back in and they said they got the order wrong and there remaking it (this was a lie). I go back outside to wait and there's cops there... they said mods called and said I was "stumbling around" assuming I was drunk. The cops then interrogated me for half an hour.
PS: I don't drink or use drugs and I may have been walking a little weird cause I just destroyed my legs in the gym for 2 hours.

Im a pretty chill dude and have gone to mods almost every week for the past couple years but not anymore. I can't run the risk of the cops being called on me for the way I walk.

Never been or had MOD Pizza before. Only went here because of a delivery. The person working at the time was Charlie Woodford. Not only was a friendly and very helpful, he is also an amazing Sales person that really knows his Pizzas there. He definitely had me sold on wanting to try some. So the next day my girlfriend and I went to go try it, and it was hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I'm not usually one to try new places, but I'm very happy I ran into Charlie, because I probably wouldn't have come back to try it otherwise.

Ordered my pizza. Name called. Got back home. Wrong pizza. Seriously, how hard is it to be a decent employee? So an hour later on a Friday night, after a long work week, I have to return to MOD to get the pizza I actually ordered. And they gave me nothing as an apology, other than a different employee who did not screw up the order saying sorry at the very end. I've been here before and had good experience. Today stopped in again had a mod pizza. Pulled out of the oven way too early. Requested to have it put back in for more time. My answer was we can't put it back in after it has been cut. Cheese wasn't even melted toppings were cold. Put it in a go box and took it home to finish cooking. Learned a lesson today

January 15, 2025, I ordered delivery through my Uber Eats App. 2 pizzas and a side salad. The delivery was great, she was on time and pleasant. I bit down on something hard while eating my salad. I found a one inch piece of a metal blade, with a screw hole, in my salad. I called the store, they were apologetic and said they would refund my order and I can come get a new salad when I had time. January 20, 2025. Still no refund. Called the store again, now I'm told since I ordered on Uber Eats, there's no way to refund me. Um, how about open the cash register and give me my money back? Salads got very small, and the pizza tasted off. Did not eat it all as the taste was so off.

Pretty good made to order pizza, and inexpensive to boot. They have suggested combo pizzas but the fun is just putting on what you want. A normal pizza with whatever toppings is in the $10-$12 range and that's pretty cheap for your own pizza. A kids size 6in is under $10 and for parents of picky kids that awesome.

Very loyal customer of this location. I thought Mod’s whole approach was taking care of their employees and ensuring they are properly paid/taken care of. Well I just had an absolutely terrible experience with an employees at around 8:50 PM. The not so pleasant staff really ruined the whole experience, should have gone to pizza hut!! I know it's hard to find help, but come on. The young gentleman that took our order had ear buds in, couldn't or wouldn't listen to anything my mother and I asked and snapped at me for pointing over the glass as he couldn't hear me asking for specific toppings on my made to order pizza. I ate at Mod Pizza in Kenosha and Madison ALL the time and it was ALWAYS delicious. I ordered delivery from this location while watching my parent’s pets one week and it was so horrible I couldn’t eat it and ended up wasting $35. The pieces of red onion on my pizza were cut so big they were over powering and my pizza had numerous WHOLE garlic cloves on it (see picture). As if that weren’t bad enough, there was barely any sauce so the whole pizza was very dry. My cheese sticks were also saturated in so much garlic it was inedible as there was more garlic than cheese and this is coming from someone who puts garlic on almost everything. I should have called and complained but it was during the snow storm on the 13th and I was exhausted and starving and then pissed so I just threw it away and went to bed.

My parents said they weren’t impressed with this place and now I know why. They need to do some serious employee training on food prep to get up to the normal Mod Pizza standards to be even half as good as any other Mod Pizza I’ve eaten at. Stay clear of this location.

I ordered online for delivery by some delivery service so I cannot comment on customer service. Zero stars for food quality.

As a vegan, it was easy to customize the menu to accommodate. They have a multitude of veggie toppings to choose from, in addition to a vegan sausage and vegan cheese. Both the red sauce and the BBQ are vegan, and so is the crust. And I'm not exaggerating when I say that the pizza I crafted was the best takeout pizza I've had to date. It blows chains like Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut out of the water.

I love that these guys are fast, reliable, and fairly priced. There's no extra fees or nonsense. I ordered a mini Margherita (7.99) and a mod meat plus mushroom (9.99)
Crusts are light, crispy, and flaky. Sauce is authentic and feels good with the crust.

Highlights:
--Price is reliable and doesn't change with extra toppings.
--My toddler loved it and ate her entire mini with zero complaints or fuss.
--Took them less than 10 minutes to get them out to me after I placed a walk in-to go order.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Girl working was extremely rude from the start. I went to use the restroom quick and it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Smelled of strong stale urine.

