Pizza was superb! I went around 4pm! I was surprised it wasn’t busier given it was a Friday afternoon after school got out! Either way! It was delicious! Disappointed that they didn’t have spatulas to spread the sauce but a clean glove and a hand worked great! It really brightened my day and mood! Gave us both a good laugh! They better not get fired!

Mod in Pewaukee is excellent! The service is always friendly. I've never had a bad pizza there and usually go 2-3 times a month. Burned a pizza once, replaced it no charge no questions asked. Staff is well trained. Prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Everyone at this location is friendly and the location is very clean. I have to highlight Morgan! She was extra sweet and went above and beyond. The wide variety of toppings and customizability mod offers allows you to make the pizza you want your way even if it's like me, making essentially the entire pizza covered in pepperoni. The staff will do it, and that brings another great thing about this place. The people here really care. They know me by name and we chat about how our lives are going whether it is the good, the bad, or the in between. They make time, even if it is busy, to talk with me while STILL managing to be efficient, fast, and assure quality service to other customers. They are all amazing, friendly, and thoughtful people. Just chatting to them and combined with the great food and welcoming atmosphere makes it something I look forward to when I visit and genuinely makes my day a bit better. This place has the best thin crust pizza ever. The custom made veggie pizza with the spicy sauce, topped with veggies and the creamy sriracha and pesto makes the pizza just simply fabulous and so satisfying! The kids meal pizza is the perfect size and does not make our kids feel heavy after eating. Non greasy, simple and great tasting!

When you walk inside this location, it is clean and the staff is friendly. The pizza was good! What stood out to me today was the super kind worker. A lot of places see kids as just an annoyance and ignore them, but she made my 5 year old’s day. She talked directly to her to include her in a conversation, and told her to take a sticker, write her name, and stick it to the wall. She was so excited to do so! It might seem like a small gesture, however speaking directly to my daughter and engaging with her meant a lot. She’s a little person too after all :) thank you so much for being polite to her and being friendly. It meant a lot!

I ordered delivery. The app was so janky that it processed everything before I could add a tip for the driver. I called the store 3 times to see if I could add a tip but the phone just continuously rang. One time for over 5 minutes!! So I can't add a tip and I probably won't get my pizzas. I ordered pizza for my daughter who is 8 years old. MOD typically put your order informations which wrote with Sharpy on your pizza (pls refer to the picture). I requested NOt to put the note on top of the pizza because I don't want the Sharpy contaminate with the pizza. The worker eas unhappy with the requested and shook his head. On top of that they tried to charged me $24 for one 11" pizza when I asked why one pizza is so expensive he said it cost more foe cauliflower crust!

Went in last night with some friends around 10pm, google says they close at 11pm. As we walked in there were 2 employees cleaning, the one nearest by the door sighed as we walked in. We asked if they were open and he seemed annoyed as he said yes. As he went to go help us, the other employee said to him “why would you tell them we’re open?” and said under his breath “I hope y’all kill yourselves” (not knowing we could hear him). This is a great place to go and hang out! Me and my friends go there somewhat often, grab a pizza or two and hang out over honestly, amazing food with amazing service! Usually around $13-$15 per person, $15-$18 with a drink. Atmosphere is always amazing for group hangouts too! Basically the much cheaper, better, and pizza equivalent of going to hang out at Buffalo Wild Wings (also a recommendation of mine!)

Quick, stone oven pizza. I always do a mini, build your own. Lots of toppings to choose from or you can choose a pizza from the menu with select toppings. Ingredients are fresh. This is by far the worst MOD location in Milwaukee. They are regularly closed during their listed open hours. Employees are rude and have zero desire to be there. They also stopped accepting online orders months ago.
Something happened to this place a while back that has caused every quality to nosedive and it's super disappointing because I love MOD pizza. This location needs fixing, fire everyone and start over or something.

I really want to love Mod (Blaze is SO much better) but after yet another not great experience, I've decided to review. As another reviewer commented, most employees look like they don't want to be there. The pizza is usually pretty decent, but whoever is cooking makes a difference on if you get burned crust edges or not (I'm not being overly picky - it's wood fired so you're going to get some burning, but more than some is too much). My last visit is what put me over the top. I asked for dollops of red sauce at the end. The dollops nearly covered the whole slice. The bottle got plugged and instead of figuring it out, he kept squeezing until it exploded red sauce all over part of the pizza, the inside of the box and as he closed it, it oozed out of the top. It's like he didn't notice!! He just handed me the box and said "have a good night." It was so bad, that I took it over to the napkins/garbage so I could wipe the sauce off the box before putting it in the car. I know. Small, first world problems. But I think for $20+ for 2 small pizzas, I could get it without sauce all over the box.

First visit was a HOME RUN!! Had the thicker crust, it was crispy outside soft and tender inside. The red sauce was flavorful and they have 30 toppings to choose from, so you can go wrong. I can count how many toppings I had, but man was it awesome! Going back for sure!

Addition: Mod Pizza has become our favorite pizza place. Everything is fresh and well made. Look at my pic, that pizza ia a BEAST!!! Thank you Mod Crew!!!

Can’t beat the speed of getting a pizza here and they’ve been good in the past, but honestly there was barely any cheese on the pizzas my family got. Seemed like the pizzas was tossed together too. My son was particularly disappointed that his kids pizza was essentially sauce on crust with a dollop of cheese in the middle. The staff was relatively rude as well. If I didn’t previously have better experiences with the company and individual restaurant, I wouldn’t come back, but I have definitely had better experiences across the board with the chain. I’d recommend the Gurnee or Lake Geneva branches over this one, for sure.

There’s one guy at this place that alway cared about my allergies and made sure everyone knew to change their gloves but the last two times I’ve come. The older guy and younger guy who doesn’t talk wouldn't listen, I’ve been sick because they can’t change gloves. The young kid who puts topping on the pizza half butts it and puts barely any cheese and sauce. I used to be In love with this place because they cared so much about my allergy and remembered me, until they let people work here who can’t understand and comprehend the word allergy, or even follow simple directions… it’s sad to see the one place I knew I could eat at, doesn’t care to listen anymore.