What really frustrated me wasn't just the overall rudeness she showed. I ordered a drink with my pizza as well and as I'm putting a lid on it I notice it has a pinhole in the bottom leaking all over the counter. I wipe it up and she gives me a new cup with some attitude. To my disbelief the second cup had a pinhole in the bottom as well. I asked for a new cup and as she hands it to me she says, "this one's going to have a hole in it too. We've gone through two boxes of them with holes in it. I don't know what you want." That right there was the breaking point for me. I'm not going to pay money for something and be disrespected and told to deal with it. I got a To-Go order and if you think for one second I'm taking some cup full of liquid into my vehicle while it's leaking you're 100% wrong.

Will never be suggesting this restaurant let alone going to one. Worst restaurant customer service experience hands down that I've ever had.

Oh wait…there’s more! When I got to my absolute favorite Greek salad, which I order regularly and has always been top notch, the dressing is mustard consistency, not the tahini olive oil. Seriously gross! And a $20 meal goes in the trash.

Meh....my first time eating at a Mod pizza and was excited to try it. A little disappointing. Wasn't that busy so was surprised when they forgot to make my cheesy bread. While I was waiting for that my pizzas were already done getting cold. At the same time I was waiting for my order a man came in and they forgot something with his order too. He probably went home with cold pizzas as well. Maybe an off night? We ended up having to heat up our pizzas in the microwave. Wasn't that impressed with the pizza either. Just so so.

It's fast food pizza. It is a little pricey for what you get, but everyone knows that. Easy parking if you are doing a quick take out.

We ordered 6 create your own pizzas. I ordered the califlower crust and it was exceptional!
The staff was amazing 👏. Super friendly and helpful with any questions.
(The manager with the colored hair should be fired! Rude to us and ridiculous to the staff!)

Have eaten here several times but lately the customer service has gone downhill. I keep wanting to come back because the food is always great but at this point I might just drive to another location. This last visit was by far the worst. We walked in at 8:42pm, not thinking anything of it because they used to be open till 10:00pm, but now they have temporary hours and close at 9:00pm. The manager with blue in her hair along with several others were working. The manager was setting an awful example for the staff and was so rude. She did not say hi or welcome and instead stated “how many pizzas?” We said two and before she took our order she then shouted to the individuals who walked in behind us again how many pizzas? They literally didn’t have a second to even look at the menu and said that. She cut them off and said “we are closing and we need to make the dough.” She was not willing to budge and demanded to know. She then had others come over to help us who were actually very friendly. They asked if we were dining in or taking it to go and I replied are we allowed to eat here. The young man timidly said “it would be best if you took it to go” and did an awkward glance towards the manager. To make matters even more uncomfortable, while waiting for the pizzas to cook the individuals behind us decided they couldn’t handle it anymore and provided feedback to the manager. They told her they owned a restaurant themselves and they have fired people for a lot less. They told her that her behavior was very inappropriate. The manager then just went on to discuss how it’s corporates fault, the amount they have to do for closing, that they place to many demands on them, and was not willing to take accountability. The food was again delicious but like I said the customer service is terrible and makes you very uncomfortable so I would probably try a different location instead.

I always love MOD pizza!!! Their gluten free pizza is amazing 👏. I honestly can't tell it's gluten free. Great job! The only thing MOD needs to do now is add some TVs to their restaurants. The atmosphere they've created calls for it!

Great food that is quick. Love that there's a wall of inspiration pizzas to help you choose or you can make it the Subway of pizza places and make it your own from scratch. Love that you can completely build a pizza how you want.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Food comes out quick. Have HD both the pizzas - delicious, and also had the garlic cheese sticks out of this world phenomenal! Must have if you haven't tried before.

So I'm Gluten Free and MOD makes absolutely the best g free pizza I've ever had! My wife and I usually split a pizza but not at MOD! We each get our own because it sits so lightly afterwards. And it's so delicious!

I've been to two different locations for this chain, both on road trips, and have been happy with the service and food both times. I love that they aren't ashamed to promote their values, and the pizza is delicious! They let me customize it just how I like it for a very reasonable price.

It's like subway but with pizza. But unlike subway the food is amazing. Staff was awesome and friendly and it was clean. Poor kids were working super short staffed just like everywhere but we're still on point and friendly.

Friendly staff, great pizza crust, reasonable prices.

My wife and I stopped in for a relatively late night dinner (9PM) and even with it being later, the staff was super friendly, the service was great, and the food was excellent. The location is very clean as well.
